COMMENT POSITIONNER UN CASQUE :
A. Il est essentiel de choisir le bon casque. Pour une protection optimale, le
casque doit s’adapter parfaitement à la tête. Ajustez les sangles de façon
à former un « Y » sous chaque oreille, puis attachez le fermoir et position-
nez les sangles. Les sangles doivent être serrées contre la gorge et le
fermoir, une fois verrouillé, doit être éloigné de la mâchoire.
B. Le casque fermé et bien serré, assurez-vous qu'il ne peut ni quitter la
tête de l’enfant ni basculer en avant ou en arrière.
C. Les sangles sont bien ajustées et positionnées si elles ne recouvrent pas
les oreilles de l’enfant et n’obstruent pas sa vision périphérique.
ANNEAU ROTATIF :
Placez le casque sur la tête de l’enfant. Tournez l’anneau dans le sens des
aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce que le bandeau soit ajusté de manière
ferme, mais confortable. Si vous devez desserrer le bandeau, RETIREZ LE
CASQUE, puis faites tourner l’anneau dans le sens inverse des aiguilles
d’une montre. Le réglage du casque doit être eectué lorsque le casque
est correctement positionné sur la tête de l’enfant. Dans le cas contraire, le
casque n’orirait pas une protection optimale. Lors d’un accident, il pour-
rait se détacher ou quitter la tête de l’enfant. Pour connaître le fonctionne-
ment de l’anneau rotatif, consultez l’image ci-dessous.
Pour une protection ecace, poser le casque horizontalement de manière
à protéger votre front (figure 1). Le casque protège que s’il est bien ajusté.
Le casque n’ore pas toujours une protection contre les blessures.
Il convient que l’acheteur essaie plusieurs tailles et choisisse celle qui lui
paraît la mieux ajustée et la plus confortable.

USER INSTRUCTIONS FOR HELMETS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USE:
Check that the helmet does not impede your field of vision.
Once the adjustments are made, try it out over a short distance.
If your helmet is comfortable and fits correctly on your head, as indicated in
figure 1, you can use it.
If not, you must re-adjust it.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SAFETY:
HOW TO FIT A HELMET: 1. Check the adjustment of the helmet before use.
2. Do not modify the design of the helmet, as you might impact its safety
(for example, adding transfers, accessories, paint, camera, etc.).
3. Check that there is no damage (for example, deformation, cracks, etc.)
to your helmet before each use.
4. Do not use the helmet while wearing hair accessories.
5. Replace the helmet after a serious fall or impact.
6. Clean your helmet with soapy water and a soft cloth. Certain cleaning
products can damage the helmet.
7. Leave the helmet to dry in the fresh air after each use and store it in a cool
dry place.
8. Children must always remove the helmet when they are playing in play
areas or among trees.

A. Choosing the correct size helmet is very important. For optimum protec-
tion this helmet must fit comfortably on the head. Adjust the straps so that
they form a «Y» below each ear then snap the buckle together and posi-
tion the straps. The straps must be tighten against the throat and the loop
closing being correctly locked, the buckle should be positioned away from
the jawbone.
B. With the helmet on and tightly fastened, make sure it cannot be remo-
ved from your head or rolled forwards or backwards excessively.
C. When properly fitted and adjusted, your ears should not be covered by
any part of the straps and your peripheral vision should not be blocked.
TURN RING:
Place the helmet on your head. Turn the ring clockwise until the headband
is firm yet comfortable. If you need to loosen the headband, TAKE THE
HELMET OFF, turn the ring counterclockwise. All fit adjustments must be
made with the helmet in the proper position. Failure to do this will result in
a poor fit. A poor fit will allow the helmet to move out of position or come
o in an accident. For proper turn ring operation, refer to the image below.
For ecient protection, fit the helmet horizontally so as to protect your front
(figure 1). A helmet cannot always protect against injury. The helmet
protects only if it is properly adjusted. The buyer should try dierent sizes

ANPASSUNG DES HELMS:
A. Es ist sehr wichtig, die richtige Helmgröße auszuwählen. Für optimalen
Schutz muss der Helm richtig auf dem Kopf sitzen. Stellen Sie die Riemen so
ein, dass sie ein „Y“ unter jedem Ohr bilden, schnappen Sie anschließend die
Schnalle zusammen und positionieren Sie die Riemen. Die Riemen müssen am
Hals angezogen werden und der Schleifenverschluss korrekt verriegelt werden,
wobei die Schnalle nicht am Kieferknochen positioniert werden darf.
B. Nachdem Sie den Helm aufgesetzt und festgezogen haben, stellen Sie
sicher, dass er nicht abgenommen oder auf dem Kopf übermäßig nach vorn
oder hinten geschoben werden kann.
C. Sitzt der Helm richtig und fest, sollten die Riemen nicht Ihre Ohren bedecken -
auch nicht teilweise - und Ihr peripheres Sehfeld sollte nicht versperrt sein.
DREHRING:
Setzen Sie den Helm auf. Drehen Sie den Ring im Uhrzeigersinn, bis das
Kopfband fest, aber bequem anliegt. Wenn das Kopfband gelockert
werden muss, NEHMEN SIE DEN HELM AB und drehen Sie den Ring gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn. Der Helm muss sich bei allen Anpassungen in der
richtigen Position befinden. Andernfalls wird er schlecht angepasst. Bei
schlechter Anpassung kann der Helm sich verschieben oder bei einem
Unfall herunterfallen. Für die richtige Handhabung des Drehrings siehe die
nachstehende Abbildung.
Für wirksamen Schutz den Helm waagerecht auf dem Kopf aufsetzen, um
Ihre Stirn zu schützen (Abbildung 1). Ein Helm kann nicht immer vor Verlet-
zungen schützen. Der Helm kann nur schützen, wenn er richtig angepasst
wurde. Der Käufer sollte mehrere Größen probieren und den Helm
wählen, der am besten sitzt und am bequemsten ist.

Indien u er niet in slaagt deze helm aan te passen volgens bovenstaande
criteria, gebruik deze helm dan niet en vervang hem door een model dat
beter past. Probeer verschillende maten uit voor u uw keuze maakt.
ZO MAAKT U EEN HELM PASSEND:
A. Het is heel belangrijk dat u de juiste maat voor uw helm kiest. Voor optimale
bescherming moet deze helm comfortabel op het hoofd passen. Pas de
riempjes zo aan dat ze onder elk oor een "Y" vormen en klik dan de gesp dicht
en plaats de riempjes op de juiste positie. De riempjes moeten aansluiten bij
de keel en de lussluiting moet correct vast zitten. De gesp moet weg van het
kaakbeen zitten.
B. Als de helm goed vastgemaakt is, controleert u of u hem niet van uw hoofd
kunt halen of ver naar voor of achter kunt schuiven.
C. Wanneer de helm correct past en aangepast is, mogen uw oren niet door
een deel van de riempjes bedekt worden, en mag uw perifeer zicht niet belem-
merd worden.
RING AANDRAAIEN:
Plaats de helm op uw hoofd. Draai in wijzerzin aan de ring tot de hoofdband
stevig, maar comfortabel aanvoelt. Als u de hoofdband losser moet maken,
NEEM DE HELM AF en draai in tegenwijzerzin aan de ring.
Alle aanpassingen moeten gedaan worden terwijl de helm in de juiste
positie staat. Als u dit niet doet, zal de helm niet prettig passen. Als de helm
niet goed past, zal hij niet goed blijven zitten of afvallen bij een
ongeval. Om de ring correct te bedienen, kijk naar onderstaande afbeelding.
Voor een eciënte bescherming moet u de helm horizontaal aanpassen,
zodat u uw voorkant beschermt (figuur 1). Een helm kan u niet altijd
beschermen tegen letsels. De helm beschermt u alleen als hij correct
aangepast is. De koper moet verschillende maten uitproberen en er een
uitkiezen die het best lijkt te passen en het meest comfortabel aanvoelt.
De levensduur van de beschermende helm bedraagt 4 jaar vanaf de
productiedatum. Na 2 jaar gebruik met een gemiddelde van 180 dagen
per jaar moeten de beschermende helm ook vervangen worden.

por favor no use este casco y reemplácelo por un modelo que se ajuste mejor.

CÓMO PONER UN CASCO:
A. Escoger la talla de casco correcta es muy importante. Para una protección
óptima, este casco debe ajustarse cómodamente a la cabeza. Ajuste las

hebilla y coloque las correas. Las correas deben estar ajustadas contra la

Si necesita aflojar la cinta de la cabeza, QUÍTESE EL CASCO, gire el anillo
en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj. Todos los ajustes deben
hacerse con el casco en la posición adecuada. Si no lo hace, el resultado
será que no se ajustará correctamente. Un mal ajuste permitirá que el
casco se mueva de su posición o que se salga en un accidente. Para girar
el anillo adecuadamente, mire la imagen más abajo.
Para una protección eficiente, coloque el casco horizontalmente para
proteger su frente (figura 1). Un casco no puede proteger siempre de los
daños. Un casco protege únicamente si está bien ajustado. El comprador
debe probar diferentes tallas y escoger la que parece que se ajusta mejor
y es más cómoda.

Se non fosse possibile utilizzare questo casco secondo i criteri citati sopra,
vi invitiamo a interromperne l’utilizzo e a sostituirlo con un modello più
appropriato. Prima di eettuare la scelta, provare le varie misure disponibili.
COME ADATTARE UN CASCO:
A. La scelta della misura corretta è fondamentale. Per garantire una protezione
ottimale, il casco deve adattarsi perfettamente alla testa. Regolare le bande
velcro in modo che formino una “Y” sotto alle orecchie, poi chiudere il fermaglio
e posizionare correttamente le bande. Le bande in velcro non devono premere
contro la gola e se l’anello di chiusura è stato chiuso correttamente, il fermaglio
sarà posizionato lontano dalla mandibola.
B. Una volta che il casco è stato indossato e allacciato, accertarsi che non
scivoli eccessivamente in avanti o all’indietro.
C. Se posizionato correttamente, le orecchie non dovranno essere coperte da
nessuna parte delle bande in velcro e la visione periferica non sarà ridotta.
RUOTARE LA GHIERA:
Posizionare il casco sulla testa. Ruotare la ghiera in senso orario fino a
quando la fascia non risulti stabile e confortevole. Se fosse necessario
allentare la fascia, RIMUOVERE IL CASCO, e ruotare la ghiera in senso
antiorario. Tutte le regolazioni devono essere eettuate quando il casco si
trova nella posizione corretta. Diversamente, la sua vestibilità non risulterà
ottimale. Una regolazione scorretta può comportare il movimento del
casco e provocare addirittura un incidente. Per ruotare correttamente la
ghiera fare riferimento all’immagine sottostante.
Per una protezione ottimale, posizionare il casco orizzontalmente in modo
da proteggere la fronte (figura 1). Non sempre il casco può proteggere da
lesioni. Il casco garantisce la protezione solo se regolato correttamente.
L’acquirente dovrebbe testare le varie misure disponibili per identificare
quella ottimale.

La durata di vita de casco di protezione è di 4 anni a contare dalla data
di fabbricazione. Dopo 2 anni di utilizzo, per circa 180 giorni all’anno, i
casco di protezione devono essere sostituiti.
