You probably recognise it at first glance, but it may nonetheless
surprise you once again with its timeless elegance,…

… its roominess as well as its safety and reliability,
which are apparent in its very appearance,…

… the pleasure of driving, which it awakens within you,
but also its environmental friendliness.

You probably recognise it at first glance, but it’s time to experience
more. Move from vision to touch and make closer acquaintance
with the Škoda Octavia.

The rear lights have the majority of the surface
reserved for parking and brake lights so nobody
can overlook an Octavia even from the rear.
When the lights are on, the traditional letter C
appears, which forms a characteristic element
of modern Škoda cars as well as the lettering
used for the model name on the fifth door.
The rear bumper is also single-piece and like the front bumper and
protective door strips it is painted entirely in the body colour. This gives
the Octavia a very compact yet dynamic look in the rear view, which
is further emphasised by the linear reflective surfaces, “cat’s eyes”.
The front grille with an eye-catching chrome frame and traditional vertical ribbing
represents one of the most striking design elements of the exterior. The robust
look of the front is also strengthened by the compact front bumper that connects
seamlessly with the front wings, optically widening the car.
The headlamps elegantly extend
all the way to the wings and give
the car a completely unique
expression. The Octavia logo is an
original detail to be found on closer
inspection inside the headlamps.
Front fog lamps are another impressive
and attractive detail for the front of the
car, as their shape contributes to the
dynamic feel of the vehicle. With regard
to functionality they are available in four
versions. The top fog lamps on offer
feature the Corner function and daytime
running lights.

The 4x4 drive and manual 6-speed
transmission are available for the Octavia
Combi with the 1.8 TSI/118kW, 1.6 TDI CR
DPF/77kW and 2.0 TDI CR DPF/103kW
engines. In all options, the connection
with the rear-axle drive unit is controlled
by the Haldex clutch, which responds
immediately according to road conditions
regardless of wheel slippage on one axle.
The 4-spoke multifunctional leather
steering wheel will enable you
to control the radio and phone.
The 3-spoke multifunctional sports
leather steering wheel will further
give you the option of shifting the gears
of the automatic DSG.
The Octavia model has an exceptionally
wide range of technical options and so
can fulfil the most varied requirements
and desires. We offer this vehicle
in a 4x4 version with an advanced
4th generation Haldex clutch or with
a unique automatic 7-speed DSG
(Direct Shift Gearbox). Additional
pleasure can be added to your travels
with attractive accessories such as radios,
navigation systems, MDI and more,
all with innovative technology
as a unifying concept.
Automatic 7-speed DSG is designed
for the 1.2 TSI/77kW, 1.4 TSI/90kW,
1.8 TSI/118kW and 1.6 TDI CR
DPF/77kW engines. The unique
technology gives the DSG the ability to
shift even more smoothly, thus utilising
maximum torque. In practice, this
means soft and fast gear shifting
and favourable consumption.

field of vision.
Cruise control can keep the preset
speed, for instance when driving
on a motorway. While the cruise
control is active, the indicator lamp
on the dashboard remains lit.
The Amundsen navigation system, controlled via
a 5" colour touch-screen display is equipped with an
AM/FM tuner, dual FM antenna, player of music CDs
and files in MP3 and WMA formats and SD, MMC and
SDHC (up to 32GB capacity) memory card reader. Other
features include reception of traffic reports, Climatronic
air conditioning data, parking sensor information, time
indicator and navigation guidance, all conveyed on the
Maxi DOT display.
The Bolero radio with integrated 6-CD changer
and SD and MMC memory card reader will play
music CDs and files in MP3 and WMA formats.
Climatronic, dual-zone air conditioning with
electronic regulation including automatic regulation
of the interior air circulation, enables you to choose
different temperatures for the right and left sides
of the interior.
The MDI (Mobile Device Interface) enables control of
external equipment through the radio or navigation
system, and manipulation of an external device to
play MP3, WMA, OGG and AAC files as well as saved
playlists. The necessary cables for iPod, Aux-in or USB
sockets are offered by the Škoda Genuine Accessories.

The automatic rain
sensor activates
the front wipers
depending on the
intensity of the rain.
The Isofix child seat fittings on the front passenger
seat serve the purpose of placing the child seat in
the front, facing backward. In this case, it’s necessary
to deactivate the front passenger airbag. To fix the
seat in the rear, Octavia cars have standard Isofix
fittings on both outer rear seats. Child seats for all
age categories can be found in the Škoda Genuine
Accessories range.
A third headrest in the
rear reduces the risk
of head or neck injury
to the passenger sitting
in the middle seat.
The rear Aero-wiper
ensures equal wiping
along its entire length
thanks to its special
design. The car is
equipped with Aero
wipers in the front
as well.
Head airbags, or
rather the protective
wall created upon
their activation,
protect the occupants
against head injury.
The driver and front
passenger airbags
are activated in case of
a head-on collision together
with front seat belt retractors.
The front side airbags
reduce the risk of injury
to the driver and front
passenger in the case
of side impact.
The WOKS headrests in
the front help to protect
the cervical spine in the
case of rear impact.
Your safety is our main priority and therefore the Octavia is equipped so that it can be depended upon in all driving conditions.
A full complement of safety equipment can be expanded with elements that are important to you. In addition to other features,
the advanced ESP (Electronic Stability Programme) increases the stability of the vehicle when negotiating curves while the TPM (Tyre
Pressure Monitoring) further improves safety. The 4-function Light Assistant can protect you during entry to and exit from the vehicle.
According to need and circumstances, various lighting modes are available: Coming Home (to light the driveway on arrival), Leaving
Home (when going to the car), Tunnel Light (automatically switching on the lights when the intensity of the external light drops)
and Day Light (daytime running lights).
Rear parking sensors are built into
the rear bumper to check the distance
of your car from an obstacle during
parking. Your vehicle can also be
equipped with front parking sensors.

SunSet, windows with a higher density
of tint in the rear part of an Octavia Combi,
protects the passengers from sunshine and
increases the feeling of privacy.
A roof railing for the Octavia Combi model
is available in both exclusive silver and elegant
black.
Retractable external mirrors
automatically retract when
holding down the lock button
on the remote control and so
are protected from damage.
The integrated telescopic
headlamp washers keep
the headlamps perfectly
clean.
Boarding Spots, illuminating the entry
area, are activated when a door is opened
or when using the remote control to unlock
the doors. This will aid you in avoiding
puddles and stones in unlit places.
Comfort depends on your sensibilities. For one, it may mean roominess,
for another, the number of accessories for comfortable travelling. If under
the heading of comfort, you imagine more light and a feeling of greater space,
then you will certainly be pleased with the possibility of equipping your car
with an electric sunroof.

The mid-level luggage compartment
floor facilitates easier luggage handling by
placing the bottom of the compartment on
the level of the loading edge. In addition,
it provides you with discreet storage space.
The vehicle may

The storage net on
the centre console
on the front passenger
side can be used to
store small objects. All Octavia vehicles are known for their spacious luggage
compartments. The Combi version offers even more
exceptional parameters. In the basic arrangement of the
interior you have 605 litres of available storage space and
after folding down the rear seat you gain up to 1,655 litres.

The Laurin & Klement model is intended for those
whose priority is maximum comfort. L&K equipment
is enriched with a variety of luxurious components
and personalised details. There are, of course, xenon
headlamps with dynamic angle adjustment and rotary
modules, Boarding Spots entry area illumination, small
leather package (4-spoke steering wheel, handbrake
handle and gear stick knob), driver and passenger
airbags, front side airbags, head airbags, Bolero radio
with CD and MP3 and a lot more.
The Royalty interior in grey in a combination of
leather/artificial leather demonstrates that the privileges
of luxury include both the materials used and the high
quality of the design. The L&K emblem on the seat
upholstery is one of many details highlighting this
exceptional interior.
The driver seat is electrically-adjustable
and equipped with memory so that
you can save three seat and external
mirror positions. The vehicle may also be
equipped with an electrically-adjustable
front passenger seat.
The appeal of the vehicle is
increased by the 14-spoke
7.0J x 17" Cepeus alloy wheels.
Original equipment in the vehicle
includes decorative door sill strips
with the L&K inscription.

The Octavia and Octavia Combi GreenLine reflect our
continuous effort to reduce CO2emission levels. The highly advanced
technical solutions enable a combination of exceptional concern for
the environment with high driving comfort. The vehicles are powered
by the 1.6 TDI CR DPF/77kW
diesel engine, which on its own is already
a guarantee of an economical operation yet a dynamic drive. The Start-Stop
system, energy recovery functionality, tyres with low rolling resistance
and specific modifications leading to a reduced drag resistance coefficient,
such as chassis panelling, help achieve a combined consumption of
3.8 l/100 km at a CO2emission level of a mere 99 g/km for the Octavia
and 4.2 l/100 km at a CO2emission level of 109 g/km for the Octavia Combi.
The GreenLine versions are
equipped with the 6.5J x 15"
Pyxis alloy wheels with
special 195/65 R15 tyres with
low rolling resistance.
The Start-Stop system automatically switches
off the engine, for example while waiting at the
traffic lights or when moving slowly in a queue
of cars. By pressing the clutch pedal the engine
automatically restarts. The driver can deactivate
the Start-Stop system with a button located on
the central console. Engine load reduction and
more economical running are further assisted
by the energy recovery functionality, which
enables an effective use of the car’s kinetic
energy for battery recharging.
The original GreenLine badge
can be found on the 5th door
as well as on the front grille.
The Octavia Green tec can be
equipped with 15" or 16"
steel or alloy wheels with
special tyres with low rolling
resistance. The picture
shows 6.5J x 16" Proxima
alloy wheels.
The green “I” in the TDI
engine version badge,
placed on the left
side of the 5th door,
is a unique feature of
the Octavia Green tec.
The Octavia Green tec is noted for economical
operation leading to reduced CO2emission levels.
The vehicle is equipped with the 1.6 TDI CR DPF/77kW
diesel engine and has, amongst others, some of the same
features as the GreenLine model, such as the Start-Stop
system, energy recovery functionality and special tyres,
resulting in a combined consumption of 4.2 l/100 km
at a CO2emission level of 109 g/km. The Octavia Green
tec is offered in all four equipment levels: Classic,
Ambiente, Elegance and L&K (see equipment versions).

The Octavia RS combines excellent technical
parameters with comfort and a sporty style. This
vehicle is offered in a liftback and a Combi version
and you can choose between the 2.0 TSI/147kW
(petrol) and the 2.0 TDI CR DPF/125kW (diesel)
engine for either version. The RS interior is available
in leather (see photo) with a plastic RS logo on
the backrests. No less attractive is the standard
interior with sports front seats and an RS emblem
embroidered on the front and rear seats.
The 3-spoke multifunctional
steering wheel is wrapped in
black, partially compressed
leather. The lower portion is
enhanced with the original RS
emblem. Available exclusively
with automatic DSG.
The automatic 6-speed DSG
is your guarantee of comfortable
gear transition without loss of
performance. Available with either
engine designed for RS vehicles.
The xenon headlamps
with rotary modules,
have an exceptionally
high luminous intensity
plus excellent visibility
on bends. Daytime
running lights take the
form of independent
LED diodes placed
above the fog lamps
in the RS design.
The 7.0J x 18" Neptune alloy
wheels accentuate the sporty
appearance of the car.

The car can be equipped with xenon
headlamps with rotary modules.
Either LED daytime running lights
(see photo) or round fog lamps
are built into the front bumper.
The Octavia Scout is prepared to
undertake any challenge. Under extreme
driving conditions, it is protected by plastic
covers on wheel arches and door sills,
which are typical for this model, as
is the rear bumper spoiler with diffuser.
The Scout is available in a Combi version
with 4x4 drive and with the 1.8 TSI/118kW
(petrol) or the 2.0 TDI CR DPF/103kW
(diesel) engine.
The 4-spoke steering wheel is wrapped in
both smooth leather and, in selected areas,
compressed leather.
A handle with the Scout emblem
fitted to the dashboard can be used by
the co-driver especially on bends and
when driving over uneven surfaces.
7.0J x 17" Proteus alloy wheels are
offered in two-colour or single-colour
design.

The Ambiente equipment version comes with an impressive Variety interior in Onyx
or grey with an Onyx/Onyx or Onyx/grey dashboard. Decorative strips, radio, navigation
and air conditioning frames, ashtray cover and gearshift frame are part of the Ambiente
design. Standard equipment includes a height-adjustable driver seat, electrically-
adjustable heated external mirrors, electric front windows and much more.
The Elegance equipment version is designed in a luxurious Shadow interior in
Onyx or Ivory with an Onyx/Onyx or Onyx/Ivory dashboard. Decorative strips, radio,
navigation and air conditioning frames, ashtray cover and gearshift frame are part
of the Elegance design. We offer a wood design décor exclusively for the Elegance
version. Standard equipment includes a height-adjustable heated front seats with
lumbar support, Jumbo Box, air conditioning, electrically-adjustable heated external
mirrors, electric front windows, sunglasses compartment and much more.

The Classic equipment version is characterised by its simple Twinkle interior
in Onyx with Onyx/Onyx dashboard and Classic decorative strips. Standard
equipment includes a height-adjustable driver seat, electrically-adjustable
heated external mirrors and more.
