Assembly Manual- Portable Cart
Gather the following:
Caster (Wheel) to Outrigger Assembly:
4 qty. - Outriggers
4 Casters - Each caster comes with 4 sets of bolts and nuts.
Remove each bolt, and nut from each caster and
place accordingly.
You will need all bolts and nuts supplied with each
caster to complite the assembly.
Next gather an one outrigger and place
the caster in line with the 4 hole plate
the outrigger.
The correct holes should be closest to the end
which is capped off.
Insert the 4 bolts supplied with the caster from
the bottom so that the bolt heads are on the same
side as the caster as show in the image.
Re apply the 4 nuts from the rst step onto the
bolts as seen in the image and tighten using prop-
er tooling to secure the caster to the outrigger.
Once this is done reapeat these instructions and
steps three more times for the remaining casters
and outriggers.
With all for outriggers assembled proceed to the
next stage of the assembly process.
