PERICOLO - Prima di effettuare la pulizia, la manutenzione o l’ispezione,
accertarsi che le frese e tutte le altre parti in movimento si siano fermate
completamente. Scollegare il cavo della candela ed allontanarlo dalla can-
dela stessa, in modo da evitare una messa in moto accidentale.
DANGER - When cleaning, repairing, or inspecting, make certain the blades
and all moving parts have stopped. Disconnect the spark plug cap, and
keep the cap away from the plug to prevent accidental starting.
DANGER - Veiller àce que les fraises ainsi que toutes les pièces en
mouvement soient arrêtées avant de nettoyer, réparer ou inspecter la
motobineuse. Déconnecter le fil de la bougie et le maintenir àl’écart pour
éviter une mise en marche accidentelle.
GEFAHR - Stellen Sie vor Reinigungs-, Wartungs- oder Inspektionsarbeiten
sicher, dass die Fräsen und alle anderen Bewegungsorgane vollständig
zum Stillstand gekommen sind. Ziehen Sie das Zündkabel ab und entfernen
Sie es von der Zündkerze, um ein versehentliches Anlassen zu vermeiden.
GEVAAR - Alvorens de machine schoon te maken of onderhoud of
reparaties uit te voeren, moet u controleren of de frezen en alle andere
bewegende delen volledig tot stilstand zijn gekomen. Koppel de bougiekabel
af en houd deze weg van de bougie, om zo een ongewenste inschakeling
van de machine te voorkomen.

motozappa all’indietro.
C11 - Arrestare il motore (e quindi le
frese)quando la motozappadeve at-
traversare un terreno diverso dal ter-
reno da lavorare e quando viene tra-
sportataversoedall’areadilavoro.
C12 - Non modificare le regolazioni
delmotorenemanomettereperman-
daresudigiriilmotore.
C13- Nellamessainmotodelmotore
usareattenzioneseguendoleistruzioni
etenendoipiedibenlontanidallefrese.

C14 - Non porre le mani o i piedi in
prossimitàoaldisottodellepartirotanti.
C15 - Non sollevare mai e non tra-
sportaremailamacchinamentreilmo-
toreinmoto.
C16 - Arrestare il motore e
scollegare il cavo della cendela:
C17- Primadieffettuarelapulizia,la
manutenzioneoI’ispezione,accertar-
si che le frese e tutte le altre parti in
movimentosisianofermatecompleta-
mente.Scollegareilcavodellacande-
laedallontanarlodallacandelastes-
sa,in mododa evitareuna messain
motoaccidentale.
C18-Quandosicolpisceunoggetto
estraneo, arrestare il motore,
scollegareilcavodellacandela,ispe-
zionareaccuratamentelefreseallari-
cercadieventualidanni.Fareripara-
reidannievidenziatiprimadimettere
inmotoilmotore;rivolgersiaduncen-
troassistenzaspecializzato.
C19 - Qualora la macchina presen-
tassevibrazionianormale,arrestareil
motoreericercareimmediatamentela
causa delle vibrazioni. Di norma, le
vibrazioni segnalano la presenza di
unproblema.
C20 - Arrestare il motore:
20.1 Ogni volta che si abbandona la
motozappa.

NOTA: In genere, non e necessario azionare la

7.1 - Keep the petrol in special con-
tainersintendedforsuchuse.
7.2 - Only refuel outdoors; do not
smokewhenfillingupwithpetrol.
7.3- Refuelbeforestartingthemotor.
Never take the cap off the tank and
neverrefuelwhilethemotorisrunning
orhot.
7.4Incaseofanoverflowofpetrol,do
nottrystartingthemotorbutmovethe
machineawayfromthespiltpetrol;avoid
causingsparksorfire,untilallthepetrol
vapourshavedisappeared.
7.5-Closethepetroltankandthecon-
tainersandfirmlytightenthecaps.

outeverproceedingupwardsordown-
wards.
C8 - Take every precaution when
changingdirectiononslopes.

C10- Beverycarefulwhenchanging
directionandpullingtheTILLER
back.
C11-Stopthemotor(andconsequently
thecutters)whentheTILLERhas
tocrossgrounddifferentfromthatwhich
hastobehoedandwhenthisistrans-
portedtoandfromtheworkarea.
C12 - Do not change the motor set-
tingsortamperwiththemotortoincrease
rpm.
C13- Whenstartingupthemotor,be
carefultofollowallinstructionsandkeep
yourfeetwellawayfromthecutters.
C14- Keephandsandfeetwellaway
fromrotatingparts.
C15 - Never lift or transport the ma-
chinewhilethemotorisrunning.
C16 - Stop the motor and discon-
nect the cable from the plug:
C17 - Before cleaning, servicing or
inspecting,makesurethecuttersand
allothermoving partsarecompletely
stopped.Disconnectthecablefromthe
plugandmovethisawayfromtheplug
itselftopreventaccidentallystartingthe
machine.
C18-Ifthemachinehitsaforeignob-
jectwhileworking,stopthemotor,dis-
connecttheplugcable,carefullyinspect
thecuttersanddetermineanydamage.

C19- Intheeventofthemachinepro-
ducing abnormal vibrations, stop the
motorandimmediatelyseekthecause.

20.1 Every time you leave the
TILLER.
20.2Beforefillingupwithpetrol.
20.3Beforeadjustingtheheightofthe
ploughshare(waituntilthecuttershave

MAINTENANCEANDDEPOSIT
D1- Makesureallthenutsandscrews
are tight so the machine is always in
goodoperatingcondition.
D2- NeverplacetheTILLERin
closedpremiseswithpetrolstillinthe
tank. Petrol vapours could reach an
openflameorsparks.
D3 - Wait forthe motorto cooldown
before storing the machine in closed
premises.
D4-Toreducefirerisks,keepthemo-
torandsilencerfreeofgrass,leavesor
excessgrease.
D5-Forsafetyreasons,replaceworn
or damaged parts. Only use original
spares.Sparesmadebyothermanu-
facturerscouldadaptbadlyandcause
damageanddanger.
D6 -If thetankhas tobe emptied,do
thejobintheopen.
D7 - Periodically check, or have
checkedbyan after-salescentre,the
tightnessofthecuttersandmotorsup-
portscrews.
D8 - The TILLER cutters are

the lever must be in MAXIMUM (2) position .
Next,pumpthe bulb ofthe“primer”pump(fig.11)
beforestartingthemotor.(Ifthemotorstopsdueto
lack of fuel, top up the tank and press the supply
pump3times).

Pull the starting cable (fig.5) until the
motor starts up.
Leavethemotortorunforafewseconds.
MOTOR STOP
1)Tostopthemotor,movethethrottlelever(fig.3-
4)to position (1).
7.USE
HOWTOUSETHETILLER
1)Movethemachineclosetotheareaoflandtobe
hoed.
Make sure there are no foreign
bodies on the land to be hoed.
2)Positionthetransportwheelin“HIGH”position.
Takeoutthepin(fig.6part.2)andliftthewheelrod
soastobeabletolockthiswithpin(fig.6part.2)and
splitpin(fig.6part.1)inthehighesthole(fig.6part.3).
3)Startthemotor.Seechap.6.
4) Tostartcutterrotation,pressthecutter control
lever(fig.7)andmovethistoposition(2).Whenthe
leverisreleased,thecutterwillstop.
IMPORTANT!! As soon as the cut-
terstartsturning,theTILLER
will tend to move forward over the
ground.
5)Toadjustcutterspeed,andconsequentlycutter
workingdepth,theoperatorshould:
- MAXIMUM WORKING DEPTH
Pressthehandlebarssotheploughsharedigsinto
thesoil,therebyreducingcutterspeed(fig.7)and
increasingtheworkingdepth.
- MINIMUM WORKING DEPTH
Reduce the pressure on the handlebars so the
ploughshareliftsupfromtheground,thecutterspeed
(fig.7)increasesandtheworkingdepthisreduced.
-PLOUGHSHAREADJUSTMENT
Adjust the position of the ploughshare (fig.8) ac-
cordingtothesoiltobeworkedandthecuttingdepth
tobe obtained.Remove the splitpin (fig.8part.1)
andremovethepin(fig.8part.2).Movetheplough-
shareandpositionthisinoneoftheretentionholes
usingthepinandsplitpin.
9. MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT!!Switchoffthemotor
and disconnect the plug before
performing any maintenance jobs.
IMPORTANT!!Waitforthemotorto
completely cool down.
IMPORTANT!! Wear safety gloves
when fitting and servicing the
cutters.

CHECKING THE SCREWS AND ROTATING
PARTS
Beforeusing,check therearenoloose screws or
partsandthattherearenocracksorextensivewear
onthecutterblades.
Replaceanydamagedpartsbeforeusing.
REPLACING THE CUTTERS (Fig.9)
Loosen the spring and take out the lock pin (1).
Remove the cutter from the shaft (2). Fit the new
cutter,makingsuretheshaftfasteningholescoincide
andlocktheentireassemblywithpinandspring.
