Controller Instructions
Your Sniff Relief controller is very easy to use.
ON/OFF
The di ital controller allows you to turn the unit “on” or “off,” simply by pressin
the on/off button. This allows allows you to set the temperature at Low, Medium
or Hi h.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The plus (+) and minus (-) si ns indicate temperature control. Set your tempera-
ture anywhere between 105-140 de rees Fahrenheit (40-60C). The mask will
heat up within seconds.
TIMER
The time button lets you set your Sniff Relief Mask to automatically shut off be-
tween 30 minutes and one hour. Press the button until the desired time shows on
the display.

You can wear your Mask anywhere and any time that is comfortable and conve-
nient for you. Whether you’re relaxin in your favorite chair, or ettin work done
at your desk, the heat will penetrate for desired effect, ivin you the relief you
need.
How hot to set the Mask: Adjust the temperature to your tolerance level and
preference. The temperature should never be set hotter than you can comfort-
ably tolerate it. The maximum 140 de ree settin ensures your safety for short or
prolon ed periods.
Where to place the Mask: The Mask should be positioned directly over your
nasal area and centered so that your eyes are not covered. Adjust the pliable
nose brid e section to fit snu ly on your face. Make sure your face is clean and
free of any cosmetics before use.
Which side of the Mask should be up?: The lo o should be facin outwards.
How to use the Mask for your condition: There is no ri ht or wron way to
use the Mask, as lon as you follow the safety instructions. Simply use your Sniff
Relief for as lon as it is comfortable the first few times. Once you et used to the
Mask itself and to how your unique body responds to it, adjust the time and heat
settin s accordin ly.

Care and Maintenance
Proper Care and Cleanin for Sniff Relief
Before you clean your Mask, disconnect all cords from the power source and
from the unit itself. Follow all cleanin , care and maintenance instructions.

·Do not dry clean any part of the Mask.
·Do not use bleach or deter ent as cleanin a ents.
·Do not use a wrin er.
·Do not put in microwave.
·Do not put in washin machine or dryer.
·Do not iron.
·Do not use mothballs or repellent sprays of any kind.
·Do not put any of the power cords in water.
·Do not use unless the pad is completely dry.
·We su est that you ently wipe down your Mask with a sli htly moist
hand towel.
·Let the Mask dry completely before usin .
Safe Performance and Routine Maintenance
·We su est that you routinely inspect the heatin pad both before and af-
ter each use.
·You will be lookin for any si ns of abnormal or excess wear and tear on
the power cords (crackin , blisterin , frayin or exposed wires) or on the
surface of the mask itself.
Safe and Proper Stora e
To store your mask, place it in a cool and dry place away from any risk of dam-
a e while it is not in use. Do not let the mask et wet or exposed to any moisture.

Service

·Do not use this Mask with liniments, salves or ointments and make sure
your face is dry.
·Keep your Sniff Relief and components in a dry, cool place.
·Do not han mask by the power cord.
·Do not use this mask in the presence of flammable mixtures.
·Do not use in the shower or bath tub!

Question: Can the Sniff Relief Mask be used if you have implants?
Althou h the Mask heats only to 140 de rees, implants may absorb heat at dif-
ferent rates than various bodily tissues, and there is a chance that metal implants
can absorb far more heat than the surroundin tissues and cause burns; or the
heat ener y mi ht be able to weaken, warp, distort, affect, dama e and even de-
stroy the implant. Since this has not been studied for the many different materials
that are used for implants, we advise a ainst usin the mask unless approved
and supervised by a competent physician. Warnin : even if you do et medical
clearance from your physician to use the mask, these two uidelines must al-
ways be followed.

·Do not use directly over implanted silicon.
Question: When should I feel results?
Many people experience relief from tension, con estion, and pain immediately.
Others require several hours to be in to feel the benefits. Results vary and will
depend upon your underlyin conditions and how often you use your mask. For
optimal results, only use your mask accordin to directions and use it as fre-
quently as possible.

Question: What is the best temperature for me?
Everybody is different and responds differently to the Sniff Relief Mask. The
Mask does not et hot enou h to burn normal, healthy skin, so you may use it at
any temperature that feels ood to you.
Question: Will the Sniff Relief Mask cure a sinus infection, cold, or facial injury?
Sniff Relief does not make any claims in re ard to treatin injury, illness or infec-
tion. The Mask can help alleviate con estion, sinus pain, stuffiness, etc. For mat-
ters of injury, illness, and/or infection, please consult your physician.
Question: Can I use the mask while asleep?
It is not recommended to fall asleep with the mask turned on and/or plu ed into
the wall. If you would like to sleep with the mask on for added warmth you must
unplu the micro USB connection on the mask to ensure it doesn’t receive any
power.
Question: Can I use any micro USB instead of the one that came with my Sniff
Relief?
NO!! The micro USBs that came with your Sniff Relief mask is specially made to
heat up the mask safely and effectively.
One Year Limited Warranty

(Valid in USA Only) Sniff Relief uarantees the quality of this product (material
and workmanship) for a period of two years from purchase with the exceptions
listed below. If you believe your device is defective, please contact customer ser-
vice. Customer service can help you determine whether the unit is defective, and
whether it needs to be repaired or replaced or whether a part can be exchan ed.
Under warranty, a device will usually be replaced or repaired, or a defective part
will be replaced. In exceptional cases the manufacturer or retailer may su est a
refund, in which case the warranty is also considered fulfilled. The warranty does
NOT cover any dama e from inappropriate use – such as exposure to water,
stron ma netic or electric fields, or mechanical stress which oes beyond what
can be considered normal for the intended use. Warranty is also ruled out if the
unit is connected to any other parts not recommended by the manufacturer, or if
the unit has been opened or chan es made to it or any of its parts. If you experi-
ence any problems with your unit, please do NOT try and repair it yourself. Call
customer service. The warranty SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT COVER dama e
from attachin it to hi her volta e than the US rid volta e of 110-120V. If you
operate this unit in an area with 230V rid volta e or any volta e deviatin from
the US rid volta e, you must use an appropriate transformer. The warranty cov-
ers the unit itself and does not cover any consequential dama e. If the unit needs
to be repaired or replaced, you will be advised of the address to ship the unit to.
The unit will be sent back to you free of char e, but the warranty does not cover
your postal costs to send the unit back.
