必須由註冊氣體裝置技工執行，而該技工已於相關的氣體工程類別註冊及受
聘於註冊氣體工程承辦商。

謝謝閣下選購簡栢 的產品。以下指示對氣體爐具安全操作十分重要，請詳細閱讀。如有查詢和服務要

安裝
1. 使用認可印有機電工程署批准標記 (例如: 機電工程署批准 EMSD APPROVAL GTXXXX) 的氣體接駁喉
管連接爐具或使用機電工程署接納的其他恰當方法。
2. 爐具周圍和下方不可放置可燃物品如紙張、塑膠等，與可燃物料距離須保留 15 厘米以上。
3. 爐具必須安裝在空氣流通之房間內。
使用
1. 當懷疑洩漏氣體時，將窗戶打開，以及關閉煤氣錶閥。切勿操作任何電器或電掣開關。切勿在現場使
用任何電話。在現場以外，致電煤氣公司緊急事故熱線，電話 2880 6999 。
2. 除了煮食外，切勿使用爐具作其他用途，例如烘乾衣物。
3. 爐具只供家用，切勿用於工商業用途。
4. 切勿在爐頭加上錫紙碟，這會引致燃燒問題。
5. 使用爐具前，開啟窗戶和排氣系統。
6. 切勿讓爐具在無人看管下運作。
7. 燒開水或煮湯時，注入的水量連湯料不可超過器皿容量3分之2，溢出液體會影響燃燒和損壞爐具。
8. 注意爐面、爐頭、爐架的高溫。
9. 切勿使用過大器皿，平底鍋直徑不應超過30厘米。使用細小器皿時，將火力調低，避免火焰超出器皿
底部 。
10. 確保器皿穩定地放在爐架上，如器皿容易滑動，必須緊握它。
11. 切勿放超過10公斤的重量在爐架上。
12. 爐架很重的，切勿掉下。
13. 確保爐頭沒有變形，如有異常，聯絡煤氣公司更換零件。
14. 使用前，請確保爐頭和爐架擺放正確，沒有傾斜。
15. 確保爐頭火孔沒有被水或污漬堵塞。
16. 廠方已調校了風位，不可嘗試自行調節。

17. 不可讓兒童使用或走近爐具。
18. 請勿按下點火旋鈕超過 10 秒。如爐頭於10 秒後仍未燃點， 等待最少1分鐘後，才可再試燃點。
19. 烹調時，請盡量蓋上器皿蓋子。而器皿的手柄亦應轉向適當位置，避免受熱或碰撞。
20. 請勿在爐具附近使用噴霧產品。
21. 如爐具出現不尋常聲音，應即停用，並聯絡煤氣公司進行檢查。
22. 使用後，應將所有控制旋鈕設於「關閉」位置。
保養
1. 讓氣體煮食爐完全冷卻後，才可進行清潔。
2. 若爐頭被弄濕，用乾布將爐頭完全抹乾，爐頭火孔不可留有水份，以免影響燃燒。
3. 避免接觸煮食爐內部，若有需要進行清潔，應穿上保護手套，防止割傷。
4. 定期檢查氣體軟喉狀況，確保沒有紐結或裂縫，若發現軟喉有損壞，聯絡煤氣公司更換喉管。

1. 本產品、生產過程及服務符合國家、地方的有關環境保護的法律、法規和安全要求；確保没有環境污
染和影響健康。

這爐具是專為香港各式煮食需要而設計，備有壓電式點火糸統，無需使用電池，旋鈕式火力控制，方便易
用；火力強勁，適合講究鑊氣的中式烹調；爐身及爐面採用不鏽鋼物料，清潔容易，美觀大方。
產品備有熄火安全裝置，如爐火意外熄滅，會自動關閉氣體，確保安全。

安裝指示
 爐具須放置在穩固之平面上。
 以批准的氣體軟喉接駁爐具。
 氣體接駁軟喉可置於爐底下，但必須平放貼灶台，避免翹起觸及爐頭底部。
 爐架表面至抽油煙機底位之距離最少有 750 毫米。
 使用前正確擺放爐架。

不要錯誤放置爐架
鍋子放置不穩會構成危險。

操作指示
熄火
將旋鈕轉回至熄火位置“ o”以關閉爐火，爐火便會熄滅。
注意：關火時會有熄火響聲，這是由於存留在爐頭內的氣體在
瞬間燃燒，是正常現象。
點燃氣體爐頭
外環及內環爐頭火力由兩個控制旋鈕分別操控，按下旋鈕，以逆
時針方向轉動至最大火力位置 ，爐頭燃點後，維持按著旋鈕 5秒
後放開。若放開旋鈕後，爐火熄滅，請重複點火程序。
注意︰請勿按下控制旋鈕超過 10 秒。如按下旋鈕超過10 秒後，爐頭仍未燃點， 等待最少1分鐘後，才
可再次燃點。

爐頭點燃後，可按烹調所需調節火力大小。根據以下圖示，調節所需火力。
注意︰使用小火時，有可能被風吹熄，熄火安全裝置便會啟動，關閉氣體，確保安全。

 用柔軟濕布抹爐身。
 定期使用中性洗滌劑並以濕潤抹布清潔爐頭及爐架，並用乾布拭乾。
 不應接觸爐具內部，進行清潔時，應穿上保護手套，避免割傷。
 經常檢查氣體軟喉，如發現有裂紋，請立刻致電煤氣公司安排更換喉管。

重要：必須待爐具冷卻後，才可進行保養和清理。

故障處理方法
如採取下述補救措施後仍無效，請致電煤氣公司 24 小時客戶服務熱線 2880 6988。
故障 原因 處理方法
1. 沒有點火 壓電式點火器壞了。 聯絡煤氣公司安排維修。
2. 沒有爐火 未全開啟氣體供應閥及／或爐具切斷
閥。

3. 不能保持爐火 未按盡控制旋鈕。 按盡控制旋鈕，維持按著 5秒
後放開。
按著控制旋鈕的時間太短。
4. 使用中熄火 爐火被風吹熄，啟動了熄火安全裝置。 將控制旋鈕轉至關火位置，等
待1分後，重新點火。
5. 黃火 爐頭有污穢。 以濕布清潔爐頭，將它抹乾
後，重新點火。
6. 爐火不穩定 爐頭變形。 聯絡煤氣公司更換爐頭。
7. 使用中有異常聲音 不正常燃燒。 關火後等一會重新點火，若問
題持續，聯絡煤氣公司進行檢
查。
8. 關火時有響聲 存留在爐頭內氣體瞬間燃燒。 正常現象。

installation works including the installation of appliances and
connection tubing, must be undertaken by registered gas installers
who are registered for that appropriate classes and be employed by
registered gas contractors.

Important Safety Instructions
Thank you for choosing SIMPA products. The following instructions are very important to safety
operation of appliance. Please read through them carefully. For any enquiries and service requests,
please call Towngas 24-hour Customer Services Hotline [phone] .
Installation
1. Use approved gas tubing bearing EMSD approval marking (such as: 機電工程署批准 EMSD
APPROVAL GTXXXX) for connection to appliance or other appropriate methods accepted by EMSD.
2. Do not put any combustible materials near or under appliance, e.g. paper and plastic. Keep it from
combustible materials with more than 15cm distance.
3. Install the gas appliance in a well-ventilated room.
Operation
1. In case of suspected gas leak, open windows and shut off gas meter valve. Do not operate any
electric appliances or switches. Do not use any phones on site. Contact Towngas Emergency
Hotline on 2880 6999 with a phone outside the premises.
2. Do not use appliance for any purposes other than cooking, e.g. drying clothes.
3. This appliance is designed for domestic use only. Do not use it for commercial and industrial
purposes.
4. Do not add aluminum discs to burners. This will incur combustion problem.
5. Open windows and turn on ventilation system before operating appliance.
6. Do not leave operating appliance unattended.
7. Do not fill water including soup ingredients over two-thirds of utensil volume when boiling water or
soup. Spilled liquid will affect combustion and damage the appliance.
8. Heed high temperature of top-plate, burner and pan support.
9. Do not use utensil of excessive size. Flat bottom pot diameter should not exceed 30cm. When using
small utensil, reduce flame power that flame does not escape from utensil bottom.
10. Ensure stability of utensil resting on pan support. Hold utensil firmly if it slips easily.
11. Do not put weight exceeding 10kg on pan support.
12. Pan support is heavy. Do not drop it.
13. Ensure that burner is not deformed. Contact Towngas Company to replace the parts if there is
abnormality.
14. Before ignition, ensure the burner and pan support are in correct position and do not incline.
15. Ensure that flame holes of burner are free from water and dirt.
16. Aeration is preset at manufacturing. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

17. Do not allow children to use or get close to appliance.
18. Do not press the knob more than 10 seconds. If the burner is not ignited after 10 seconds, wait at
least 1 minute before making further attempt.
19. Always use utensils with cover and make sure that the handles of the utensils are correctly
positioned to avoid heating and collision of handles.
20. Do not use sprays near the appliance.
21. Stop using the appliance when abnormal noise is observed. Contact Towngas Company for
inspection.
22. All control knobs should be turned to " OFF " position after operation.
Maintenance
1. Allow gas appliance to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Dry burner completely with dry cloth if it gets wet. Burner flame holes must be free from water lest
combustion is affected.
3. Do not touch any internal parts of the gas appliance. Wear gloves to prevent from cut injury during
cleaning.
4. Check condition of flexible gas hose regularly. Ensure that it is free from kink or crack. Contact
Towngas Company to replace it if it is damaged.

Burner Parts
The appliance is designed to meet versatile cooking needs in Hong Kong. It is equipped with pizeo-electric
ignition system without using any battery. Rotary control knob for flame control is convenient and easy to
use. Strong flame is suitable for Chinese cooking. Stainless top plate which is easy to clean and attractive.
It is equipped with flame failure safety protection device. In cases of unexpected flame extinguishment,
gas is shut off automatically to ensure safety.

Installation Instructions
 Place the appliance on a stable and level surface.
 Connect the appliance with approved flexible gas hose.
 Gas hose can be placed under appliance, however it must be placed horizontally and close to cooking
bench in order to avoid touching burner base part.
 The minimum distance between the pan support surface and the lowest part of the range hood should
be 750mm.
 Place pan support correctly before use.
Do not use appliance with pan support placing
improperly.
 Unstable utensile placement will incur danger.

Ignition of Gas Burner
Flame power of outer ring and inner ring burner is controlled
separately by two control knobs. Press and rotate the knob
anti-clockwise to the maximum position. After burner is ignited,
hold knob for 5 seconds and release it . After releasing the
knob, make sure the flame persists; otherwise, repeat the pro-
cedures.
Note: Control knob should not be pressed for more than 10 seconds. If the burner is not lit after 10
seconds, wait for1 minute before making further attempt.
Notice: When using low flame, it may be extinguished by wind. The safety device is
actuated to stop gas flow.
Flame Extinguishing
Turn the control knob backwards to the off position“ o”to
turn off flame.
Notice: There is a pop sound when flame is turned off. It is
due to instant combustion of gas remained in burner. This is
normal phenomenon.

Important : Allow the appliance to cool down before performing any maintenance and cleaning.
 Wipe the appliance body with a soft damp cloth.
 Regularly use neutral cleaning agent and damp cloth to clean the burner and pan support. Then use a
dry cloth to wipe them.
 Do not touch any internal parts of appliance. Wear gloves to prevent from cut injury when cleaning.
 Check the gas hose regularly. If cracked is observed, call Towngas Company immediately for hose
replacement.

If the following remedial actions are not effective, please call Towngas Company 24-hour Customer
Service Hotline at 2880 6988.
Fault Cause Remedy
1. No ignition
Piezo electric ignitor fails . Call Towngas Company for service.
2. No flame Gas supply valve and/or appliance
isolation valve are not fully opened.
Fully open gas supply valve and/or
appliance isolation valve.
Not fully press control knob. Fully press control knob and hold it
for 5 seconds before releasing.
3. Flame does not persist
Holding time of control knob is too
short.
4. Flame off when using Flame is blown off by wind that
activates the flame failure safety
device.
Turn control knob to OFF position,
wait 1 minute and restart ignition.
5. Yellow flame Burner has dirt. Clean burner with damp cloth. Dry
it and restart ignition.
6. Unstable flame Burner is deformed. Call Towngas Company to replace
burner.
7. Abnormal noise when
using
Abnormal combustion. Turn off flame. Wait for a while
before re-ignition. Call Towngas
Company for inspection if problem
persists.
8. Pop sound when turning
off
Instant combustion of gas remained
