Option (Protocol circuit board)
This protocol circuit board can be installed into the Sanyo PTZ dome camera in order to
allow the dome camera to be operated using a Keyboard (KBD300A) and a Matrix switcher
(CM6700-MXB) manufactured by Pelco.
The setup method is given under "SETTINGS" in the instruction manual for the Sanyo dome
camera.
Before installing the protocol circuit board, be sure to thoroughly read the instruction manual

for the equipment to be operated.
OTurn off the power for all connected equipments.
6 Remove the protocol circuit board from the
"Termination setting" pin (JP3) and the
"Communication setting" pin (JP4) inside the
camera unit.
@Install the Pelco coaxitron protocol circuit board,
and then make the SW2 (protocol and
communication speed) settings as given below.

0Turn on the power for the connected equipment.
Press the "9" and "5" numeric keys and then
press the "PRESET" button on the Keyboard.
The dome camera menu will be displayed.
0Set AUTO SETUP IDLE to "0,)0".
Pan, tilt and zoom operations can then be carried out
for the dome camera.
