2 AnDi S2
AnDi S2 is a mini Analog and Digital USB TV stick that enables you to watch and record TV
program on your desktop PC and Laptop. The use of the USB port greatly simplifies the
installation. AnDi is a handy mini USB TV set with a compact and stylish remote control that
turns your PC into a hi-tech multimedia centre, in just few minutes.

3 Installation Procedure
This chapter describes how to connect your AnDi S2 to your computer and install all of
the available drivers and software.
3.1 Connection Diagram
3.2 Device Driver Installation
Please insert the CD disk that comes with AnDi S2 in the CD-ROM drive of your
computer.
IMPORTANT: Don’t Plug in AnDi S2 to your PC
The following driver / software must be installed first before plugging
in AnDi S2.

3.2.1 Driver Installation
1. Click “Software Install”.
2. Click “Next” to begin installation.
3. Click “Install”.

4. The Installation procedure may require a few
seconds, depending on you hardware
specifications.
5. Click “Continue Anyway” to continue with
the installation procedure.
Note: This Window only appears in Windows XP
6. Click “Finish” to complete the AnDi
Hardware Installation Wizard.

3.2.2 Software installation
1. Choose your language and click
“OK”.
2. Click “Next”.
3. Please read the License Agreement
and click “Yes” to continue with the
installation procedure.
4. Click “Next”.

5. Click “Next”.
6. The Installation procedure may
require a few minutes, depending on
you hardware specifications.
7. Click “Finish” to finish with the
installation procedure of Arcsoft
Total Media Software.

8. Click “Next”.
9. Click “Install”.

11. Click “Finish” to finish with the
installation IR Receiver Software.
Note: It is recommended to restart your
computer now.
12. After Restart, you will see the
DVB-T application icon on your
desktop
13. Connect your AnDi Device to your
PC. A new window will come up
14. Choose “No, not at this time” and
press “Next” to proceed.
15. Select “Install the software
automatically” and click next to
proceed

16. Click “Continue Anyway” to
continue with the installation
procedure.
Note: This Window only appears in
Windows XP
17. The Installation procedure may
require a few seconds, depending on
you hardware specifications.
18. Hardware Installation is Complete.
Press finish and start using your
device.

4 Remote control
The Remote control allows you to operate your AnDi S2 from long distance. You can turn
your TV on/off, view TV and change channels and volume. Aim the front of the Remote
Control at the device and press the control buttons.

Play: Play a recorded program
Pause: Pause a program
Stop: Stops pre-recorded viewing and returns to live
TV
Forward: Forward the current movie clip
Rewind: Rewind the current movie clip
Time-Shift: Time-Shift function
Snapshot: Takes a picture of what is on screen
Show/Hide Control Center: Show/hides the
display panel
Full Screen/Restore: Switches from full screen to
the default screen
Shuffle: TV wall function
Power: Turns computer off
