Any use which does not comply with these instructions will invalidate the warranty.

ATTENTION: MAKE SURE THAT NO OBSTACLES OR WALLS WILL BE IN FRONT OF H-FOG AT A DISTANCE IF LESS THAN 4 ME-
TERS AND THAT HUMIDITY LEVEL WILL BE LOWER THAN 45%.

This appliance reaches very high temperatures. Incorrect use of the device can cause scalding.
• Never disassemble or carry out maintenance on the appliance apart from that indicated in this manual. In the
event of a fault or malfunction, do not try and repair the appliance yourself. Incorrect use or a lack of respect for the
instructions herein may lead to serious accidents. Always contact Authorised Service Centres.
• This appliance must not be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it leaks.
• The plug must be removed from the socket before the appliance is for maintenance or reparations.
• This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and under-
stand the hazards involved. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• Keep the appliance out of reach of children when it is plugged in and until it has completely cooled down.
• Keep all the parts of the packaging out of the reach of children; they are not toys. Keep the plastic bag out of the
reach of children: danger of suffocation.
• This appliance is destined exclusively for indoor domestic use, with a maximum volume indicated in the H-FOG con-
trolling APP.
In order to reduce the risk of accidents, including: fires, electrocution, personal injury and scalding, both during use
and during configurations, maintenance and storage, always take the basic precautions listed in this manual.
RISKS CONNECTED TO THE POWER SUPPLY ELECTROCUTION
• The earthing system and highly sensitive residual-current circuit breaker, complete with magnetothermic cut-out for
your domestic system, guarantee safe use of electrical appliances.
Therefore, for your own safety, check that the electrical system to which the appliance is connected complies with cur-
rent laws.
• Do not connect the appliance to the mains if the voltage does not correspond with that of the domestic electrical cir-
cuit in use.
• Do not overload sockets with adaptors and/or transformers. Only connect the product to a single socket with current
that is compatible with the plug supplied.
• Electrical extension leads that are unsuitable for the power rating or which are not compliant with law may overheat
and possibly lead to short circuiting, fire, power outage or damage to the equipment. Only use extension leads which are
certified, suitable for the power rating, supporting 16A and earthed.
• To remove the plug from the socket, do not pull the power cable, but hold the plug itself to avoid damage to the plug
and the cable.
• On out user maintenance on the appliance.
• Do not pull or jerk the cable or expose it to tensions (twisting, crushing or stretching). Keep the cable away from hot
and/or sharp surfaces and elements. Avoid crushing the cables in doors and windows. Do not pull the cable tight around
corners. Avoid treading on the cable.
• A hazard may occur if the appliance runs over the supply cord.
• Do not substitute the plug on the power cable.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid all possible hazards. Do not use the product if the power cable is damaged.
• Do not touch or use the appliance barefoot and/or with wet body or feet.
RISKS DURING USE OF THE PRODUCT INJURIES/SCALDING
• The product should not be used in areas where there is a danger of explosions or in the presence of toxic substances.
• The product can be used only with original H-Fog Smart Bags.
• Only pour water or the water mix indicated in the section “WHICH WATER TO USE” into the tank.
• Do not direct the steam jet onto explosive powders or liquids, hydrocarbons, open flames and or extremely hot objects.
• Do not position the product near sources of heat such as fireplaces, stoves and ovens.
• Do not obstruct the openings and grills on the product.
• Do not position the product near electromagnetic fields such as induction plates.
• Do not place the product on delicate surfaces that are not heat or moisture resistant.
• During use, the product must be properly fixed on the wall or an authorized mobile trolleys.
• Do not touch the area from which the steam from the internal heater.

OPENING H-FOG
To install H-Fog on the wall it is nec-
essary to Open it and separate the
BODY/FRONT PANEL from the BACK
PANEL. Insert the metallic tool in the
small flat SLOT, push on the left side
and pull the Drawer out.
REMOVING THE DRAWER
Once the Drawer is pulled till the end,
move it upwords for few millimeters
and pull it by rotating it towards you.
UNLOCKING THE BODY/FRONT
PANEL
Inside H-Fog the BODY/FRONT PAN-
EL is fixed to the BACK PANEL through
two Plastic Hooks (one on the left, one
on the right). Pull them towards you
and put them in the Drawer. Now it is
possible to remove the BODY/GLASS
front panel by rotating it upside.
WARNING: BEFORE REMOVING THE
BODY/FRONT PANEL MAKE SURE THAT
H-FOG IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE
POWER SOCKET.
INSTALLATION ATTENTION: Installation of the Device has to be performed by Authorized Installers.

MOUNTING THE BRACKET
In the Package you find a Bracket com-
posed by three elements: 2 vertical
ones (Black Colour) and one horizontal
(white color). Connect them as shown
in the picture with the 6 screws.
FIXING THE BRACKET ON THE
DESIRED POSITION ON THE WALL
Find the best barycentric position with-
in the room to be sanitized, place the
lower side of thebracket at a 160 cen-
timeters hight and make sure that in
the range of 110 centimeters there will
be a power socket available to plug in
the H-Fog device. The bracket has to be
fixed with 6 Screws / and correspond-
ing wall fixing expanders units supplied
by drilling the holes on the wall with a
Drill BIT with 6mm diameter.
ATTENTION: make sure that the
wall structure is suitable to hold the
weight of the device and it doesnt
have any metallic material inside
HANGING H-FOG BACK PANEL
ON THE BRACKET
ATTENTION: this operation has to be
done in two people: one guiding the
H-Fog Device to get into the HOOKS
of the Braket, the other one keep-
ing lift the H-Fog device for security
reasons and to avoid dangerous fall
down of the product. DON’T proceed
with this STEP alone.
Step 1: Hang H-Fog unit to the Bracket
and fix it with the two Screws provid-
ed. Using the holes shown by the red
arrows.
INSTALLATION ATTENTION: Installation of the Device has to be performed by Authorized Installers.
Step 2: identify the holes in the back
part of H-FOG to be hanged on the
Hooks of the BRACKET and Insert
H-Fog into them

Step 3: Mount the BODY with the
Glass Front Panel on the H-Fog Back
Panel guides
on the top side of the product and then
LOCK it with the two Plastic guides.
Let the Power Cord come out from the
hole on the right bottom side of the
BODY.
MOUNT BACK THE DRAWER INTO
THE BACK PANEL
Mount back the Drawer into the Back
Panel. Please insert the two Guides
of the Drawer into the corresponding
SLOTS with a 45 degree positioning of
the DRAWER, then flip it downwards.
Now you can slide the DRAWER up and
down.

INSTALLATION OF H-FOG
DISINFECTING LIQUID SMART BAG
ATTENTION: PLEASE WEAR PROTECTIVE
GLOVES AND PROTECTIVE GLASSES
DURING THIS OPERATION
To connect the H-Fog SMART BAG
with the Disinfecting Liquid inside the
H-Fog device, UNLOCK the DRAWER
by using the related tool.
(insert the tool in the slot then move it
on the right or left side and then pull it
back to extract the drawer).
Connect the H-Fog SMART BAG to the
Female Insert of the Internal Pipe, then
position the H-Fog SMART BAG inside
the Drawer making sure that the Insert
is placed on the bottom left part of the
Drawer. Then push upwards the Draw-
er to close it back and lock it.
PLEASE DON’T HOLD AND LIFT THE BAG
FROM THE INSERT: IT MAY BE DISCON-
NECT ITSELF FROM THE BAG AND LEAVE
THE LIQUID COMING OUTSIDE

Now is the time to Power the
H-Fog Device: in few seconds you
should hear 3 bips which are con-
firming that H-Fog is ready to be
configured!

CONFIGURATION
H-Fog must to be configured in order to inject the quantity of disinfecting liquid into the air. From the H-Fog APP the
volume of the room when H-Fog is installed was to be defined by filling the following info:

Room Sizes have to be input with a one digit decimal (separation between number and decimal being a dot (.))
H-Fog based on the defined volume execute the administration treatments in line with the performance certifications.
CONFIGURING H-FOG
H-Fog can operate ONLY if it is con-
nected through Internet on the SIM-
PLE H-Fog portal through the creden-
tials provided.
The first action to be performed is
therefore connect H-Fog on an exist-
ing Wi-Fi network.
To do that go through the following steps:
1. With the browser of any Computer,
Tablet or Smartphone and connect it to
the H-Fog internal access point whose
name starts with H-Fog followed by a
serie of numbers, then input the pass-
word “password”.
2. Once connected to the internal Ac-
cess point either you access the con-
figuration page automatically through
the WIFI settings menu or simply type
on the browser SETUP.COM.
3. Then simply choose the Wi-Fi net-
work you want to connect the H-Fog
device to (making sure that the signal
level is > than -60dB) and input the
password of the Wi-Fi network select-
ed.
Once connected enter into the admin.
simplegroup.ch portal with the creden-
tials provided and configure the H-Fog
device customizing its own Name (to
identify the room where you install it)
and define the size of the room where
H-Fog is installed (width, length and
height). After that you can start exe-
cuting Sanitization treatments.
ATTENTION: PRE REQUISITES TO BE
CONNECTED ON INTERNET:
- PORT 3333 SHOULD NOT BE
BLOCKED BY FIREWALLS.
- FTP PORTS SUPPORTING PASSIVE
FTP SERVICES (STANDARD PORT 21
TO HANDLE FTP COMMANDS AND
OTHER STANDARD PORTS AUTO-
MATICALLY DEFINED BY THE FTP
SERVER FOR THE PASSIVE DATA
MODE) SHOULD NOT BE BLOCKED

STARTING A TREATMENT
PRE-REQUISITES to START A TREAT-
MENT:
1. Preliminary Manual Cleaning and
Removing of Organic Residue has to
be done by the cleaning personnel
2. All windows have to be closed
3. Any Air Ventilation or Air Exhausters
have to be turned OFF for the entire
period of the treatment and the fol-
lowing 15 minutes after the treatment.
4. The operator has the responsibility
to confirm that NO persons or animals
remained inside the room subject to
treatment
5. All entry doors of the room subject
to treatment have to be closed
DURING THE TREATMENT:
1. It is not possible for anybody to en-
ter the room after the treatment until
a 60 minutes period has elapsed from
the start of the treatment.
2. Specialized Operators can enter
after the first 15 minutes ONLY with
proper Personal Protection Devices to
protect mouth, eyes and hands.
AFTER THE TREATMENT
1. Preferably a Sealing Sticker has to
be placed on the entry door indicating
the re-entry time (60 minutes after
the start of the treatment).
Follow the step by step instructions on
the H-Fog APP or on the H-Fog Portal
to properly run a Sanitization Treat-
ment.
ATTENTION: until the status “NO EN-
TRY” is shown on the H-Fog APP or
H-Fog Portal, it is forbidden for any
person or animal entering the room
where the treatment has been exe-
cuted.
USE
Before starting sanitization treatmens all the surfaces have to be carefully cleaned and organic residue have to be re-
moved.

VIEWING THE BLOCKCHAIN CERTI-
FICATION
After each treatment been executed
it is possible to scan with any smart-
phone through the camera the QR
code placed in the front panel or in the
other Stickers provided together with
H-Fog unit (which can be placed on
Displays or on the entry door) to visu-
alize the full Blockchain certificate.
NOTE
The Blockchain Certificate of the last
treatment executed will be available
after a period of few minutes following
the Expiration of the NO ENTRY time
as indicated by the H-Fog APP.
INFORMATION FOR USERS
Pursuant to European Directive 2012/19/EU, regarding electric and electronic appliances, this appliance must
not be disposed of with domestic waste, but sent to an official collection facility. This appliance complies with
EU Directive 2011/65/EU. The crossed-out bin symbol on the appliance indicates that, at the end of its useful
lifespan, the product must be disposed of separately from other waste. Therefore, at the end of its life, the
user must hand over the appliance to an appropriate collection centre for electric and electronic waste or, ac-
cording to the legislation in force in the country, leave the used appliance with the distributor when buying a
new product to replace it. Proper separate waste collection to facilitate the subsequent recycling, treatment
and environmentally compatible disposal of the appliance helps to prevent negative effects on the environ-
ment and human health, and promotes recycling of the materials the product is made of. Unlawful disposal by
the owner involves the application of the administrative sanctions envisaged by current legislation.
With reference to the H-Fog Smart Bags containing Disinfecting Liquid, such products have to be sent
to authroized disposal plants or incineration under controlled conditions. In so doing, comply with the
local and national regulations currently in force. Do not discharge into the ground or into drains.
