Introduction
Cut the cord to ca le TV! The Lala streaming media device will help you do that. Sick of
paying the dreaded monthly ca le ill? Good, so are 72% of the people out there! The
average person spends roughly $86 a month on ca le services. As long as you have high
speed internet you will have the a ility to turn your TV into an all in one entertainment
smart TV.
The Lala Box is a smart TV ox that streams in HD with no monthly fees or contracts. The
device will give you access to applications that offer movies, TV shows, live sports, live
streams of your favorite TV channels, and 3D movies all in HD! You do not need ca le TV
for the ox to work all you need is an Internet connection and a high definition
television.
This is not like your traditional ca le ox where you push the channel up or down, there
is a little learning curve and a few extra clicks to get to where or what you want ut the
end result is you always get what you want.

Setting Up The Lala Streaming Media Device:
1. Connect the device to the TV with HDMI ca le and then connect the power adaptor to the
device. The unit will power on automatically. You can connect via WIFI or Connect an Ethernet
ca le to the ack of the unit.

Getting Started Guide:
Once the ox loads you will e presented with the main screen, on this main screen you will
find the programs needed to fully utilize all the features of this ground reaking device.
INITIAL SETUP: Before you can use the device you need set Kodi up, to do that on your 1
st
time using the device simply click on “Kodi”. Once you launch Kodi Media Center you can install
whatever add ons you choose. The most important step is to go to Videos then click Add Ons &
Select and Run THE LALA WIZARD, this will set up your box with numerous developer addons to
start streaming everything available on The Lala Box!
Let the wizard run when it’s done it will tell that it needs to force close Kodi, Select “Ok” then
select “Yes Close Kodi”. The screen will flicker at which point you will want to PULL THE PLUG
OUT THE BACK OF THE LALA BOX. This will “Hard Reset” the device and not harm it.
After the initial etup You do not need to ever turn off your Lala Box it’ the equivalent to your
phone or tablet turning it off will not allow update to come though. Leaving your Lala Box on will not
harm it or u e a lot of electricity and will give you a better overall experience.
MAIN MENU:
Application : This is where you will find all the programs currently installed on your Lala Streaming
Media Device.
Aptoide: The est alternative to the Google Play store. It doesn’t require registration and it consists of
over 300,000 games and apps.
Kodi: Kodi (formerly known as XBMC) is an award-winning software media center for playing videos,
music, pictures, games, and more. Developers have created applications for all sorts of streaming of
movies, video content, pictures and music. This is the main program you will e using.
QuickSupport: An application where we can log into your ox and do remote trou leshooting.

Trouble Shooting Guide:
Under no circumstances should you try to repair the device y yourself, as this will invalidate
the warranty. Do not open the Lala device as there is a risk of electric shock. If a fault occurs,
first check with points listed elow efore taking the Lala ox for repair. If you are una le to
remedy a pro lem y following hints, consult your dealer for help.
No power
-Check if the power adaptor is properly connected to the power and the Lala Device .
-Press the power on the remote controller to turn on the power.
No picture
-Reconnect with HDMI ca le or AV ca le.
-Check if the TV is switched on.
No ound or di torted ound
-Adjust the volume.
-Check that the speakers are connected correctly.
No audio or digital output
-Check the digital connections.
-Check if your amplifier is set correctly.
The box doe not re pond to the Remote Control
-Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the Lala Device.
-Reduce the distance to the Lala Device.
-Replace the atteries in the remote control.
Player doe not re pond to ome operating command during playback
-Operations may not e permitted. Refer to the user manual.
- Possi ility of system halted, re-insert with power adaptor to restart.
The TV creen i blank and the player LED i blinking
-Turn off your MX2,wait 30 seconds,turn it on again.
-If under HDMI status, check if HDMI connection is correct or another HDMI ca le, change set
the output resolution of the Lala Device into 720P

GENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY
Your new Lala device is fully covered for any damages that the unit may have suffered during
transportation. Our units are individually verified efore shipping for quality insurance.
If your personal unit would not function properly upon arrival, please contact us at SERVICE@SNR7.COM
to receive a UNIQUE RMA NUMBER (Return Material Authorization).
UPON RECEIVING A CLAIM, OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL ISSUE THE USER A UNIQUE RMA NUMBER.
Your unit after the first 30 days is also covered with an extended warranty one year warranty that covers
parts and workmanship as long as the unit was not opened or tempered with. If the unit had een
tempered with or was damaged due to the owner mishandling or lack of proper care, the warranty will
e considered null and void. Unit will then e repaired at the owner of the unit’s expense with a
minimum fee of $50 USD for device evaluation at our technical center.
The unit owner is responsi le for shipping and handling the damage unit to the company after the first
30 days period.
