22. Do not insert pins or other sharp object in the electric blanket.
23. If the heating wire was cut down, do not repair it by yourself, please send it to the authorized
service center for checking and repair.
24. Do not push the shift button to “HIGH” when you fall asleep.
III. OPERATION METHOD
Lay the electric blanket flat on the bed. Fix the four corner fasteners of the electric blanket on the four
corners of the bed or the mattress with the non-metal belts. Only spread sheets or thin cotton-padded
mattress on the blanket to improve the heat conduction and check for any folds or drapes. Lay a quilt flat
on the sheet and you are ready to use the electric blanket safely.
•General temperature adjustment: Plug the power cord into a AC230V, 50Hz wall outlet (do not
connect this appliance with DC) before bedtime. Push the shift button to position “2”, the power
indicator lamp will lit up, and the electric blanket begins to heat. Normally preheat for 30 minutes.
You can push the shift button to position “2” or “1”. Push the shift button to position “0” in order
to stop the heating (the power indicator lamp will go out).
•Three-setting temperature controller adjustment: Turn on the switch, the power indicator lamp
will lit up, put the knob to position “2”, and the electric blanket will enter the high temperature
heating status. With the adjusting knob you can select numerous temperature settings after going
to bed. You can adjust the temperature knob according to your need until you feel comfortable.
When the electric blanket runs, the controller must be in an easy-to-use position. Make sure not to put
it under the quilt or the pillow, and do not cover with other objects. Do not leave the controller near
other heating sources, this can cause overheating or damage to the appliance.
IV. DAILY CHECKS AND SAFEGUARDS
In order to use the appliance safely for a long period of time, please follow the instructions bellow:
1. Check the power cord, plug, soft cords used to connect the appliance and controller for any signs of
damage before use. If there are damages, do not use the appliance. Send it to the authorized service
center for checking and repair.
2. During use, ensure that the blanket is leveled, fixed, not folded or rolled. Deal with the situation that
influences the normal use in time.
3. Often check for wear and tear marks on the appliance (including the soft cord), if there is this kind of
phenomenon or this appliance has already been used by mistake, return it to the supplier place before
using next time.
4. The heating wire in the electric blanket should be spaced evenly and smoothly. Do not cross, trap and
fold the wires. Do not use when there is not accordance with the above, and send it to the service
center for checking and repair. Checking method: Lay the electric blanket flat on the bed, and touch
the heating wires with hand.
5. When the electric blanket is on the bed, it is forbidden children to jump on the bed. If the situation
already took place, you should pay special attention to check whether every part of the electric
blanket is in normal condition, use only after confirming everything is normal.
6. When any accident or damage takes place (smoking, fire, abnormal sound, abnormal smell, etc.),
immediately cut off the electric blanket power (pull out the plug).
