1.1.2 Application
The mobile wet vacuum cleaner Mini-Aquatix is designed for suction and pumping of clear
water, sewage and waste water including solids and suspended solids. The Mini-Aquatix
must not be used in explosive areas.
By the use of the optionally available accessory pack the Mini-Aquatix can be also used as
dry vacuum cleaner.
Appropriate use also includes observing all instructions and information in this operating
manual.
1.1.3 Pumped medium
The pumped medium may not exceed a maximum density of 1.1 kg/l. Dangerous pumped
media (e.g. explosive, flammable, toxic, hot > 35°C) should not be picked up by the wet
vacuum cleaner. The draining pump can pump solids up to a particle size of 50 mm. The
pH value of the pumped medium must lie within the range between 5 and 8. No guarantee
can be given for safe operation of the pump if the pH value of the medium exceeds or is
lower than the given value. In case of borderline pH values, the material resistance must
be additionally tested before using the pump.
