HARD, CLEAN SURFACE.
1. DO NOT run vehicle while inflator is operating. Engine must be turned OFF.
2. DO NOT use inflator continuously for more than 10 minutes. Allow unit to cool
approximately 25 minutes between uses. Do not leave inflator unattended.
3. ALWAYS use a pressure gauge to check tire pressure. DO NOT overinflate.
4. Keep inflator out of reach of children.
5. For use with 12 volt DC power outlets rated 15 amps or higher. Do not use with older
8 amp cigarette lighter receptacles.

INFLATE TIRES
1. Screw air hose connector onto tire's valve stem.
2. Plug power cord into 12 volt accessory power outlet, or leave unplugged to run from
battery.
3. Press on/off button to turn on inflator. Inflate tire to manufacturer's recommended
air pressure.* When proper pressure is reached, press on/off button again to turn off
inflator. Unplug power cord (if necessary) and remove air hose connector.
*NOTE: Correct tire pressure can be found in vehicle owner's manual or on driver's side
door jamb. If tire is completely deflated, it is possible that the tire could separate from
the rim allowing air to leak out when trying to inflate. In the event this occurs, it may be
necessary to jack up the tire prior to inflation.

RECHARGING THE BATTERY
Your unit has been initially charged. However, it is always good to top it off prior to use for
full performance.
1. It takes 16 hours to fully charge the battery using a wall outlet (AC outlet).
2. It takes 6 hours to fully charge the battery using a car power outlet (DC outlet).
3. The unit should be charged every 4 months to keep the battery at peak performance.
BATTERY DISPOSAL NOTE: This product contains a rechargeable sealed lead-acid
battery. The environmental laws in some counties require retailers to accept returns of
rechargeable batteries for proper disposal. Check the county laws before disposing this
product.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Inflator does not turn on:
1. The fuse, located in the plug adapter, may have
blown. Unscrew the tip of the plug adapter, remove
fuse and inspect. If necessary, replace fuse with one
of the same size and amperage.
2. Check vehicle's power outlet fuse; it should be a minimum of 15 amps.
3. Check receptacle and plug terminals for dirt (particularly tobacco). Use a non-conductive
probe (not fingers or metal) to dislodge and remove debris.
4. Push the power plug firmly into the receptacle and twist it back and forth.
Inflator runs but does not inflate:
1. Be sure the air hose connector is tightly screwed onto the valve stem.
2. Check tire for leaks. Check hose for breaks and leaks at fittings.
Inflator runs slowly:
1. The inflator may have overheated from excessive use. Shut it off and allow it to cool for
25 minutes.
2. The battery charge may be low. Recharge the battery before operating.

1. NO PONGA EN MARCHA el vehículo cuando el inflador esté funcionando. El motor

1. Atornille el conector de la manguera en el vástago de la válvula de la llanta.
2. Enchufe el cordón eléctrico a un toma de corriente para accesorios de 12 V o déjelo
desenchufado para que se alimente de la batería.
3. Presione el botón de encendido para encender el inflador. Infle la llanta a la presión
recomendada por el fabricante.* Cuando se alcance la presión apropiada, presione
nuevamente el botón de encendido para apagar el inflador. Desenchufe el cordón
eléctrico (de ser necesario) y retire el conector de la manguera de aire.
*NOTA: La presión adecuada de la llanta se encuentra en el manual del propietario del
vehículo o en el panel de la puerta del lado del conductor. Si la llanta está completamente
desinflada, es posible que esté separada del aro y éste permite que el aire se escape
cuando trata de inflarla. Si ocurre esta situación, puede ser necesario levantar la llanta con
un gato para inflarla.

Su unidad ha sido inicialmente cargada. Sin embargo, siempre es bueno ponerla al máximo
antes de usar para un rendimiento completo.
1. Toma 16 horas cargar completamente su batería usando una toma de energía de pared
(toma de corriente CC).
2. Toma 6 horas cargar completamente su batería usando una toma de energía de auto
(toma de corriente CA).
3. Se debe cargar la unidad cada 4 meses para mantener la batería en su rendimiento pico.
NOTA SOBRE ELIMINACIÓN DE BATERÍA: Este producto contiene una batería de ácido/
plomo. Las leyes ambientales en algunos condados requieren que los minoristas acepten
devoluciones de las baterías recargables para su eliminación apropiada. Revise las leyes del
condado antes de eliminar este producto.

SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
El inflador no enciende:
1. El fusible que está en el adaptador del enchufe puede
estar quemado. Destornille la punta del adaptador
del enchufe, retire el fusible e inspecciónelo. Si es
necesario, reemplace el fusible con uno del mismo
tamaño y amperaje.
2. Revise el fusible del tomacorriente del vehículo; debe ser de un mínimo de 15 amperios.
3. Revise si hay suciedad, especialmente tabaco, en la toma y en las terminales del enchufe.
Use una sonda no conductora, no sus dedos o metales, para aflojar y remover residuos.
4. Empuje con firmeza el enchufe en la toma y gírelo de atrás hacia adelante.
El inflador funciona pero no infla:
1. Asegúrese de que el conector de la manguera esté atornillado firmemente en el vástago
de la válvula.
2. Verifique que la llanta no tenga fugas. Revise que la manguera no tenga grietas ni fugas
en las conexiones.
El inflador funciona lentamente:
1. El inflador puede estar sobrecalentado debido a uso excesivo. Apáguelo y espere 25
minutos para que se enfríe.
2. Es posible que la carga de la batería esté baja. Recargue la batería antes de hacer
funcionar.
