OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
ENERGY SOURCE
Power supply from mains adapter (Not included)
Connect one end of the AC adapter to the USB-C connector on the
device and the other end to the power source. Once connected to
the power supply, the unit will automatically switch into the standby
mode.
If a 5 V 800 mAh rechargeable battery is inserted in the battery
compartment, it will automatically charge while the device is
connected to the mains power supply.
To fully disconnect the unit from power supply, unplug the power cord
from the mains socket.
Warning:
Before using this device, check that the local mains power
supply meets the requirements of this device. Do not connect or
disconnect the power cord with wet hands.
If you will not be using the device for an extended period of time
(e.g. on holiday), unplug it from the mains socket.
Power supply from rechargeable battery
Open the battery compartment on the back of the device and insert
the included battery. The contacts of the device must touch the
battery contacts. In case the battery needs to be replaced, always
use the same type of 3.7V Li-ion BL-5C battery.

Charging the rechargeable battery
Connect your device using a USB cable – plug one end into the
USB-C connector and the other end into a USB port or USB charging
adapter. The charging time is approximately 2 hours The charging
indicator will fl ash while the battery is charging.
IMPORTANT
If you haven't used the device for a long time, the rechargeable
battery may be fully discharged, which is a characteristic of all
rechargeable batteries. In this case, we recommend charging the
battery for 5 to 24 hours to regenerate the battery.
Controls
1. Press the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn on the radio
2. Press MODE to select FM, Micro SD or USB.
3. In radio mode, the display will show frequency information about
the radio station.
4. Select a station using the TUNING / button.
5. Adjust the sound volume using the VOLUME button
6. Press the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn off the power.
Automatic shut-off function
1. Press the SLEEP button repeatedly to select the off time. For
example, if the display shows 15 minutes, the radio will switch off
automatically after 15 minutes.
2. To select a longer playback time, press the SLEEP button
repeatedly to select 15/30/45/60/75/90 minutes or OFF.
3. You can switch off the radio at any time by pressing and holding
the POWER button.

Tuning
Manual tuning
Press the TUNING / button briefl y until you fi nd the correct
frequency.

Automatic scan
1. Press and hold the TUNING / button until the frequency on
the display starts to change.
2. When a station with a strong enough signal is found, tuning stops.
Alternatively, you can stop the automatic tuning by pressing the
TUNING / button again-
Pre-settings
You can store the frequencies of up to 50 radio stations in the memory
(50 stations in the FM band). You can erase a stored frequency from
the memory by storing other frequency in its position.
Automatic saving to preset
1. Press and hold the PROG button until the frequency changes on
the display.
Manual saving to preset
1. Tune into the desired station (see Tuning).
2. Press the PROG button once to activate the programming mode.
3. Press / select the desired memory location.
4. Press the PROG button again to confi rm the selected station.
5. Listening to a preset station:
• Press the / button to select the desired station.
Improved reception:
- To receive in the FM band, extend the telescopic antenna. To
improve reception in the FM band, tilt and rotate the antenna; if
the FM signal is too strong (you are very close to the transmitter),
shorten its length.
PLAYBACK FROM USB AND MICRO SD CARD
The unit supports playback of MP3 fi les stored on storage media
connected via the USB connector or memory card slot.
1. Press MODE to select USB or SD.
2. Before connecting a USB device to the device, make sure that the
connector is turned correctly and connect it. Or insert the memory
card with the contacts to the back of the device. The memory

card contacts will be directed to the device. Take extra care when
inserting the memory card to avoid damaging it.
3. The system starts reading the MP3 fi les from a USB memory
device or a memory card automatically.
4. Press the / / buttons for the Previous / Next a Play/
Pause functions.
Warning: Due to a number of memory devices on the market,
compatibility and playback support are not guaranteed for all
media. The memory devices you want to connect should be tested
in advance and/or formatted as FAT32. The playback of protected
media, files or content stored inside them may fail.
External output
You can connect headphones to the 3.5 mm HEADPHONE JACK
(not included). The speaker will automatically disconnect.
To prevent impairment of your hearing, please avoid listening at
excessive volume levels with your headphones.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Adapter is not supplied with accessories.
2. Always disconnect the charging cable from the USB-C connector
when you are not using the device.
3. Do not leave the battery in the device for a long time. Remove the
battery to prevent leakage and damage.

4. To keep your device working reliably for a long time, do not
expose it to extreme temperature or high humidity. For example,
never place the unit in areas designed for swimming or near
kitchen ranges or radiators.
5. If the unit malfunctions, return it to the nearest service centre. Do
not attempt to repair the appliance on your own.
Warning:
To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to
rain or humidity.
To prevent electric shock, do not open the case of the device.
Always have the unit repaired by a qualified service technician.

Dispose of packaging material at a public waste disposal site.

The meaning of the symbol on the product, its
accessory or packaging indicates that this product shall
not be treated as household waste. Please, dispose of
this product at your applicable collection point for the
recycling of electrical & electronic equipment waste.
Alternatively in some states of the European Union or
other European states you may return your products
to your local retailer when buying an equivalent new
product. The correct disposal of this product will help
save valuable natural resources and help in preventing
the potential negative impact on the environment and
human health, which could be caused as a result of
improper liquidation of waste. Please ask your local
authorities or the nearest waste collection centre for
further details. The improper disposal of this type of
waste may fall subject to national regulations for fi nes.

EN Warranty conditions
Warranty card is not apart of the device packaging.
This product is warranted for the period of 24 months from the date of purchase to the end-user. Warranty
is limited to the following conditions. Warranty is referred only to the customer goods using for common
domestic use. The claim for service can be applied either at dealer’sshop where the product was bought, or
at below mentioned authorized service shops. The end-user is obligated to set up aclaim immediately when
the defects appeared but only till the end of warranty period. The end user is obligated to cooperate to certify
the claiming defects. Only completed and clean (according to hygienic standards) product will be accepted.
In case of eligible warranty claim the warranty period will be prolonged by the period from the date of claim
application till the date of taking over the product by end-user, or the date the end-user is obligated to take it
over. To obtain the service under this warranty, end-user is obligated to certify his claim with duly completed
following documents: receipt, certificate of warranty, certificate of installation.
This warranty is void especially if apply as follows:
Defects which were put on sale.
Wear-out or damage caused by common use.
The product was damaged by unprofessional or wrong installation, used in contrary to the applicable
instruction manual, used in contrary to legal enactment and common process of use or used for another
purpose which has been designed for.
The product was damaged by uncared-for or insufficient maintenance.
The product was damaged by dirt, accident of force majeure (natural disaster, fire, and flood).
Defects on functionality caused by low duality of signal, electromagnetic field interference etc.
The product was mechanically damaged (e.g. broken button, fall).
Damage caused by use of unsuitable media, fillings, expendable supplies (batteries) or by unsuitable
working conditions (e.g. high temperatures, high humidity, quakes).
Repair, modification or other failure action to the product by unauthorized person.
End-user did not prove enough his right to claim (time and place of purchase).
Data on presented documents differs from data on products.
Cases when the claiming product cannot be indentified according to the presented documents (e.g. the
serial number or the warranty seal has been damaged).
