• Only charge the detector according to the instructions
in the manual.
• Do not dispose of the product or accessories in a fire.

Statements (as applicable)
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation
is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may
not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept
any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
Part 15.105 NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found
to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant
to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference
to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this
equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off
and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference
by one or more of the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different
from that to which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV
technician for help.

SilverSaver®Limited Product Warranty
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1 Subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this express
warranty, Minelab Electronics Pty Ltd (ACN 008 208
446) (“Minelab”) warrants that the SilverSaver 1000 and
SilverSaver 200 (the “Products”) will be free from defects
in materials or workmanship for the periods specified in
clause 2 (“SilverSaverWarranty”).
2 The Warranty Periods for the Products are as follows:
2.1 12 months for the SilverSaver 1000; and
2.2 24 months for the SilverSaver 200.
3 The Warranty Period in respect of the Products will
commence on the date of purchase of the Product. To avoid
doubt, such date will appear on the customer sales receipt
obtained by the purchaser of the Product at the time of
purchase (“Date of Purchase”).
4 In the event of repair or replacement, the SilverSaver
Warranty Period will be equal to the remainder of the
original Warranty Period on the original Product.
5 This Warranty will not be honored unless:
5.1 proof of purchase in the form of bill of sale, invoice
or sales receipt is presented to Minelab at the time of
making a Warranty claim.
5.2 after notifying Minelab of the alleged defect, the
Customer cooperates with and follows all reasonable
directions issued by Minelab in determining the issue
with and the return and/or repair of the relevant
Product (in accordance with clause 7); and
5.3 the factory-applied serial number is intact and has not
been altered or removed from the Product.
6 To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty:
6.1 is extended to the Customer (“Customer”) and is
transferable to a legitimate subsequent owner residing
within the country of the original purchase;
6.2 does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss
or damage, including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss suffered as a result of a failure in
the operation or performance of the Products sold or
Product replacement;
6.3 does not cover any loss of income or expenses claimed
or incurred as a result of failure of the Product;
6.4 does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse,
negligent act or omission, fair wear and tear, alteration,
modifications or unauthorized service by the Customer
or any other party;
6.5 commences on the Date of Purchase and expires at the
end of the relevant Warranty Period;
6.6 is limited to operation of the Product under normal use
and in accordance with Minelab’s printed instructions;
and
6.7 is limited to repair or replacement (at Minelab’s sole
discretion) of any part or parts which are returned
to Minelab and which on Minelab’s examination
conclusively appears to be defective.
7 The Customer must return the defective Product to
Minelab’s office address or an Authorized Service Center
as determined by the location of the Customer. Minelab
is responsible for all freight, insurance, taxes, duties and
any costs of returning the relevant Product to Minelab or
an authorized service center. If it is determined that the
Customer’s warranty claim is valid, the repaired or replaced
Product will be returned to the Customer at Minelab’s
cost. If the claim is determined by Minelab to be invalid,
the Customer will be responsible for meeting the costs of
shipping the relevant Product to Minelab and returning it to
the customer, together with the costs of replacement of the
Product by Minelab (if any).
8 Minelab’s Warranty is limited as set out above. Subject to all
relevant laws in each jurisdiction within which the warranty
operates, no other warranty, guarantee or representation
as to the Product or its performance is made or given by
Minelab.
9 If any provision of this document is prohibited, invalid or
unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision will, as to that
jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of the prohibition,
invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating the
remaining provisions of this document or affecting the validity
or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
