OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Measuring DC Voltage
• ConnecttheblacktesttoCOMjackandtheredtoVΩmAjack.
• SettherotaryswitchatthedesiredVrangeposition.
• Connecttestleadsacrossthesourceorloadunder
measurement.
• YoucangetreadingfromLCD.Thepolarityoftheredlead
connectionwillbeindicatedalongwiththevoltagevalue.
Note:
• Whenthevaluescaletobemeasuredisunknownbeforehand,
settherangeselectoratthehighestposition.
• Whenthefigure'1'of'-1'isdisplayed,itindicatesover-
rangesituationandthehigherrangehastobeselected.

possibletoshowhighervoltage,butitmaydestroytheinner

• Connecttestleadsacrosstheresistanceundermeasurement.
• YoucangetreadingfromLCD.

• DeterminewhetherthetransistorundertestingisNPNorPNP
andlocatetheemitter,baseandcollectorleads.Insertthe
leadsintoproperholesofhFEsocketonthefrontpanel.
• ReadtheapproximatehFEvalueatthetestingconditionof
basecurrent1b10uAandVce3V.
