Installation/Set-up
Connect the PC/TV+ to 230VAC.
Wait for approx. 3 seconds until the relay is activated or the indicator flashes.
Reset the PC/TV+ by holding down the reset button for approx. 5 seconds until the indicator flashes.
Connect the required devices and place them on standby.
Hold down the reset button for approx. 5 seconds until the indicator flashes; the standby power is now being
measured. Release the reset button again.
After approx. 12-18 seconds, the PC/TV+ will automatically switch off all connected devices.
Use with a remote control
Activate by holding down the reset button for max. 4 seconds, then press any key on the remote control.
Normal use
Turn on the PC/TV+ again by pressing the reset button once or by pressing any key on your remote control.
After pressing either the remote control or the reset button on the TV/PC+ once, all connected devices can be
turned on as usual.
When the system is on standby again, the PC/TV+ will completely shut off the standby power on connected
devices after 12-18 seconds.
Safety instructions
1. Read these instructions carefully.
2. Keep the equipment dry.
3. The temperature in the room in which theTV/PC+ Standby Killer is used most not exceed 40°C.
4. Do not exceed the maximum power rating as shown on the product label.
5. Do not expose the equipment to dripping or splashing water.
6. The switch on the appliance should be easy to access and disconnect.
7. The appliance is for indoor use in dry locations.
8. Discontinue use if the appliance is damaged or defective.The appliance is not repairable.
9. This appliance must be connected to a mains power socket with protective earth.
10. Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste; use separate waste collection facilities.
11. Contact your local authorities for information regarding available waste collection facilities.
12. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the
groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
