AXIS ADJUSTING IN MANUAL MODE WITH INCREMENTAL MOTION
NOTE: this function is foreseen to make the setting of a new tool easy.
Incremental shifting means that the measure you enter is added or subtracted from the real
measure of the axis.
Proceed as follows:
1) Press MAN key:
1 = INCR
2 = ABS
appears,
2) Press key 1:
M1 flashes on display (B fig.1) (spindle lifting)
3) Press the numerical keys corresponding to the measure desired for spindle lifting or press
ENTER key if this axis shall not be moved and if you want to reach the next axis.
4) Proceed as indicated in point 3) for widening, then press ENTER key for program execution
For negative measures, after entering the shifting measure desired, press "PROG".
5) Enter the measure desired (press “PROG” for negative measures)
6) Press ENTER key for adjusting execution
AXIS ADJUSTING IN MANUAL MODE (ABSOLUTE)
The control carries out also adjustings which are not stored.
Proceed as follows:
1) Press MAN key:
MAN = INCR
2 = ABS
appears.
2) Press 2 key:
M - 2 .... display (B fig.1) (spindle lifting) flashes
3) Enter the measure desired if you want to move the 1.st axis (spindle lifting) or press ENTER
key if you do not want to move this axis but you want to pass to the next axis.
4) Proceed as indicated in point 3) for widening, then press ENTER key for program execution
