1. In one of the two top covers, for wiring.
2. Place the nuts in the top covers and insert the hex screw, screwing them slightly. Put the top cover onto the aluminium profile,
and tighten bolts fully.
3. Slide the hex screw along the alum-extrusion and then fix the side brackets with nut to it.

4. After the alum and side brackets installed on the ground, according to priority, fix the heating unit, back plate of beam unit then
the supplied tamper switch near the top of the alum-extrusion.
5. Be sure the tamper switch should be flush with the arm of tamper switch rests above the top line of the alum.

6. Wire and fix side brackets to the floor using:
a.Sleeve Anchors : Ø1/2″(12.7 mm)
fix optional side brackets and tighten sleeve anchors fully.
b.Anchor Bolts : Slide anchor bolts and M10 hex nuts along the floor base unit, embedding the floor base unit into concrete.
Special attention is required when anchoring to uneven surface, be sure a level is used. Few days later,
set side brackets, slide M10 washer/hex nut and tighten fully.【Be sure a level is used】

7. You can attach and align the beam units to the back plates. Do not fit the original beam covers to the beam units.
8.Mount the polycarbonate profile, inserting and sliding it along the Alum-Extrusion.
9. Place the nuts in the top cover and insert the hexscrew, screwing them slightly.
Put the top cover on the alum-extrusion, and tighten bolts fully.
Do not fit the
original beam
covers to the
beam units.
