Seicane S089992 2005-2012 BMW 3 Series head unit after installation
Some tips before the installation:
1. Please disconnect the ower before the installation.
2. Please re are a lever and a screwdriver before the removal and the installation.
3. Please kee all the se arate arts from the car. Please take great care of the dashboard to
avoid scratching it during its detachment and installation. Please kee handy any arts from
the car and make use of all the original screws from the car as much as ossible. so each
related art of the unit can be fixed securely.

1. The original dashboard before installation.
2. Pry the anel off with a lever. You need to lift the air-conditioning assembly and don't ry the
air-conditioning anel off directly.
3.Un lug the air-conditioning assembly. Then unscrew the CD layer and ull the CD layer out.

4. Disconnect the ower lug behind the CD layer and the lug of the radio aerials.

5. Take off the lastic bracket frame behind the CD Player. Six screws are shown in the icture as
follow. 4 of them are T20 screws, 2 of them are turnbuckles(no.8).
6. Unscrew the 2 turnbuckles(no.8).After the removal, the bracket is not needed, because the
DVD comes with its metal bracket anel.
7. Check all the accessories for the new Seicane head unit.
8. Connect the harnesses to the back of the new Seicane head unit.
9. Connect the Seicane head unit to your original head unit 's lugs.
10. Turn on the new Seicane head unit to have a careful check if everything works well. If it
doesn't, lease check whether all the cables are connected correctly.
11.Put the new Seicane head unit into the dash.
12. Put everything into their original lace.
