Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, in
order to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock and/or injury, these
basic safety precautions should
always be followed:
For Your Safety
Read all instructions carefully, even if
you are familiar with the appliance.
• Before connecting the Air Fryer
Oven, ensure your outlet voltage
and circuit frequency correspond to
the voltage stated on the product
rating label.
• To protect against re and electric
shock, do not immerse the cord or
plug in water or other liquid.
• Do not use an extension cord unless
completely necessary with the Air
Fryer Oven.
• If an extension cord is used, please
ensure that it has a rating equal or
exceeding the rating of this
product.
• Do not pull or carry by the cord, use
the cord as a handle, close a door
on the cord, or pull the cord around
sharp edges or corners. Keep the
cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not bend or damage the cord.
• Never force the plug into a power
outlet.
• Always unplug the Air Fryer Oven
when not in use. To disconnect from
the power outlet, grip the plug and
pull away from the power outlet.
Never pull by the cord.
• The power plug must be removed
from the power outlet before
cleaning, servicing, maintenance or
moving the Air Fryer Oven.
• Do not move or lift the whole Air
Fryer Oven unit while the power
cord is still connected to the power
outlet or still on. Always ensure it is
switched off and has cooled down
before moving.
• Do not use the Air Fryer Oven if the
plug, cord or the product itself is
damaged.
• Please contact the After Sales
Support Line on 1300 777 137 for
further advice.
• Unless your home is already tted
with a residual current device
(safety switch), we recommend
installing an RCD with a rated
residual operating current not
exceeding 30mA to provide
additional safety protection when
using electrical appliances. See your
electrician for professional advice.
• The Air Fryer Oven is intended for
indoor household use only. Do not
use it for commercial purposes.
• Do not use the Air Fryer Oven for
other than its intended use.
• The Air Fryer Oven is not a toy.
Supervise young children to ensure
they do not play with this product.
• The Air Fryer Oven is not intended
for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
use of the product by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Do not leave the Air Fryer Oven
unattended when plugged in.
Always switch off and unplug when
you are not using the Air Fryer Oven.

• The use of attachments not sold or

• The Air Fryer Oven is not intended to
be operated by means of an
external timer or any type of
separate remote control unit.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. The
temperature of the outer body can
get very hot while the Air Fryer
Oven is in operation. Allow the unit
to cool down before inserting or
removing parts.
• Always use oven mitts when
removing or inserting the Air Fryer
Oven accessories. Allow for metal
parts to cool down completely
before cleaning.
• When operating the Air Fryer Oven,
keep at least 10cm of free space
on all sides of the appliance to
allow for adequate air circulation.
• Do not operate the Air Fryer Oven
with wet hands.
• Do not place the Air Fryer Oven on
or near combustible materials such
as curtains or tablecloths.
• Always operate on a dry level
surface. Operating on sinks or
uneven surfaces must be avoided.
• Do not clean with metal scouring
pads. Pieces may break off the pad
and touch the electrical parts,
creating a risk of electric shock.
• Let the Air Fryer Oven cool down for
approximately 30 minutes before
cleaning.
• Use extreme caution when
removing the Air Fryer Oven
accessories, or disposing of hot
grease or other hot liquids.
• Oversized foods or metal utensils
must not be inserted into Air Fryer
Oven as it may create risk of re or
electrical shock.
• When using, cleaning or moving the
appliance, avoid slamming or
knocking the glass door as the glass
may break.
• If the surface of the glass door is
cracked, switch off the appliance
to avoid the possibility of electric
shock.
WARNING: If the power cord is
damaged, the power cord must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualied
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
WARNING: This product has not been
designed for any uses other than those

Getting to Know Your Air Fryer Oven
Function
For extra convenience, the Air Fryer Oven features 10 auto presets to make using
the Air Fryer Oven simple!
To select the auto preset functions, turn the FUNCTION dial clockwise to scroll
through the settings left to right in the same order as listed in the table below. When
auto preset is selected, the LED display panel will display the default temperature
and time settings. You can adjust the time and temperature of each function at
any point (see below for more information).

Oven Time and Temperature Control Dial
Temperature Setting
To adjust the temperature of a preset function setting
press the button until the temperature ashes
intermittently. Then turn the TIME/TEMP dial clockwise ( + )
or anticlockwise ( - ) to adjust the temperature setting by
5ºC increments (minimum of 80ºC to a maximum of
230ºC, except for defrost and dehydrate which have a
range of 40ºC - 80ºC and 50ºC- 80ºC respectively).
Timer Setting
To adjust the cooking time of a preset function setting press the button until
the time ashes on/off intermittently. Then turn the TIME/TEMP dial clockwise ( + ) or
anticlockwise ( - ) to adjust the timer settings. The timer can be adjusted in 1 minute
increments with a maximum of 1 hour (except for defrost and dehydrate which
have a maximum of 5 hours).
Fan Setting
To adjust the fan setting select the desired preset. Once you have done this, press
the button. For the low fan speed, one symbol will illuminate on the LED
display. For the high fan speed, two symbols will illuminate on the LED display.
Manual Cooking
When you wish to cook manually, please select the rst default preset and adjust
the time and temperature according to instructions above. When you are
manually cooking you may wish to adjust the fan setting. Please see instructions
above on how to change the fan setting.

Congratulations on the purchase of
your new Air Fryer Oven.
It is extremely important that you read
and follow the instructions in this
instruction manual, even if you feel that
you are familiar with this type of
appliance.
In particular, please pay close attention
to the section entitled IMPORTANT
SAFEGUARDS. Find a safe and
convenient place to keep this booklet
for future reference.
This appliance has been designed to
operate from a standard domestic
power outlet. It is not intended for
industrial or commercial use.
Before using the Air Fryer Oven:
• Unpack the product and keep all
packaging materials until you have
made sure your new Air Fryer Oven
is undamaged and in good
working order. Plastic wrapping
can be a suffocation hazard for
babies and young children so
ensure all packaging materials are
out of their reach.
• Remove the twist-tie which is
securing the electrical cord. Uncoil
the cord to straighten it to remove
any kinks. Do not use if these parts
are damaged. In case of damage,
phone the After Sales Support Line
on 1300 777 137.
• Wash the multi-purpose tray, mesh
basket, wire rack, rolling cage and
rotisserie set in warm soapy water.
Dry thoroughly before use.
• Plug the Air Fryer Oven into a power
outlet and switch on.
• Press the button to turn the Air
Fryer Oven on. The Air Fryer Oven
will automatically default to the rst
preset setting. Press the once
and the temperature setting will
ash intermittently on the display
panel. Press the button once
again to select the time setting.
Then turn the time/temp dial
anticlockwise to decrease the time
to 10 mins. This will eliminate any
odours within the Air Fryer Oven
and burn off any excess lubricants
which were used in the
manufacturing process.
• Once the oven timer dial has
elapsed the Air Fryer Oven will turn
OFF and the bell will sound to
indicate that the oven is now off.
• Unplug the Air Fryer Oven from the
power outlet and allow it to cool
down. Once cool, use a soft damp
cloth to wipe the inside of the
appliance. Do not use abrasive
cleaners or scouring pads.
NOTE: You may notice a slight odour
being emitted from the Air Fryer Oven
during the initial use. This is normal and
will cease with continued use.

Multi-purpose Food Tray
This Air Fryer Oven comes with a tray
you can use when baking, roasting,
cooking vegetables and can also be
used as a drip tray.
1. Brush a little oil onto the tray. This will
help to prevent food from sticking.
Place food directly onto the tray.
Ensure the tray is not overlled to
assist with even cooking.
2. To insert the tray into the Air Fryer
Oven simply slide the tray into one of
the three shelf positions (see Fig. 1).
3. Press the to turn the Air Fryer
Oven on. Select the desired preset
function and then press the
again to commence cooking.
4. Once the oven timer dial has
elapsed and the bell has sounded
the food is ready to be removed
from the oven.
5. When the Air Fryer Oven has nished,
turn off and unplug the Air Fryer
Oven. Use oven mitts or other suitable
temperature resistant item to remove
the tray from the Air Fryer Oven and
place on a heat resistant surface.
CAUTION: The multi-purpose tray will
be very hot once cooking has nished.
Use kitchen tongs or other suitable
utensils to remove the tray and the
food from the Air Fryer Oven, never
use your hands. Do not use metal
utensils as this could damage the
non-stick coating.
Wire Rack
This Air Fryer Oven comes with a wire
rack you can use when baking, grilling
or toasting.
1. Brush a little oil onto the wire rack.
This will help to prevent food from
sticking. Adjust the position of the
wire rack placing it in the top or
middle position depending on the
food to be cooked.
2. Insert the wire rack into the Air Fryer
Oven. We recommend using the
multi-purpose tray as a drip tray to
avoid any messy spills (see Fig. 2).
You can line the tray with some
aluminium foil to ease the cleaning
process.

3. Press the to turn the Air Fryer

from the Air Fryer Oven, never use your
hands. Do not use metal utensils as this
could damage the non-stick coating.
Mesh Basket
Air fry chips, chicken, sh and more.
1. Place the food to be cooked onto
the mesh basket. Then place the
mesh basket on top of the multi-
purpose tray. The multi-purpose tray
will act as a drip tray during the
cooking process.
2. Insert the multi-purpose tray, along
with with mesh basket, into the Air
Fryer Oven, placing in the middle or
bottom position depending on what
you are air frying.
3. Plug the Air Fryer Oven into a power
outlet and switch on.
4. Press the to turn the Air Fryer
Oven on. Select the desired preset
function and then press the
once again to commence cooking.
5. Once the oven timer dial has elapsed
and the bell has sounded the food is
ready to be removed from the oven.
6. When the Air Fryer Oven has nished,
turn off and unplug the Air Fryer
Oven. Use oven mitts or other suitable
temperature resistant item to remove
the tray from the Air Fryer Oven and
place on a heat resistant surface.
WARNING: The mesh basket will be very
hot once it has nished cooking. Allow
all parts to cool down completely before
attempting to clean the mesh basket.
CAUTION: The mesh basket, wire rack,
multi-purpose tray and food will be
very hot once cooking has nished. Use
kitchen tongs or other suitable utensils to
remove the tray, mesh basket, wire rack
and the food from the Air Fryer Oven,
never use your hands. Do not touch the
mesh basket or multi-purpose tray during
use. Do not use metal utensils as this
could damage the non-stick coating.
Using the Rotisserie Function
1. Pierce the meat with the rotisserie
rod, ensuring it has penetrated
along the centre of the meat.
2. Attach the prongs to the rotisserie
rod ensuring the prongs face inwards
towards the meat (see Fig. 3). Ensure
the prongs have latched on to the
meat, then tighten the thumbscrews
by turning it clockwise to secure.

NOTE: If you are cooking poultry,
ensure you bind it with string to
prevent the wings or legs from
obstructing the rotisserie during the
cooking process. Ensure any fat or
loose trimmings are cut off before
placing the meat on the rotisserie.
3. Insert the square end of the rotisserie
rod into the drive socket located on
the right side of the oven wall (the
end without the groove), ensuring it
slides in completely so it allows the
other end of the rotisserie rod with
the groove to easily rest on the
support located on the left hand
side of the oven wall.
4. We recommend using the multi-
purpose food tray as a drip tray to
avoid any messy spills (see Fig. 4).
You can line the tray with some
aluminium foil to ease the cleaning
process.
5. Close the door and press the to
turn the Air Fryer Oven on. Select
the rotisserie preset function by
turning the dial until the is
illuminated. Then press the once
again to commence cooking.
6. Once the oven timer dial has
elapsed and the bell has sounded
the food is ready to be removed
from the oven.
7. When the Air Fryer Oven has nished,
turn off and unplug the Air Fryer
Oven. Use oven mitts or other suitable
temperature resistant item to remove
the tray from the Air Fryer Oven and
place on a heat esistant surface.
NOTE: It is not recommended to cook
food over 1.2kg on the rotisserie as the
load will be too heavy for the rotisserie
motor to rotate properly.
CAUTION: The rotisserie set, multi-
purpose tray and food will be very hot
once cooking has nished. Use kitchen
tongs or other suitable utensils to
remove the rotisserie set, multi-purpose
tray and the food from the Air Fryer
Oven, never use your hands. Do not use
metal utensils as this could damage the
non-stick coating.
Rolling Cage
The rolling cage is ideal for frying food
such as fries, wedges, roasting nuts and
other snacks. The cage rotates and
automatically turns the food to achieve
even, crispy results!

1. Insert the at end of the rotisserie
rod through the left side of the
rolling cage (see Fig. 5) and using
one of the screws included with the
rotisserie forks, tighten the screw on
the right side of the rolling cage
anti-clockwise to secure the cage
onto the rod. Ensure the rolling
cage is positioned correctly so the
cage door opens upwards when
unlatched.
2. Pull up the cage latch to unlock the
door of the cage and add the food
to be cooked inside (see Fig. 6). Try
not to overll the cage. Make sure
you lock the cage door before
inserting into the Air Fryer Oven.
3. We recommend using the multi-
purpose food tray as a drip tray to
avoid any messy spills. You can line
the tray with some aluminium foil to
ease the cleaning process.
4. Insert the square end of the rotisserie
rod into the drive socket located on
the right side of the oven wall (the
end without the groove), ensuring it
slides in completely so it allows the
other end of the rotisserie rod with
the groove to easily rest on the
support located on the left hand
side of the oven wall.
5. Close the door and press the to
turn the Air Fryer Oven on. Select
the rotisserie preset function by
turning the dial until the is
illuminated. Then press the once
again to commence cooking.
6. You may need to manually adjust the
temperature and time settings (see
page 9 for instructions) depending on
the type of food and amount you are
cooking in the rolling cage.
7. Once the oven timer dial has
elapsed and the bell has sounded
the food is ready to be removed
from the oven.
8. When the Air Fryer Oven has
nished, turn off and unplug the Air
Fryer Oven. Use oven mitts or other
suitable temperature resistant item
to remove the tray from the Air
Fryer Oven and place on a heat
resistant surface.
CAUTION: The rolling cage, multi-purpose
tray and food will be very hot once
cooking has nished. Use kitchen tongs
or other suitable utensils to remove the
rolling cage, multi-purpose tray and the
food from the Air Fryer Oven, never use
your hands. Do not use metal utensils as
this could damage the non-stick coating.

Removing Cooked or Hot Food
The rotisserie rod and rolling cage will
be very hot once cooking has nished.
Use the fetch handle or oven mitts to
remove the food and the rotisserie rod
from the Air Fryer Oven.
1. To remove the rotisserie rod from the
drive socket inside the Air Fryer Oven,
grasp the fetch handle with the
prongs facing upwards and hook on
to the rotisserie rod (see Fig. 7).
2. Carefully lift the rod up and out of
the Air Fryer Oven leading with the
left side and place on a heat
resistant surface.
CAUTION: Ensure you have a heat
resistant surface nearby to set it down
on. NEVER place the rotisserie rod or
rolling cage directly on a counter top or
table.
CAUTION: Take extreme caution not
to touch the hot surfaces of the Air
Fryer Oven when trying to remove the
rotisserie rod.

French Fries
Ingredients
• 500g potatoes
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• Salt to taste
Method
1. Peel the potatoes and slice them length ways into 15mm thick pieces.
2. Soak the potato slices in water for approximately 20 minutes, then drain and
pat dry on a paper towel.
3. Mix the olive oil and salt in a bowl until evenly combined, then run the mixture
over the potatoes.
4. Place the potato slices into the mesh basket or rolling cage.
5. Select the preset if using the mesh basket or select the if using the
rolling cage. Then press the button again to commence cooking.
6. For more even cooking, remember to shake the fries halfway through.
NOTE: When making home made chips or fries, the best types of potatoes to use
are the starchy varieties (Kennebec, King Edward, Golden Delight or Sebago).

Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients
• 450g sweet potatoes
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• Salt and garlic salt to taste
Method
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them length ways into 15mm thick pieces.
2. Soak the sweet potatoes in water for approximately 20 minutes, then drain and
pat dry on a paper towel.
3. Mix the olive oil, salt and garlic salt in a bowl until evenly combined, then rub
the mixture over the sweet potato slices.
4. Place the sweet potato slices into the mesh basket or rolling cage. Place the
mesh basket onto the multi-purpose tray and insert into the oven or insert the
rolling cage into the Air Fryer.
5. Select the if using the mesh basket or select the if using the rolling
cage. Then press the button again to commence cooking.
6. For even cooking, remember to shake halfway through.

Potato Slices
Ingredients
• 500g potatoes
• 1 minced garlic clove
Method
1. Peel potatoes and cut then into 5mm thick slices.
2. Soak potato slices in water for approximately 20 minutes, then drain and pat
dry on a paper towel.
3. Mix the garlic, thyme and olive oil in a bowl until evenly combined, then rub
the mixture over the potato slices.
4. Place the potato slices into the mesh basket or rolling cage. Place the mesh
basket onto the multi-purpose tray and insert into the oven or insert the rolling
cage into the oven.
5. Select the if using the mesh basket or select the if using the rolling
cage. Then press the button again to commence cooking.
6. For even cooking, remember to shake halfway through.

Potato Wedges
Ingredients
• 500g potatoes

Method
1. Slice the potatoes into wedges.
2. Soak potato wedges in water for approximately 20 minutes, then drain and pat
dry on a paper towel.
3. Mix the olive oil, salt, cumin, coriander and paprika in a bowl until evenly
combined. Then rub the mixture over the potato wedges.
4. Place the potato wedges into the mesh basket or rolling cage.
5. Select the preset if using the mesh basket or select the if using the
rolling cage.Then press the button again to commence cooking. Then press
the button again to commence cooking.
6. Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce (optional).
