W12348 Split Equipment Cart Assembly Instructions

1. Open box an remove all panels. Fin the two large
panels shown above that will form the si es, top an
bottom of the cart. Stan those two panels on en
an next to each other as shown in the photo to the
right. The open en s of the bent wires that form the
hinges between the
panels will be on the
interior of the cart.
2. Sli e the bent loops on
the Bottom panel of the
cart through the
openings at the bottom
of the gri of the Si e
Panel. (image 2)
2. Fin the Divi er Panel an position it shown to the right. With
the ivi er panel positione horizontally, move it to the mi le of
the si e panel panels. The mi le of the si e panels is note by
having 2 steel wires about 1” apart. Position the bottom hook
besi e the 2
n
vertical wire on each si e panel. Then sli e the panel
into position such that each of the hooks on the ivi er panel sli es
aroun a correspon ing vertical wire in the si e panels.

3. Position an en panel on the top onto the top of the cart such that all 6 of the
loops on the si es of the en panels fit over the threa e ro s on one si e of the
cart.
4. Locate the En Bar an sli e it own
over the same 6 threa e ro s. The
holes in the En Bar have one si e that is
epresse , the epresse si e shoul
face up. Place a flat washer on top of
each threa e ro an then a lock nut.
Tighten the lock nuts until they bottom
out using a wrench or pliers. Note that the wrench
inclu e with the har ware pack is for tightening the
wheels an will not work for the lock nuts.
5. Flip the cart over onto the
opposite en . Positon the
Han le En over the 6 threa e
ro s, a flat, washers an lock
nuts. Tighten all nuts until they
bottom out.

6. Locate the 4 casters with threa e connections. Insert a cast into the open en of
the Han le En tubing. Finger tighten, then use the inclu e wrench to completely
tighten. Repeat with a 2
n
wheel.
7. Flip the cart over an insert an tighten wheels into the two open en s of the En
Bar.
8. Flip cart onto its wheels an give yourself a pat on
the back, your cart assembly is now complete.
