Checking and documenting the quality of your flock fibers
Digital microscope with 7 inch monitor and dimmable LED illumination.
Simply spread flock fibers on the included Support-Card and focus.
This allows you to determine the shape, color and length of the flock fibers very
accurately.
For your documentation you can even save everything on a memory card (not included).

persons who are responsible for the equipment. Only with knowledge of these operating
instructions can errors be avoided and safe and trouble-free operation be ensured.

This instrument is intended for use only as a microscope for checking your flock fibers.

5. Functional description
5.1. Function
The Flock-o-Skop is a device to examine flock fibers in more detail. It helps you with your
quality assurance and its documentation.
5.2. Start up
•Connect the power cord to the device and a power outlet.
•Switch on the Flock-o-Skop by pressing the on/off switch [1]
•Regulate the light intensity of the LED ring [4] with the dimming control
•Position the Support Card [3] on the object stage of the Flock-o-Skop until the 12
mm mark is visible in the center of the screen.
•Now perform a calibration by aligning the mark exactly in the center of the screen
using the Up/Down keys.
•Now put a small amount of flock fibers on the Support Card [3] and focus the
image with the lens by turning it.
•You can now see the shape, color and length of the flock fibers and use the in-
cluded Measuring-Card to determine the size of the fibers on the screen by placing
the scale against a fiber.

5.3. Function keys
Mode/Menu [7]:
•Press once briefly to go from "Video" mode to "Camera" mode.
•Pressing it again will take you to the captured images.
•Use the Up/Down buttons to scroll through the recordings
Up-/Down [8] and [9]:
•Use the Up/Down buttons to scroll through the recordings
OK-Button [10]:
•Press the OK button to start and stop video recording in video mode.
•In the "recordings" mode, start and stop a video recording
Camera-Button [11]:
•Press this button to take a photo. It does not matter whether you are in video or
photo mode
