1. SAFETY
9Familiarise yourself with the application, limitations and hazards of the panel stand.
9Maintain the panel stand in good condition (use authorised replacement parts).
9Keep the panel stand clean for best and safest performance.
9Locate the panel stand in a suitable work area.
WARNING! Use the panel stand on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
8DO NOT overload the panel stand.
8DO NOT climb on the panel stand.
8DO NOT use the panel stand for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
8DO NOT use the panel stand if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.
9Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure that there is adequate lighting.
9Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.

2. INTRODUCTION
Versatile stand suitable for a wide variety of body shop applications. Work height is fully adjustable by lengthening chains. Foam cushioned
supports help prevent marking panel. Folds away when not in use.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. Push rubber feet on to ends of legs as shown.
4.2. Slide legs fig.1.1 into panel supports fig.1.2 and fix using hook
bolts fig.1.3 as shown.
4.3. Bolt the two halves of the stand together using the bolts / nuts /
washers supplied. Ensure hooks face inwards.
4.4. Suspend the chains between the hooks as shown to obtain
required height.
4.5. Panel stand can be folded up when not in use for ease of storage.
WARNING! Take care not to trap fingers.
