On Frame Install
1. Remove top piece of the
card board box and all
Styrofoam remnants.
2. Remove the plastic
compartment bag of tools.
3. Remove the 2 Support
Wings.
4. Remove the flat rectangular
base and place it near the
area of set up. The base is
heavy, so handle with care.
5. Place the base piece in front
of you exactly as shown
below.
6. Now determine your right
and left post from the white
label glued onto each
vertical post wing. Place
your “Right Support Wing”
next to the front right corner
of the base. Place the “Left
Support Wing” next to the
front left corner of the base.
7. Retrieve the plastic bag of
tools. You will need the
“Right & Left Vertical Post
Screws” the “Right & Left
Support Wing Screws” and
the “Eklind 5/32” T-handle.
Make sure the screws and T-

handle are close by during
the next step.
8. Place the “Left Support
Wing” directly over the right
base post support, while the
“Left Support Wing” label is
facing the center of the base.
Make sure to hold it steady.
9. Attach 6 of the “Right & Left
Support Wing” screws wit
the “Eklind 5/32” T-handle.
Make sure these screws are
only half way inside the
base.
10.Maneuver the post so the
screw hole on the back end
of the Right Vertical Post is
lined up for the screw
insertion. Tightly screw it in
with the “Eklind 5/32” T-
handle, then tighten the
attached “Right and Left
Support Wing” screws we
used in the last step.

11.Repeat the last 5 steps on
the “Right Support Wing” to
complete this section.
12.Use a measuring tape to
mark the 11’’ and 34.4’’
holes. These will be used
when attaching the panel
knobs.
13.Unpackage the SMARTfit
Single panels.
14.Remove the top piece of one
of the cardboard boxes,
remove the Styrofoam
remnants, and free the
Single panels from the
surrounding plastic.
15.Place the bottom panel, with
the SMARTfit Trainer logo,
onto the base. Make sure
the two pins on the base lock
to the bottom panel.

16.Retrieve all eight “Panel
Knobs” from the plastic bag
of tools.
17.Make sure a second person is
available to help secure the
panel.
18.Tighten each Panel knob
through the pole extension,
and into the bottom panel.
19.Lift the top panel, so the top
and bottom panel lock into
place via metallic pins.
20.Make the top panel remains
secure before connecting the
panel knobs.
21.Attach and tighten the
remaining panel knobs.

22.Plug in the target wire
located in the middle and on
the back of the system.
23.Retrieve 6 - 8 sand bags and
place them on the base of
the frame.
24.Each sand bag should weigh
30 to 35lbs.
25.Retrieve the rectangular
cardboard box and remove
all interior items and take out
your CPU.
26.Attach CPU to the backplate.

27.Plug in the target wire and
power cord.
28.You’re now ready to use
your SMARTfit Mini!
