Wartung von Handoberfräsen HM 4/HM 7-Z und Kohlewechsel
Jedes Elektrowerkzeug erfordert eine regelmäßige und sorgfältige
Pflege! Außerdem erhöht regelmäßiges Reinigen die Lebensdauer
der Maschine. Auf diesen Umstand wird in der Betriebsanleitung
besonders hingewiesen. Wesentlich ist aber die Wartung der
Maschine, die nur von Elektrofachkräften oder Fachreparaturwerk-
stätten durchgeführt werden darf.
Die folgenden Reparatur-Hinweise und Informationen gelten daher
ausschließlich für Elektrofachkräfte oder Fachreparaturwerkstät-
ten. Sie sind nicht für den Benutzer der Maschine bestimmt.
Jeder Betriebsanleitung ist ein Merkblatt „Sicherheitshinweise"
beigegeben, welches sinngemäß auch für Reparaturbetriebe gilt.
Zusätzlich sind folgende Sicherheitshinweise zu beachten:
1. Bei nichtortsfesten, elektrischen Betriebsmitteln sind bestimmte
Wartungsintervalle zwingend vorgeschrieben! Siehe „Sicher
heitshinweise" bei der Betriebsanleitung!
2. Durch Nichteinhaltung der Wartungsvorschriften und der War
tungsintervalle können Gefahren für Leib und Leben auftreten.
3. Beim Warten der Maschine dürfen aus Sicherheitsgründen keine
eigenmächtigen Umbauten oder Veränderungen vorgenommen
werden.
4. Bei der Wartung sind grundsätzlich nur Original-SCHEER-
Ersatz-Teile zu verwenden. Ist dies nicht der Fall, so kann von uns
keine Garantie für einwandfreies Funktionieren des Gerätes
übernommen werden; außerdem entfällt dann jeglicher
Garantieanspruch !
5. Vor Beginn der Wartungsarbeiten ist die Maschine außer Betrieb
zu setzen. Dabei muß zusätzlich der Stecker aus der Steckdose
gezogen werden, um gegen unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten der
Maschine gesichert zu sein.
6. Nach Abschluss der Wartungsarbeiten sind unbedingt alle
Sicherheitseinrichtungen wieder anzubringen und auf richtigen
Sitz zu überprüfen.
Die Kugellager der Maschine sind wartungsfrei und für etwa 2000
Betriebsstunden mit Fett gefüllt. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit empfiehlt
es sich -, ungeachtet der normalen 6-monatigen Wartungsintervalle
- das Elektrowerkzeug zu überprüfen und gegebenenfalls die Ver-
schleißteile zu ersetzen.
Beim Auswechseln der Kohlebürsten sollte gleichzeitig der Motor
gereinigt werden. Dies geschieht am zweckmäßigsten mit einem
trockenen Staubpinsel oder mit Druckluft.
Die Handoberfräsen HM 4 und HM 7 sind mit einer Abschaltkohle
und einer normalen Kohle ausgestattet. Sind die Kohlen abgenützt,
so schaltet die Abschaltkohle die Maschine automatisch ab. Die
Oberfräse muss dann geöffnet und die Kohlen ersetzt werden. Aus
Sicherheitsgründen müssen grundsätzlich beide Kohlen aus-
gewechselt werden, wobei dann jeweils zwei Abschaltkohlen einzu-
setzen sind. Auf jeden Fall sind Original-SCHEER-Kohlen zu ver-
wenden.
Das Auswechseln der Kohlebürsten geschieht wie folgt:
Befestigungsschrauben (1) des hinteren Gehäusedeckels (2) lösen,
Gehäusedeckel abnehmen und Kohlenhalter (3) mit den Kohlere-
sten herausnehmen. Neue Kohlen (4 und 5) in die Kohlehalterein-
setzen, Kohlehalter mit Kohlen wieder einsetzen, danach Gehäuse-
deckel aufschrauben. Lassen Sie dann im Leerlauf ca. 5-10 Minu-
ten lang die Kohlen einlaufen.

Die Säulen der Grundplatte, auf denen der Motor auf- und abwärts
bewegt wird, sind sauber zu halten und leicht einzuölen.
Ist es aus diesen Gründen notwendig, den Motor von der Grund-
platte zu lösen, so ist folgendes zu beachten:
Auf der Seite des Klemmgriffes befindet sich am Motorgehäuse eine
Öffnung. An der Führungssäule D = 10 mm ist am Ende der Stange
ein schwenkbares Halteplättchen angebracht, welches verhindert,
daß der Motor nach oben von den Säulen gleitet.
Der Motor wird nun soweit nach unten gedrückt und dann arretiert,
bis in der Motorgehäuseöffnung ein Schraubenkopf mit Schlitz
erscheint. Mit einem Schraubendreher wird dieser Schrauben-
schlitz in die Senkrechte gedreht. Das Halteplättchen steht nun
auch in der Senkrechten. Die Höhenarretierung wird gelöst, und
durch die Druckfeder wird der Motor von den Säulen geschoben.
Dabei den Motor mit beiden Händen festhalten!! Der Einbau
erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Maintenance of Portable Electric Routers
HM 4/HM 7 and Changing Carbon Brushes
Every electric tool requires regular and careful maintenance! Fur-
ther-more, regular cleaning extends the working life of the machine.
Particular attention is drawn to this fact in the operating instructions.
However, a considerable amount of maintenance to the machine
can be carried out only by electric specialists or specialist repair
workshops.
For this reason, the following repair instructions and information
apply exclusively to specialist electrical personnel or specialist
repair workshops.They are not intended forthe user of the machine.
Each operator's manual is accompanied by an instruction sheet
"Safety instructions", which by analogy apply also to repair compa-
nies. In additon, the following safety instructions are to be observed:
1. In the case of non-fixed-location electrical equipment, certain
service intervals are necessarily mandatory! See "Safety instruc
tions" in the operator's manual!
2. Non-observance of the service regulations and service intervals
can expose the operator to life-threatening danger.
3. For safety reasons, no makeshift modifications or alterations may
be undertaken during servicing of the machine.
4. When servicing the machine, never use any other than original
SCHEER spare parts. If this is notthe case,we cannot honourany
guarantee for perfect functioning of the unit; so any guarantee
claim is thus excluded!
5. The machine is to be switched off before servicing work begins.
Here, the plug must also be removed from the socket in order to
exclude the possibility of the machine being accidentally swit
ched on.
6. Once servicing work has been completed, all safety installations
must necessarily be put back in place and checked for correct
positioning.
The machine's ball bearings are maintenance-free, and filled with
grease for some 2000 operating hours. At the end of this period, it is
recommended - irrespective of the normal 6-month maintenance
intervals - to examine the electric tool and replace any worn parts.
When changing the carbon brushes, the motor should be cleaned
at the same time. This is best carried out using a dry-dust brush or
using compressed air.
The Portable Electric Routers HM 4 and HM 7 are fitted with one
break carbon brush and one normal carbon brush. If the carbon
brushes are worn, the break carbon brush automatically switch the
machine off. The portable electric routers must then be opened and
the carbon brushes replaced. For safety reasons, it is necessary
that both carbon brushes always be replaced at the same time, with
two break carbon brushes respectively to be used. It is imperative
that original SCHEER carbon brushes be used.
The carbon brushes are changed as follows:
Remove the fastening screws (1) of the rear housing cover (2),
remove housing cover and remove and brush holder (3) with the
carbon-brush remains. Insert new carbon brushes (4 and 5) in the
brush holder, re-insert brush holder with brushes, and then screw
tight housing cover. Then allow brushes to run in under no-load for
approx. 5-10 minutes.
The base-plate columns upon which the motor moves upwards and
downwards are to be kept clean and oiled lightly. If, for these
reasons, it is necessary to remove the motor from the base plate,
the following is to be observed: On the motor casing, there is an
opening on the terminal grip side. On the guide column D = 10 mm,
a swivelling holder plate is attached at the end of the bar; the former
prevents the motor from slipping upwards from the columns.
The motor is now pushed downwards and then stopped until a
screw head with slit appears in the motor-casing opening. Using a
screwdriver, this screw slot is screwed into a vertical position. The
holder plate is now also in a vertical position. The heigth arrester is
loosened, and via the pressure springs, the motor is pushed overthe
columns. Hold the motor with both hands when doing this!! Installa-
tion is carried out in reverse order.

Entretien des Défonceuses Portatives
HM 4/HM 7 et remplacement des charbons
Tout outil électroportatif doit être régulièrement et soigneusement
entretenu! Un nettoyage régulier augmente la longévité de la
machine. La notice d'utilisation insiste particulièrement sur ce
point. L'entretien de la machine est cependant essentiel; celui-ci ne
doit être confie qu'ä un spécialiste ou ä un atelier spécialisé. Les
informations et instructions de réparation suivantes sont destinées
exclusivement aux spécialistes et aux ateliers spécialisés et non ä
l'utilisateur de la machine.
Chaque notice d'utilisation est accompagnée de consignes de
sécurité destinées également ä être observées lors de travaux de
réparation. De plus, observer les consignes de sécurité suivantes:
1. Dans le cas d'un outillage électrique à poste non fixe, une cer-
taine fréquence d'entretien doit être obligatoirement respectée!
Voir les «Avertissements sur la sécurité» de la notice d'utilisation.
2. La non-oberservation des prescriptions d'entretien et de la fré-
quence d'entretien peut entrainer un risque d'accident grave
voire mortel.
3. Par mesure de sécurité, aucune modification ni transformation
ne doit être entreprise sans autorisation lors de l'entretien.
4. Lors de l'entretien, utiliser exclusivement des
pièces de rechange SCHEER d'origine.
Dans le cas contraire, nous ne pouvons pas donner suite ä un
recours en garantie pour fonctionnement impeccable de
l'appareil; de plus, tout droit ä la garantie est supprime!
5. Avant d'effectuer les travaux d'entretien, la machine doit se trou-
ver hors circuit. En outre, la fiche doit être débranchée afin de
prévenir toute mise en marche imprévue.
6. Apres les travaux d'entretien, tous les dispositifs de sûreté doivent
être remis en place et leur bon positionnement doit être contrôlé.
Les roulements ä bille de la machine ne nécessitent aucun entretien
et sont graisses pour 2000 heures de Service environ. Une fois cette
Période écoulée, il est conseille - sans tenir compte de la fréquence
d'entretien de six mois- de procéder ä un contrôlé de l'outil
électroportatif et de remplacer les pièces usées au besoin. Lors
du remplacement des balais de charbon, le moteur devrait être
également nettoyé. Le nettoyage s'effectue au mieux ä l'aide d'une
époussette sèche ou ä l'air comprime.
Les défonceuses HM 4 et HM 7 sont munies d'un charbon de
rupture et d'un charbon normal. Si les charbons sont uses, le
charbon de rupture met la machine automatiquement hors circuit.
La défonceuse doit être alors ouverte et les charbons remplaces. Par
mesure de sécurité, les deux charbons doivent être remplaces;
deux charbons de rupture devant être alors mis en place. Utiliser
exclusivement des charbon SCHEER d'origine.
Le remplacement des balais de charbon s'effectue comme suit:
Desserrer les vis de fixation (1) du couvercle arrière du carter (2),
retirer le couvercle du carter et les porte-charbon (3) avec les restes
de charbons. Mettre en place de nouveaux charbons (4 et 5) dans
les porte-charbons, remettre en place les porte-charbons avec les
charbons, puis revisser le couvercle du carter. Laisser tourner la
machine munie de charbons neufs ä vide pendant environ 5-10
minutes.
Les colonnes de la plaque de base, sur lesquelles le moteur est
déplace verticalement doivent être tenues propres et légèrement
huilées.
Si le moteur doit être détache de la plaque de base lors d'un
nettoyage et d'un huilage, veiller aux points suivants: Une
Ouverture se trouve sur le côte de la poignée tournante du carter de
moteur. A l'extrémité de la colonne de guidage D = 10 mm se trouve
une plaquette de retenue pivotante dont le rôle est d'empêcher
que le moteur ne sorte des colonnes. Enfoncer le moteur puis le
bloquer lorsqu'une tête de vis fendue apparait dans l'ouverture
du carter du moteur. A l'aide d'un tournevis, tourner la vis jusqu'ä
ce que la fente soit verticale. La plaquette de retenue est alors
également verticale. Desserrer le dispositif de blocage du réglage
de hauteur et faire sortir le moteur des colonnes ä l'aide des ressorts
de compression. Tenir le moteur ä deux mains! Le montage
s'effectue dans l'ordre inverse des opérations.
