产品用途：
世达手扳葫芦是一种高效率多用途的手动起重机械，广泛应用于造船、电力、运输、建筑、矿山、邮电等部门的设备安装，
物品起吊、机件牵引等。尤其在狭小的工作场所、野外、高空作业和各种不同角度的牵引更具有独特的优越性。
离合装置的使用：
无负载时，将拨块拔至“ N ”位，平稳 .缓慢地拉动起重链条，即可快速调整两钩间距离，若快速并给起重链条一
冲击式拉力，则离合装置锁紧。负载作用后，若出现离合器锁死，逆时针转动手轮，若仍不能恢复正常，则将拨块
置“ 向下（DOWN）”位置，操纵手柄即可。
升降重物：
提升时，拨块置“向上（UP）”位置，操纵手柄将摩擦片、棘轮、制动器座压成一体共同旋转，依次带动长轴齿轮、
片齿轮、短轴齿轮、花键齿轮和起重链轮，此时链条张紧，开始作业。下降时，拨块置“ 向下（DOWN）”位置，操
纵手柄即可下降重物。
操作说明：
1 ） 严禁超载使用。
2）严禁用人力以外的其它动力操作。
3）所有的运动部件应始终保持良好润滑。在操作之前，请确保各部分没有损坏，并且闲置运动处于良好状态操作时
应先试吊。当重物离地后，如运转正常，制动可靠，方可继续起吊。
4
） 吊装前，检查挂钩是否安装牢固。不允许用吊钩钩尖钩挂重物。保证起重链条无扭曲，以确保安全。
5）操作时如发现手扳力大于正常扳力时，应立即停止使用，必要时卸载，然后检查（a）重物是否与其它物件牵连 :（b）
葫芦机件有无损坏；（c）重物是否超出了葫芦的额定载荷。
维护方法：
1 ）使用完毕的手扳葫芦应擦净油污、水，存放干燥地点。
2）检修应由熟悉葫芦机构者进行，防止不懂本机性能原理者随意拆装。
3）葫芦经过清洗检修后，应按规定进行制动性能和动载性能试验，确认运行正常，方可使用。
4
）制动器的摩擦表面必须保持干净。制动器机构应经常检查，防止制动失灵造成事故。
保修期：
本产品无任何质量缺陷或损坏情况下，自购买之日起，保用六个月。

Product Usage :
SADA chain block is a high-efficiency versatile manual lifting device widely used for equipment installation, items lifting, traction of parts
and the like in shipbuilding, electric power, transportation, construction, mining, post and telecommunications and other sectors. It has
unique advantages especially in confined work space, the field, work in the heights and traction in various angles.
Use of Clutch Device :
When there is no load, turn the dial to the " N " position, and pull the lifting chain steadily and slowly to quickly adjust the distance
between the two hooks. If the chain is pulled quickly and given an impacting pulling force, the clutch device will be locked. If the clutch
is locked with load, turn the hand wheel counterclockwise. If it still cannot return to normal, turn the dial to the " DOWN " position and
operate the handle.
Lifting Weights :
With the dial set to the " Up " position during lifting, operate the handle to press the friction lining, the ratchet and the brake seat into one
piece to rotate together, which will drive the long shaft gear, the gear piece, the short shaft gear, the spline gear and the lifting chain
wheel sequentially. Then the chain is tensioned and begins to work. With the dial set to the " DOWN " position during lowering, operate the
handle to lower the weights.
Operation Instructions :
1 ）Never use if overloaded.
2）Never use power other than human strength for operation.
3）All moving parts shall always be well lubricated. Before operation, please confirm that no part is damaged, and test shall be taken if
the idle operation is in good condition. The lifting can only continue if the operation is normal and the brake reliable when the weight
is lifted off the ground.
4
）C heck whether the hooks are securely installed before lifting. It is not allowed to hang weights with the tip of hook. Ensure that the
lifting
chain is not twisted so as to guarantee safety.
5）If the hand pulling force is found greater than the normal during operation, stop using immediately （unload if necessary ）, and
check（a）whether the weight is connected with other objects ;（b）whether the parts of the chain block are damaged ; and（c）
whether the weight exceeds the rated load of the chain block.
Maintenance Methods :
1 ） Wipe the oil and water on the chain block after use and store it in a dry place.
2）The maintenance should be carried out by those who are familiar with the mechanism of the chain block, and those who do not
understand the working principle shall not disassemble it.
3）After cleaning and overhaul, the chain block shall be tested for the braking performance and dynamic load performance according
to the provisions to confirm that the operation is normal before use.
4
） The friction surface of the brake must keep clean. The brake mechanism shall be inspected frequently to prevent accidents caused
by brake failure.
Warranty :
This product is warranted for six months from the date of purchase without any quality defects or damage.

Einsatz von Kupplungsgerät :
Wenn es keine Last gibt, ziehen Sie den Schaltblock auf " N " Position, stabil und langsam ziehen Sie die Hubkette, um den Abstand
zwischen den beiden Haken schnell einzustellen. Wird die Hebekette schnell mit einer Aufprallkraft gezogen, ist die Kupplungsvorrichtung
