Bei Verwendung des AC-Adapters wird die Strom-
zufuhr der Batterien automatisch unterbrochen. Der AC-
Adapter stellt nur den für den Betrieb der Leuchte benö-
tigten Strom zur Verfügung, Akkus werden nicht geladen.

Using the A/C adapter automatically disconnects
the batteries. The A/C adapter only provides auxiliary
power, it will not charge batteries.

Zum Montieren von Fuß und Leuchte entfernen
Sie die Schraube aus der Leuchtenbasis und verbinden
Sie hiermit den Fuß mit der Leuchte.
Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose. Achten
Sie bitte darauf, dass das Anschlusskabel keine Stolper-
gefahr darstellt.

To screw together the base and the lamp, remo-
ve the screw from the base and use it to screw together
the base and the lamp.
Insert the plug into the socket. Please make sure that
the connection cable cannot be tripped over.

Pour monter le pied et la lampe, retirez la vis du
socle et utilisez la vis pour relier le pied à la lampe.
Connectez le bloc d’alimentation à la prise de courant.
Veillez à poser le câble d’alimentation de manière à ce
qu’il soit impossible de trébucher dessus.

Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass unsere Batterien/Akkus
gesetzeskonform in Verkehr gebracht werden und weisen Sie auf
nachfolgende Punkte hin:
1. Unsere Produkte enthalten wieder aufladbare Akkus (NiMH)/Batterien
2. Zur Vermeidung von Umwelt- und/oder Gesundheitsbelastungen
müssen Altbatterien/Akkus zur geregelten
Entsorgung an Recyclinghöfen der Kommunen oder über den
Handel zurückgegeben werden. Diese Rückgabe ist gesetzlich
vorgeschrieben und für Sie völlig kostenfrei.
3. Batterien/Akkus sollten nur im entladenen Zustand und bei
Lithium-Batterien mit abgeklebten Polen zur Entsorgung
zurückgegeben werden.
4. Durch Wiederverwertung von Altbatterien/Akkus werden wertvolle
Rohstoffe wie Zink, Eisen, Nickel etc. zurückgewonnen.
5. Die Batterien/Akkus können zur Entsorgung problemlos aus
unseren Geräten entnommen werden.
6. Das Symbol der „durchkreuzten Mülltonne“ auf Batterien/Akkus
bedeutet, dass deren Entsorgung über den Restmüll gesetzlich
verboten ist.
Die zusätzliche Angabe der
chemischen Zeichen für Blei (Pb),
Cadmium (Cd) und Quecksilber (Hg)
bedeutet, dass diese Stoffe über
den gesetzlich festgelegten Grenzwerten in den Batterien/Akkus
enthalten sind.
We would like to inform you that our batteries/rechargeable batteries
are marketed in accordance with the current law and refer you to the
following points:
1. Our products contain batteries/rechargeable batteries.
2. To prevent harmful effects to the environment and health, used
batteries/rechargeable batteries must be
disposed of properly at community recycling centres or returned
to the merchant. Returning batteries is
required by law and is completely free-of-charge for you.
3. Batteries/rechargeable batteries should only be
returned in a discharged state.
4. Valuable raw materials such as zinc, iron and nickel can be

reclaimed by recycling used batteries/rechargeable batteries.
5. The batteries/rechargeable batteries can be easily removed from
our devices for disposal (see User‘s Guide).
6. The symbol of a „crossed-out trash container“
indicates that it is illegal to dispose of used batteries with regular
domestic waste.
The additional specifi cation of the
chemical sign for lead (Pb), cadmium
(Cd) and mercury (Hg) indicates that
these materials are contained in the
batteries/rechargeable batteries in accordance with the legally-
specified limits.

circulation conformément à la loi et attirer votre attention sur les
points suivants:
1. Ces produits contient des accus/piles.
2. Pour éviter toute nuisance à l’environnement et/ou la santé, les
piles/accus usagés doivent être remis aux centres de recyclage
des communes pour une élimination conforme directement ou par
la voie du revendeur. Ce retour est prescrit par la loi et
entièrement gratuit pour vous.
3. Les piles/accus ne doivent être mises au rebut qu’à l’état
déchargé.
4. Le recyclage des piles/accus usagés permet de récupérer des
matières premières précieuses comme le zinc, le fer, le nickel etc.
5. Pour la mise au rebut, les piles/accus peuvent être retirés sans
problème de nos appareils (voir le manuel d’utilisation).

leur élimination par la voie des déchets ménagers est interdite.
