BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

• Read all setup and usage instructions carefully before using. If the setup and/or usage instructions are not followed correctly, it could result in injury or damage to the product.

• Athletes under 18 years of age should use only under adult supervision.

• Adult assembly is recommended.

• Always check for wear and tear before use. If any is found, do not use the product.

• Make sure you have all Pro Training Agility Band components. If you are missing anything, please contact SKLZ customer service toll free at 1-877-225-7275.

• Keep away from ﬁre and heat sources.

• Avoid storing the Pro Training Agility Bands in extremely hot or cold environments as this could reduce the life span of the product.
