Thiscleanercontains
a
suds-sensitivefloatsystemwhichshuts
offthe
suctionwhen
the
water
or
sudspicked
upbythe
cleanerreaches
a
certain
level
inthe
uppercontainer.When
the
suction
is
shutoff,
to
continueyourcleaning,turn
offthe
cleaner,emptyupper
container,
wipesudsfrom
float
system
and
continuecleaning.When
a
highlysudsysolution
is
beingvacuumed
up,the
float
systemwillactivate
bythe
sudslevel
andnotthe
waterlevel;therefore,
ifthe
amount
of
water
inthe
containerdoes
not
appear
tobea
largequantity,
donotbe
alarmed,
the
float
is
working
properly.
Theuseof
Formula
#2
(defoamer)willreduce
or
eliminatethis
condition.

If
yourcleaner
is
accidentlyturnedover
while
youare
cleaning,
the
float
may
activate
and
shut
off
the
suction.
If
this
occurs,
setthe
cleaner
upright,
turn
the
powerswitch"off"
andlet
motor
come
toa
completestop:thenturnswitchback"on"
to
continuecleaning.

For
maximum
efficiency,
emptycontainer
frequently
and
keepinside
of
hose,wands,nozzle
and
container
clean.

DONOT
overwet
carpet
or
upholstery.
If
three
or
morecleaningstrokes
are
required,
letthe
carpet
or
upholsterymaterial
dryand
thenrepeatcleaningprocess.
