<Error code>
E01: CO2is not supplied
E02: O2/N2 is not supplied
E03: CO2 connection is faulty
E04: O2/N2 connection is faulty
E05: Temp. sensor is open circuit
E06: Temp. sensor is short circuit
E09: Ambient temperature sensor is open circuit
E10: Ambient temperature sensor is short circuit
E11: CO2sensor output voltage is abnormal
E12: Main heater is abnormal
E13: Bottom heater is abnormal
E14: Door heater is abnormal
E16: SSR for each heater is open circuit
E18: UV lamp malfunction (a lamp blown out, a glow lamp unfitted and so on)
E19: O2sensor is abnormal
The description of error codes are follow:
E01 : CO2cylinder is not supplied
When the CO2density does not go up 0.2%* or more in 1 minute even though the
valve is opened, “E01” and “Internal temperature“ are displayed alternately, and
buzzer sounds intermittently.
The definite action that CO2cylinder is empty, repeats twice, therefore it takes
approximately 2minutes to display an error after the cylinder would be emptied.
When O2/N2 is supplied, E01 is cancelled.
Ú
If CO2piping is crushed, “E01” is also displayed.
* 0.1 % or more when CO2is set at 3 % or lower.
E02 : O2/N2 cylinder is not supplied
When the O2/N2 density does not go up 0.2% or more in 1 minute even though the
O2/N2 valve is opened, “E02” and “Internal temperature “ are displayed alternately,
and buzzer sounds intermittently.
The definite action that O2/N2 cylinder is empty, repeats twice, therefore it takes
approximately 2minutes to display an error after the cylinder would be emptied.
ÚIf O2/N2piping is crushed, “E02” is also displayed.
E03 : CO2 connection is faulty
When CO2 increases 1.0% or more in a minute even though CO2 valve is turned
off, “E03” and “Internal temperature” are displayed alternately, and buzzer sounds
intermittently. CO2 is faulty connected to O2/N2 port. When CO2 is set in 0%, CO2
error is cancelled and “E03” is not displayed.
Diagnosis would not be done for 5 minutes after the door shut to prevent diagnosis
being done wrongly.

14
E04 : O2/N2 connection is faulty
In N2 display is set in 23% or more, O2 display is set in 17% or less, when O2/N2
increases 0.5% or more in a minute with more than 75% of O2/N2 valve opened,
“E04” and “Internal temperature” are displayed alternately, and buzzer sounds
intermittently.
E05,E06 : Temp. sensor malfunction (open / short circuit)
Note)
When the micro-computer detects an internal temperature as 0°C or lower, it is
judged as “open circuit” displaying alternately “E05” with PV and sounding
intermittent buzzer.
When the micro-computer detects an internal temperature as +60°C or higher, it is
judged as “short circuit” displaying alternately “E06” with PV and sounding
intermittent buzzer.
(In E05 and E06, displayed PV is different from product’s actual temperature)
E09, E10: Ambient temperature sensor malfunction (open / short circuit)
When the micro-computer detects ambient temp. sensor as 0°C or lower, it is
judged as “open circuit” displaying alternately “E09” with PV and sounding
intermittent buzzer.
When the micro-computer detects ambient temp. sensor as +60°C or higher, it is
judged as “short circuit” displaying alternately “E10” with PV and sounding
intermittent buzzer. At the time heater is turned off.
E11 : CO2sensor output voltage is abnormal
When CO2sensor box temperature is stable and high or low temperature alarm is
not occurred, it is judged as CO2sensor malfunction if CO2output voltage is lower
than 1000mV or higher than 4800mV. “E11” and “internal temperature” are
displayed alternately, and buzzer sounds intermittently.
At the time, CO2valve is closed.
E12 : Main heater is abnormal
When high temperature alarm is activated, when the main heater is open circuit,
and when the main heater SSR is short circuit, “E12” and an internal temperature
are displayed alternately and buzzer sounds intermittently. An error is not
displayed just after failed because the self-diagnosis for SSR and heater failure is
done only in every 40min or in the power supplied.
(Above description is also applied to E13∼E16)
E13 : Bottom heater is abnormal
When the bottom heater is open circuit, or SSR is short circuit, “E13” and an
internal temperature are displayed alternately, and buzzer sounds intermittently.
E14 : Door heater is abnormal
When the door heater is open circuit, or SSR is short circuit, “E14” and an internal
temperature are displayed alternately, and buzzer sounds intermittently.
E16 : SSR is open circuit
When any SSR of main heater, bottom heater, door heater and CO2sensor box
heater is open circuit, “E16” and an internal temperature are displayed alternately,
and buzzer sounds intermittently.

15
E18 : UV lamp malfunction (UV lamp is optionally provided)
In the UV lamp lighting time is set in F01, the microcomputer checks the output
voltage in UV detect circuit after 25∼29 sec. Since the door was open and shut. If
the detected value is 0.05V or more, it is counted as “+”. If the detected value is
0.05V or less, it is counted as “−”. The microcomputer checks again after 30 sec.
then, the value “+” means “UV lamp is functional”. The value “−” means “UV lamp
is malfunctioned”. “E18” and “internal temperature“ are displayed alternately, and
buzzer beeps intermittently. Press BZ key to cancel the error. The microcomputer
does not check if the door is open in 30 sec. after the door was shut.
E19 : O2 sensor is abnormal
When CO2sensor box temperature is stable and high or low temperature alarm is
not occurred, it is judged as O2sensor malfunction if O2output voltage is lower
than 3mV or higher than 3000mV. “E19” and “internal temperature” are displayed
alternately, and buzzer sounds intermittently. Press BUZZER key to cancel error.
Upper limit temperature alarm:
When the internal temperature is out of SV, OVERHEAT lamp illuminates
displaying “PV” with “E12” (main heater malfunction) or “E16” (SSR for each
heater is open circuit) alternately. The buzzer sounds intermittently. It is impossible
to stop the buzzer sounding by BUZZER key.
At the time heaters (main heater, bottom heater and door heater) will be OFF.
Automatic temperature alarm:
When the internal temperature is ±1.0°C out of SV, all digits in temperature display
blink and intermittent buzzer sounds with 15minutes delay.
Automatic CO2level alarm:
When the internal CO2 level is 1.0% out of SV, all digits in CO2display blink and
intermittent buzzer sounds with 15minutes delay.
