the device.

One Year Limited Hardware Warranty:
Sipura Technology provides a one (1) year limited hardware warranty. Sipura warrants
customer that this product will con orm to its published speci ications and will be ree rom
de ects in material and workmanship at the time o delivery and or a period o one year
therea ter. Without limiting the oregoing, this warranty does not cover any de ect resulting
rom (i) any design or speci ication supplied by an entity other than Sipura, (ii)
nonobservance o technical operating parameters (e.g., exceeding limiting values), or (iii)
misuse, abuse, abnormal conditions or alteration by anyone other than Sipura.
Repla ement, Repair, Refund:
A ter the receipt o an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) request, Sipura will attempt to
re und, repair or replace the SPA. To receive an RMA number contact the party rom whom
you purchased the SPA.
