IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ CAREFULLY AND SAFE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
When using electrical appliance basic safety precautions should be followed, including the following:
WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, injury to persons or exposure to excessive
microwave energy:
1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.
3. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use corrosive chemicals
or vapors in this appliance. This type of oven is specifically designed to heat, cook or dry food. It is not
designed for industrial or laboratory use. Do not use corrosive chemicals on this appliance.
4. Do not operate the oven when empty.
5. Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly or if it has
been damaged or dropped. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard
6. WARNING: In case the door or the door sealing is damaged, the oven must not be used until repaired by
an authorised service centre or trained individual.
7. WARNING: It is dangerous for any other person other than an authorised service or trained individual to
execute any repairs or maintenance leading to the removal of the cover, which insures protection from
microwave energy radiation.
8. WARNING: Use of oven by children without supervision permitted provided the substantial instructions
have been given, so that the child is able to use the oven in a safe manner and can understand the
dangers of improper use.
9. To prevent the risk of fi re inside the oven:
Only use dishes, which are suitable for microwave use.
Heat the food in dishes made from plastic or paper, check the oven regularly for fi re.
10. In case of smoke, turn the appliance off and remove the plug from the socket. Leave the oven door closed
in order to prevent the spread of possible fi re.
11. Do not use the oven interior for storage.If the oven is not being used, do not leave paper material,
kitchenware or food inside.
12. WARNING: Liquids or other foods must not be heated in closed dishes, as they have a tendency to
explode.
13. Drinks heated in the microwave oven may lead to delayed boiling and thus one must be careful when
handling the dish.
14. Do not fry food in the microwave oven.Hot oil may damage parts of the oven, dishes, or even cause skin
burns.
15. Eggs in shells and whole hard-boiled eggs must not be heated in the microwave oven, as they may
explode.
16. Pierce food with a thick skin prior to cooking, such as potatoes, squash, apples and chestnuts.
17. Prior to feeding a baby, the contents of a baby bottle and baby food need to be mixed or shook and the
temperature must be checked to prevent burns.
18. Kitchenware can become hot as a result of heat transferred from the heated food.It will be necessary to
use kitchen mitts in certain cases.
19. This product belongs to group 2 grade B ISM device.Defi nition of group 2 includes all ISM devices
(industrial, scientific, medical), in which the radio-frequency generated is used in the form of electro-
magnetic radiation to alter food while using spark protection.Grade B includes devices which are suitable
for household purposes, connected to a low voltage socket as found in the household.
MICROWAVE COOKING PRINCIPLES
1. Arrange food carefully. Place thickest areas towards outside of dish.
2. Do not cook food directly on the glass tray. Place food in/on proper cooking utensil before placing in the oven.
3. Watch cooking time. Cook for the shortest amount of time indicated and add more as needed. Food
severely overcooked can smoke or ignite.
CAUTION! Hot surface! The accessible surfaces are liable to get hot when the appliance is in
operation.
