Starting the Dispenser
Unpacking Your Water Dispenser
This dispenser is sanitized and cleaned prior to departing from the factory.
Locating Dispenser
Do not plug in the power cord(#⑧) first.
1. Place the dispenser on a flat level surface where it is well-ventilated
and above freezing. Avoid direct sunlight.
2. Please keep at least 4” between the rear part of the dispenser and
the wall outlet.

3. To ensure a proper use of the compressor, do not activate the dispenser
until it has been stayed on the ground over 24 hours.
4. The dispenser is intended to be plugged into outlet with ground fault circuit
interrupting type(GFCI).
Note:Do not dispense any liquids other than drinking water.
Before turning on the dispenser, ensure the heating switch (# ) is
on the (O) position.

Install Bottle
1. Remove the cap on the bottle head and tear up the sealing glue.
2. Lift the bottle to a height over the water dispenser.
3. Insert the bottle.
4. Press and hold the hot and cold faucet handle until water runs smoothly
from the both taps.
Note: For hot faucet(#②), firmly squeeze the child proof lock to unlock
the faucet first.

Install/Remove the Drip Tray(# )④
1. To install the drip tray (#④), simply slide it into the area at the top of the
cabinet until it sits well in place.
2. To remove the drip tray (#④), lightly pull the drip tray toward yourself
to release it. Once it has been released, you can empty the water inside
the drip tray.

Plug power cord (#⑧) into a properly grounded wall outlet.

Indicator Light
Heating Indicator Light
This indicator light turns on when water is heating.The light will remain
while the water is heating and turns off when it has reached the exact
temperature of 185℉. When the water is dispensed, the hot water tank will
refill and the water will once again heat. As the water reheats this indicator
light(#⑥)will turn on.

Cooling
Once the dispenser is powered on,the cooling compressor functions
automatically. Please allow 25 to 40 minutes for the water to be cooled
down to 47℉.
1.Position the bottle, glass, pitcher beneath the cold water faucet(#③).
2.Press& hold the handle of the cold faucet to get the cold water.

Heating
To get the hot water, push the heating switch(#⑥) into the on (I) position.
Allow 15-20 minutes for the water to be heated to 185℉. The heating
indicator light turns off after the heating process is completed.
1. Position the bottle,glass,pitcher right below the hot water faucet.
2. Firmly depress the child proof lock(unlock) over the hot water faucet
(#②)and press the handle to get hot water.
Hints：The hot water faucet (# ) is child proof to prevent heating injury.②

Change Water Bottle
1. When the bottle is empty, hold the bottle with both hands.
Pull up the bottle until head of the bottle is removed from the support collar (#①).
2. Insert another bottle.

Rinsing/Cleaning/Draining
User Guide and Maintenance Cleaning
Use a disinfecting wipe (not included in the package) to wipe down the
housing of the dispenser.
Caution: Please unplug the dispenser before cleaning.
All plastic parts are dishwasher safe. To prevent damage to the parts,
stainless steel sponges scrubbers should not be used to clean the
plastic parts.
Cleaning the plastic parts:
1.Before cleaning, make sure the heating switch (#⑥) is on the off (O) position.

2. Place a bucket beneath the water drain cap (#⑦), remove the drain cap,
allow the water to drain from the dispenser.Water begins to flow once the
drain cap is removed.
3. Drain the liquid from the drain outlet then flush with water two or three
times by following the rinsing instructions above. Only disassemble parts
mentioned to avoid damaging the machine.
4. Once water is completely drained, reposition the drain cap. Ensure that all
pipes and wires are connected properly to keep normal use of the dispenser.

Caution: The dispenser will heat water to a temperature of approximately
185℉. It can cause server burns if not handled carefully. Please use caution
while operating and cleaning. Please allow ample time for any hot water
inside the machine to cool down before draining it.
Cleaning the water tank
To remove the mineral deposits that may have built up inside the cold tank,
mix 4L of water with 200g of citric acid crystals (not included) or cleaning
solution of your choice.
1. Take off the bottle support collar (#①) and the water baffle.

2. Put the mixture into the machine’s cold tank and make sure the water can
flow out of the hot water spout.
3. Reposition the water baffle and the bottle support collar (#①) back.
Notice: Please make sure the water baffle installed in right way,
or it will affect the cooling effect.

Maintenance
Condenser ：(#⑤)
To assure optimal cooling performance, condenser must be maintained
against dust and lint. Condenser should be cleaned by special dust brush.
Drip tray ：(#④)
The drip tray should be regularly emptied and cleaned.
Storage/Return Shipment:
If you do not use your dispenser for sometime or need to ship the unit to
other place. Be sure to drain the unit first.

Safety
To avoid any damage and injury, users must read the entire instruction
manual before assembling, installing and operating the dispenser.
Fail to strict to the instruction can cause injury and property damage.
User must always strict to the following safety precaution:
•For initial use, the unit must be properly assembled and installed in
accordance to the manual.
•This dispenser is intended to dispense water only. Do not dispense
any other liquids.
•This dispenser is for household use only. Assure the dispenser is
located in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Not suitable for outdoor use.
• Install and position the dispenser in a stable and flat level place.
• Avoid placing the dispenser in an enclosed space or cabinet.
• Avoid operating the dispenser in the presence of explosive fumes
• Use certificated /qualified grounded outlets only.
• Do not use any extension cord with this dispenser.
• Grasp plug or pull it straight out from the outlet. Do not unplug by pulling
on power cord.
• To prevent against electric shock, do not immerse the Power cord, plug
or any other parts of the dispenser in water or liquids.
• Prior to cleaning, unplug the dispenser.
• Do not allow children to pick up hot water without proper guidance.
• Warning: Do not damage the cooling circuit.
