307500 –Castors without brakes & 307600 –Castors with brakes
Steel shelving
1. Unscrew the nut, disc and distance tube from the castor.
2. Remove the end cap from the 60/30 –80/30 upright foot.
3. Insert the castor thread into the tread of the upright.
4. Place the distance tube, disc and nut (in the described order) on the castor
thread and tighten.
Opal shelving
1. Unscrew the nut, disc and distance tube from the castor
2. Place the disc on the thread. The nut and distance tube are not to be used.
3. Insert the castor thread with disc into welded thread of the frame and tighten.
4. Do not use the zinc end cap for the wheels.

Important
1. Do not install castors onto shelving higher than 152 cm.
2. Only install castors on double sided shelving.
3. Never install castors on more than three joint units.
4. Always have a minimum of two castors with brakes. Must be installed diagonally.
5. All uprights must have two castors.

Stålreol
1. Skru møtrik, skrive og afstandsrør af hjulet.
2. Fjern plastik proppen fra 60/30 –80/30 søjle foden.
3. Skru hjulgevindet ind i søjlegevindet.
4. Påsæt afstandsrør, skrive og møtrik (i denne rækkefølge) på hjulgevindet og
spænd møtrikken.
Opal reol
1. Skru møtrik, skrive og afstandsrør af hjulet.
2. Sæt skiven på gevindet. Møtrik og afstandsrør skal ikke bruges.
3. Skru hjulgevindet med skiven ind i svejse møtrikkens gevind og spænd til.
4. Brug ikke zink rørbenet til montering af hjulet.

Vigtigt
1. Monter ikke hjul på søjler højere end 152 cm.
2. Monter kun hjul på dobbeltsidet reoler.
3. Monter ikke hjul på mere end 3 sammenhængende moduler.
4. Benyt altid mindst 2 hjul med bremser. Monter dem diagonalt.
5. Alle søjler skal have 2 hjul.
