
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
To assemble this product you will require a crosspoint No. 2 screwdriver, a 10mm combination ratchet
spanner and a drill with 4mm wood bit. If available, a 10mm socket wrench may aid access when
assembling the unit.

Step 1:
Join the two side panels (A) at the bottom of
the cabinet using two brace supports (B). Fix
using 8 bolt, nut and washer combinations (O,
and Q). Make sure that the brace supports
have the edge with the two bolt holes facing
upwards.
Step 2:
Attach centre supports (C) to the cross brace
supports (B) just fitted using the bolt, washer
and hex nut combinations (O, and Q).
Step 5:
Attach the drawer-side back panel (F) and
drawer stops (G). ush the bolt through the
back panel and the drawer stop before fixing to
the side panel and the drawer housing. Fix the
shelf-side back panel using the bolt, nut and
washer combinations (O, and Q).
Step 6:
Insert shelves (H) in position inside the cabinet
and fix using the usual bolt, washer and nut
combinations (O, and Q).
Step 7:
Fix the triangular corner braces (I) at the front
and rear of the cabinet, bolting them to the
bottom brace supports and the side panels.
Fit the adjustable leg levellers (R) to the
bottom of the side panels (A).
Step 8:
lace the work top on a suitable surface and
turn the cabinet upside down on top of it.
osition the cabinet centrally on the work top
and mark the screw holes through the fixing
holes in the top supports. Remove the cabinet
and drill four 4mm x 13mm deep holes to
receive the four 10mm x 16mm hex head
screws used to secure the work top to the
cabinet. Make sure that the holes do not
exceed 13mm deep. Tighten the hex head
screws using a suitable wrench.
Step 3:
Slide in drawer slider housings D - left hand,
front facing (i.e. two rows of holes to the front
of the cabinet) and E - right hand, front facing
(i.e. two rows of holes to the front of the
cabinet). Fix at front of cabinet only using 4 x
M6 bolt, lock washer and hex nut
combinations (O, and Q).
Bolt drawer housing panel to the side panel
and the centre support using the usual fittings.
Do not fix at the rear of the cabinet at this
time, as a back panel and the drawer stops
have to be bolted through the drawer housing
(as in Step 5).
Attach female drawer slides (L) to the drawer
housing panels (D and E). Slide rear tab into
slot, then locate centre and front tabs in a
downward movement. If necessary tap the
slides into position using a suitable hammer.
Step 4:
Fix the two top cross brace supports (B) at the
top end of the cabinet using the bolt, washer
and nut combinations provided.
