SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
FOR THE FIRST TIME AND KEEP THEM FOR REFERENCE. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO
ENSURE OPTIMAL RESULTS AND THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF SAFETY IN USE.
• After unpacking the unit, check that the appliance is complete and has not been
damaged in transport. If there should be any doubt, do not use the appliance and
contact our after sales service.
• If the plug on the appliance should not fit your socket, have it changed by our
after sales service.
• Adapters, universal plugs and/or extension cables should not be used. If this is
unavoidable, only simple adapters or multiple plugs and extension cables that
fully comply with official standards may be used. In this case, particular attention
should be paid to the rated capacity on the adapter and/or extension cable: this
may not be exceeded on any account.
• This appliance is for household use only. It may not be used for anything but the
specified purpose. The operating instructions must be followed. Using for any
other purpose is inappropriate and dangerous. The manufacturers cannot be held
liable for any damages incurred by wrong, incorrect or irresponsible use and/or
repairs carried out by unqualified persons.
• Never use electrical appliances if the flex or plug is damaged, if the appliance is
not working properly or if it is damaged. If this is the case, have the appliance
checked and repaired by the after sales service.
• Take care that the cable does not hang down from the table or work surface and
does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
• In the event of damage and/or malfunctioning, switch the appliance off and do
not try to repair it. Call the after sales service and make sure that only original
spare parts are used.
• Before using this appliance for the first time, check that the mains voltage
corresponds with the rated voltage on the appliance.
CERTAIN FUNDAMENTAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE OBSERVED
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.
In particular:
• Never immerse the motor element in water or hold it under running water: this
would cause severe shock.
• Never touch the power lead with damp or wet hands or feet.
• Never touch the cutters and mixing elements when the mixer is running.
• Always disconnect when the mixer is not in use; before inserting or removing the
blender or mixing elements/dough hooks and before cleaning. Do not pull the
plug out of the socket by the cable.
• Before switching on the appliance, check that the blender, mixing elements or
dough hooks have been mounted properly.
• No part of the appliance should be used near hot surfaces (gas or electric hot
plates, stoves etc.

SETTING UP THE MIXER
Inserting and removing the blender
• Slide the cover plate on the hand mixer upwards.
• Push the blender into the opening and turn it anticlockwise.
• To remove the blender from the body, turn it clockwise.
• Close the cover plate.
Inserting and removing the mixing elements/dough hooks
• To insert the whisks and dough hooks push them into the appropriate openings
on the underside of the mixer.
• To remove them, press the eject button. Take care that the cover plate for the
blender mounting is always closed when using the appliance.
USING THE MIXER
BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME, CLEAN THE BLENDER AND THE
MIXING ELEMENTS IN SOAPY WATER AND DRY THE PARTS WELL BEFORE MOUNTING
THEM (CF. "CLEANING" SECTION).
• Before switching on, hold the blender vertically in the ingredients. In this way you
can be sure that the ingredients will not splatter or run over.
• Plug the plug into the socket.
• Start up the blender and turn the speed control to the appropriate speed. The
speed may have to be varied according to the consistency of the mix.
• To use the highest speed, turn the speed control right up (motor is not running)
and press the impulse/turbo button.
• When you select a higher speed you automatically increase the power. If the mix
is heavy, increase the power by switching to a higher speed.
• The mixer should not be used continuously for more than 5 minutes at a time.
• The appliance can be used in a bowl, jug or casserole or even, with only one
mixing or needing element, in a mug. Hold the blender upright and move it gently
back and forwards while mixing the ingredients. When you switch off wait until
the blender or mixing elements have stopped turning before lifting them out of
the mix. Between work phases you can stand the hand mixer upright on the
rubber feet.
• Take care that the mixing elements/dough hooks do not touch the bottom of the
bowl.

TIPS
• The ingredients for cake mix, for example, should be at as far as possible at
room temperature. It is therefore advisable to take the eggs and butter out of
the refrigerator about an hour before starting.
• Warm the bowl and the mixing elements/dough hooks before creaming fat
and sugar. Just pour hot (not boiling) water into the bowl and leave the mixing
elements in it for a few minutes.
• If you are whipping egg whites make sure that the whisks and the bowl are
absolutely clean. If there is the slightest trace of fat or egg yolk, the whites will
not whip and they may turn flaky.
• Take care not to run the mixer too long when adding dry ingredients. Switch off
when the mixture is well mixed.
CLEANING
• Always disconnect from the mains before cleaning.
• Remove the blender or mixing elements/dough hooks and clean them under the
tap or in soapy water.
• The blender and the mixing elements/dough hooks are not dishwasher proof.
• Do not use any abrasives or solvents for cleaning.
• The motor casing can be cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
BEVOR SIE DIESES GERÄT ZUM ERSTEN MAL BENUTZEN, LESEN SIE BITTE
DIESE ANLEITUNG AUFMERKSAM UND BEWAHREN SIE SIE ZUM SPÄTEREN NACH-
SCHLAGEN AUF. NUR SO KÖNNEN SIE OPTIMALE ERGEBNISSE UND HÖCHSTE GE-
BRAUCHSSICHERHEIT ERREICHEN.
• Nach dem Entfernen der Verpackung überprüfen Sie bitte, ob das Gerät vollständig
und unbeschädigt ist. Sollten irgendwelche Zweifel bestehen, benutzen Sie das
Gerät bitte nicht und wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst.
• Sollten Steckdose und Gerätestecker nicht übereinstimmen, lassen Sie den
Stecker durch den Kundendienst auswechseln.
• Es sollten keine Adapter, Mehrfachstecker und/oder Verlängerungskabel verwen-
det werden. Sollte dies unvermeidbar sein, dürfen nur einfache Adapter oder
Mehrfachstecker sowie Verlängerungskabel verwendet werden, die den gültigen
Sicherheitsvorschriften entsprechen, wobei besonders darauf zu achten ist, das
die auf dem Adapter und/oder Verlängerungskabel angegebene Leistungsgrenze
nicht überschritten wird.
• Das Gerät darf nur für den häuslichen Gebrauch und die vorgesehenen Zwecke
verwendet werden. Dabei ist den Hinweisen in dieser Anleitung zu folgen. Jeder
andere Verwendungszweck ist unsachgemäss und gefährlich. Der Hersteller
kann nicht für mögliche Schäden haftbar gemacht werden, die durch falschen,
nicht korrekten oder unverantwortlichen Gebrauch und/oder durch Reparaturen
hervorgerufen werden, die nicht von Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden.
• Verwenden Sie niemals elektrische Geräte, wenn das Kabel oder der Stecker
beschädigt ist, wenn das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäss funktioniert oder eine
Beschädigung aufweist. Lassen Sie das Gerät beim Kundendienst untersuchen
und reparieren.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kabel nicht vom Tisch oder von der Arbeitsplatte
herunterhängt oder mit heissen Flächen in Berührung kommt.
• Im Falle eines Schadens und/oder Betriebsstörungen, schalten Sie das Gerät
bitte aus und versuchen Sie nicht, es zu reparieren. Wenden Sie sich bitte an
den Kundendienst und achten Sie darauf, dass Originalersatzteile verwendet
werden.
• Bevor Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal benutzen, überprüfen Sie bitte, ob die
Netzspannung mit den Angaben und dem Typenschild des Gerätes überein-
stimmt.
BEI DER BENUTZUNG ELEKTRISCHER GERÄTE MÜSSEN STETS BESTIMMTE, GRUND-
LEGENDE SICHERHEITSNORMEN BEACHTET WERDEN:
Insbesondere:
• Um keine elektrischen Entladungen zu erzeugen, darf das Motorgehäuse nicht in
Wasser getaucht oder unter fliessendes Wasser gehalten werden.
• Berühren Sie das Netzkabel nicht mit feuchten oder nassen Händen oder Füssen.
• Messer und Rührelemente während des Betriebes nicht berühren.

• Bei Nichtbenutzung, vor dem Einsetzen oder Herausnehmen des Stabmixers oder
der Rühr-/Knetelemente und vor der Reinigung ist der Netzanschluss zu unter-
brechen. Ziehen Sie den Stecker nicht am Kabel aus der Steckdose.
• Bevor Sie das Gerät einschalten, prüfen Sie bitte, ob der Stabmixer oder die
Rühr-/Knetelemente korrekt in das Gerät eingesetzt ist.
• Kein Teil des Geräts darf auf oder in der Nähe von heissen Flächen (Gas- oder
Elektrokochplatten, Herden, etc.) benutzt oder abgestellt werden.
INBETRIEBNAHME
Einsetzen und Herausnehmen des Stabmixers
• Schieben Sie die Abdeckung (7) am Handrührwerk nach oben.
• Stecken Sie den Stabmixer in die Öffnung und drehen Sie ihn gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn.
• Um den Stabmixer aus dem Motorgehäuse zu nehmen, drehen Sie ihn im Uhr-
zeigersinn.
• Schliessen Sie die Abdeckung.
Einsetzen und Herausnehmen der Rühr-/Knetelemente
• Zum Einsetzen der Schwingbesen und Knethaken stecken Sie sie in die dafür
vorgesehenen Öffnungen an der Unterseite des Gerätes.
• Zum Herausnehmen drücken Sie auf die Auswurftaste (3). Achten Sie darauf,
dass beim Gebrauch der Rühr-/Knetelemente die Abdeckung zum Stabmixer-
Anschluss geschlossen ist.
FUNKTIONSWEISE
BEVOR SIE DAS GERÄT ZUM ERSTEN MAL BENUTZEN, REINIGEN SIE DEN STABMIXER
UND DIE RÜHRELEMENTE IN SEIFENWASSER UND TROCKNEN SIE DIE TEILE VOR
DEM ERNEUTEN EINSETZEN GUT AB (SIEHE ABSCHNITT "REINIGUNG").
• Bevor Sie das Gerät einschalten, halten Sie den Stabmixer vertikal in die Zu-
taten. Auf diese Weise vermeiden Sie, dass die Zutaten herausspritzen oder
überlaufen.
• Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose.
• Nehmen Sie den Stabmixer in Betrieb und wählen Sie die geeignete Geschwin-
digkeit, indem Sie den Geschwindigkeitsregler schieben. Je nach Konsistenz der
Mischung ist es eventuell notwendig, die Geschwindigkeit zu variieren.
• Um die höchste Geschwindigkeit benutzen zu können, drehen Sie den Geschwin-
digkeitsregler ganz nach oben (Motor läuft nicht) und drücken Sie zusätzlich die
Impuls-Turbotaste.
• Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie mit einer höheren Geschwindigkeit auch automatisch
die Leistung erhöhen. Wenn die Mischung schwerer wird, erhöhen Sie die
Leistung, indem Sie eine höhere Geschwindigkeit einschalten.
• Das Gerät sollte nicht länger als 5 Minuten durchgängig benutzt werden.

• Das Gerät kann beliebig in einer Schüssel, einem Krug oder Kasserole oder sogar
mit nur einem Rühr-/Knetelement in einem Becher benutzt werden. Halten Sie
den Stabmixer aufrecht und bewegen Sie ihn beim Vermengen der Zutaten leicht
hin und her. Warten Sie nach dem Ausschalten, bevor Sie den Stabmixer bzw. die
Rührelemente aus der Mischung nehmen, bis diese zu drehen aufhören. In den
ArbeitspausenkönnenSiedasHandrührwerksenkrechtaufdieGummifüsse stellen.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Rühr-/Knetelemente den Boden der Schüssel nicht
berühren.
RATSCHLÄGE ZU DEN ZUTATEN
• Die Zutaten für Kuchenteig z.B. sollten möglichst Zimmertemperatur haben.
Daher ist es besser, Sie nehmen die Eier und die Butter ca. eine Stunde vorher
aus dem Kühlschrank.
• Wärmen Sie die Schüssel und die Rühr-/Knetelemente an, bevor Sie Fett und
Zucker schaumig schlagen. Geben Sie dafür heisses Wasser (nicht kochend)
in die Schüssel, und lassen Sie die Rührelemente für ein paar Minuten darin
stehen.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Schwingbesen und die Schüssel ganz sauber sind,
wenn Sie Eiweiss schlagen. Schon das geringste bisschen Fett oder Eigelb kann
dazu führen, dass das Eiweiss nicht steif sondern flockig wird.
• Achten Sie darauf, das Gerät nicht zu lange zu betätigen, wenn Sie trockene
Zutaten hinzufügen. Ist die Mischung gut vermengt, schalten Sie das Gerät ab.
REINIGUNG
• Unterbrechen Sie vor der Reinigung immer den Netzanschluss.
• Nehmen Sie den Stabmixer bzw. die Rühr-/Knetelemente heraus, reinigen Sie sie
unter fliessendem Wasser oder in Seifenwasser.
• Der Stabmixer und die Rühr-/Knetelemente dürfen nicht in der Spülmaschine
gereinigt werden.
• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keine Scheuer- oder Lösemittel.
• Das Motorgehäuse kann mit einem trockenen oder leicht angefeuchteten Tuch
gereinigt werden.

CE MODE D’EMPLOI ET CONSERVEZ-LE POUR LE CONSULTER ULTÉRIEUREMENT.
C’EST SEULEMENT DE CETTE FAÇON QUE VOUS POURREZ OBTENIR LES MEILLEURS
RÉSULTATS ET UNE SÉCURITÉ MAXIMALE D’UTILISATION.
• Après avoir enlevé l’emballage, vérifiez que l’appareil est en parfait état. En cas
de doute, adressez-vous au service après-vente indiqué.
• En cas d’incompatibilité entre la prise de courant et la fiche de l’appareil, faites
remplacerlapriseparuneautre qui convientenfaisantappelauserviceaprès-vente.
• Nous déconseillons l’utilisation d’adaptateurs, de prises multiples et/ou de
rallonges. Si ces éléments s’avéraient indispensables, utilisez seulement des
adaptateurs simples ou prises multiples et des rallonges qui respectent les
normes de sécurité en vigueur. Veillez à ne pas dépasser la limite de puissance
indiquée sur l’adaptateur et/ou sur la rallonge.
• Cet appareil est uniquement destiné à un usage ménager. Toute autre utilisation
est considérée inappropriée et dangereuse. Le fabricant ne sera pas responsable
des dommages qui peuvent survenir à la suite de l’utilisation inappropriée,
erronée ou peu adéquate ou encore à la suite de réparations effectuées par un

• L’usager ne doit pas procéder au remplacement du câble. Au cas où il serait

ment au service après-vente. N’utilisez pas l’appareil si le câble ou la fiche est
endommagé(e).
• Ne laissez pas le câble pendre sur le bord de la table ou le plan de travail, ne le
laissez pas non plus entrer en contact avec les surfaces chaudes.
• En cas de panne et/ou de mauvais fonctionnement de l’appareil, éteignez ce
dernier et n’essayez pas de le réparer. S’il requiert une réparation, adressez-vous
au service après-vente et demandez ä ce que des pièces de rechange d’origine
soient utilisées. Si les indications ci-dessus ne sont pas respectées, la sécurité de
l’appareil sera mise en danger.
• Avant d’utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois, vérifiez que la tension du réseau
domestique correspond à celle indiquée sur l’appareil.
L’UTILISATION DE TOUT APPAREIL ÉLECTRIQUE REQUIERT LE RESPECT DE QUEL—
QUES RÈGLES FONDAMENTALES.
En particulier:
• Pour éviter les décharges électriques, ne plongez pas l’appareil, ni le câble, ni la
fiche dans l’eau et ne le mettez pas non plus sous le robinet.
• Ne touchez ni ne tirez pas sur le câble d’alimentation à l’aide des mains ou des
pieds mouillés ou humides.
• Evitez de toucher les parties mobiles au cours du fonctionnement de l’appareil.
• Débranchez l’appareil lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas, avant de le monter ou de
le démonter et avant de procéder à son nettoyage. Pour débrancher la fiche, ne
tirez jamais sur le câble.

• Avant de brancher l’appareil, vérifiez que le bâton-mixeur est correctement intro-
duit dans l’appareil.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil ou ne placez aucune de ses parties sur des surfaces
chaudes ou près de celles-ci (plaques de cuisine à gaz ou électriques ou encore
fours).
MISE EN MARCHE
Montage et démontage du bâton-mixeur
• Veuillez pousser le recouvrement du batteur mélangeur (7) vers le haut.
• Placez le bâton-mixeur dans l’orifice et tournez-le dans le sens contraire aux
aiguilles d’une montre.
• Pour enlever le bâton-mixeur, tournez-le dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.
• Poussez le recouvrement vers le bas.
Insertion et éjection des fouets/pétrins
• Insérez les fouets et pétrins dans les orifices à la partie inférieure de l’appareil.
• Pour retirer les fouets/pétrins, poussez sur la touche d’éjection (3). Veuillez
contrôler que le recouvrement du raccord du bâton-mixeur est bien fermé
lorsque vous utilisez les fouets et pétrins.
FONCTIONNEMENT
AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION, NETTOYEZ LE BÂTON-MIXEUR ET LES FOUETS/
PÉTRINS À L’EAU SAVONNEUSE ET SÉCHEZ-LES BIEN AVANT DE LE REMONTER
(VOIR PARAGRAPHE "NETTOYAGE").
• Avant de mettre en marche, introduisez le bâton-mixeur et les fouets/pétrins
verticalement dans les ingrédients à préparer. De cette façon, vous éviterez que
les aliments éclaboussent ou débordent.
• Branchez l’appareil.
• Appuyez sur l’interrupteur. Agissez sur la commande de vitesse pour mettre
l’appareil en route et sélectionnez la vitesse de mélange qui convient. Vous
devrez parfois changer de vitesse en fonction de la consistance du mélange.
• Afin de pouvoir utiliser la vitesse la plus élevée, placez le réglage de vitesses
sur la position la plus haute (le moteur ne marche pas) et poussez la touche
d’impulsion turbo.
• N’oubliez pas qu’en augmentant la vitesse, vous augmentez automatiquement la
puissance – lorsque le mélange devient plus lourd, augmentez la puissance en
choisissant une plus grande vitesse.
• Il n’est pas recommandé de garder l’appareil en marche pendant plus de 5
minutes.
• L’appareil peut être utilisé dans n’importe quel bol, saladier ou casserole, ou
avec un seul fouet dans un gobelet. Tenez l’appareil verticalement et déplacez-le
doucement pour mélanger les ingrédients.

N’oubliez pas de couper l’appareil et d’attendre que les fouets/pétrins arrêtent
de tourner avant de les sortir de la préparation. Le batteur mélangeur peut être
posé sur les pieds entre les opérations.
• Veillez à ce que les fouets/pétrins ne touchent pas le fond du bol.
CONSEILS POUR LES INGRÉDIENTS
• Il est préférable d’utiliser pour les gâteaux p.ex. des ingrédients à température
ambiante, dans ce but, sortez les oeufs et le beurre du réfrigérateur une heure
avant au moins.
• Réchauffez le bol et les fouets avant de battre en crème beurre et sucre.
Remplissez le bol d’eau chaude (pas d’eau bouillante), mettez-y les fouets et
laissez-les tremper plusieurs minutes.
• Assurez-vous que le bol et les fouets sont parfaitement propres avant de battre
des blancs en neige. Les blancs ne pourront pas monter en neige correctement
s’il reste des traces de beurre ou de jaune d’œuf.
• Lors de l’addition d’ingrédients secs, faites attention de ne pas trop mélanger.
Lorsque la préparation est bien mélangée, arrêtez l’appareil.
NETTOYAGE
• Débranchez toujours l’appareil avant de procéder à son nettoyage.
• Démontez le bâton-mixeur, nettoyez-le sous le robinet ou à l’eau savonneuse et
séchez-le.
• Le bâton-mixeur et les fouets/pétrins ne doivent pas passer au lave-vaisselle.
• N’utilisez pas d’agents abrasifs ou de dissolvants pour le nettoyage.
• Vous pouvez nettoyer le corps moteur à l’aide d’un chiffon sec ou légèrement
humide.

MISURE DI SICUREZZA
PRIMA DI USARE QUEST’APPARECCHIO PER LA PRIMA VOLTA, LEGGERE ATTENTA-
MENTE LE ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO E CONSERVARLE PER POTERLE CONSULTARE IN
QUALSIASI MOMENTO. CIÒ GARANTISCE UN OTTIMO RISULTATO E UN UTILIZZO
OLTREMODO SICURO DEL PRODOTTO.
• Togliere il frullatore dall’imballaggio e controllare che sia completo e intatto.
• In caso di dubbio, non usare l’apparecchio ma rivolgersi a un centro di assistenza
clienti autorizzato. Se la spina dell’apparecchio non corrisponde alla presa di
corrente, farla sostituire da un tecnico qualificato.
• Non usare adattatori, spine multiple, e/o prolunghe. Se ciò è inevitabile, usare
solo adattatori, spine multiple o prolunghe conformi alle norme di sicurezza e non
sorpassare il limite di potenza consentito.
• Il frullatore è destinato unicamente all’uso domestico privato e per lo scopo
previsto dal produttore. Osservare sempre le presenti istruzioni per l’uso. Un uso
inappropriato del prodotto può essere pericoloso. Il fabbricante declina qualsiasi
responsabilità in caso di uso errato, scorretto, irresponsabile e/o da riparazioni
effettuate da personale non qualificato.
• Non usare mai un apparecchio elettrico con cavo o spina danneggiati o se
l’apparecchio stesso è danneggiato o non perfettamente funzionante. In tal
caso, farlo controllare, riparare o regolare da un servizio di assistenza clienti
autorizzato.
• Non far pendere il cavo dal tavolo o piano di lavoro ed evitare il contatto con
superfici calde.
• In caso di guasto e/o disturbo, disinserire il frullatore dalla rete di corrente senza
tentare di ripararlo. Rivolgersi ad un servizio di assistenza clienti autorizzato e
assicurarsi che vengano usati pezzi di ricambio originali.
• Prima di far funzionare il frullatore manuale per la prima volta, assicurarsi che
la tensione elettrica corrisponda ai dati tecnici riportati sulla targhetta dell’
apparecchio.
L’USO DI ELETTRODOMESTICI ESIGE L’OSSERVANZA DI DETERMINATE E BASILARI
MISURE DI SICUREZZA.
In particolare:
• Per evitare scosse elettriche, non immergere l’unità del motore nell’acqua né
tenerla sotto l’acqua corrente. Non toccare il cavo elettrico con le mani o i piedi
bagnati.
• Evitare qualsiasi contatto, durante il funzionamento, lama o frullini e ganci.
• Prima d’inserire o togliere il frullatore ad asta, disinserire l’apparecchio dalla rete
di corrente. Non estrarre la spina dalla presa di corrente tirandola per il cavo.
• Disinserire sempre l’elettrodomestico dalla presa di corrente quando non lo si
usa, prima di aggiungere o togliere componenti e prima di pulirlo.
• Prima di far funzionare l’apparecchio, assicurarsi che i frullini e i ganci siano
correttamente inseriti.

• Evitare di collocare o usare il frullatore vicino a superfici molto calde (fornelli o
piastre elettriche o a gas, ecc.).
MESSA IN FUNZIONE
Introdurre ed estrarre il frullino ad asta.
• Spingere verso l’alto il rivestimento del frullatore manuale.
• Inserire il frullino nell’apposita apertura e avvitarlo in senso antiorario.
• Per togliere il frullino, girarlo in senso d’orario.
• Chiudere il rivestimento.
Inserire e togliere i frullini e i ganci
• Inserire i frullini e i ganci nelle aperture sulla parte inferiore dell’apparecchio.
• Per toglierli premere il tasto d’espulsione. Controllare che il rivestimento del
raccordo sia ben chiuso quando utilizzate i frullini e i ganci.
FUNZIONAMENTO
PRIMA DI USARE IL FRULLATORE MANUALE PER LA PRIMA VOLTA, LAVARE CON
ACQUA E SAPONE I COMPONENTI, CIOÈ I FRULLINI E I GANCI. ASCIUGARLI, PRIMA
DI INSERIRLI NUOVAMENTE NEL FRULLATORE (VEDI CAPITOLO "PULIZIA").
• Frullare gli alimenti tenendo il frullino in posizione verticale per evitare spruzzi.
• Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente.
• Regolare la velocità desiderata. Cambiare la velocità secondo la consistenza degli
alimenti da frullare.
• Per far girare al massimo il motore, regolare su massima velocità (il motore è
spento) e premere simultaneamente il tasto d’impulsi turbo.
• Aumentando la velocità si aumenta la potenza. Più l’impasto diventa consistente,
aumentare la potenza del motore, selezionando su una velocità più elevata.
• Evitare l’uso continuato del frullatore per oltre 5 minuti.
• L’apparecchio può essere usato con uno o due frullini con qualsiasi recipiente,
tegame o caraffa. Tenere il mixer in posizione verticale e muoverlo delicatamente
all’interno nel recipiente. Prima di estrarre il frullatore dall’impasto, spegnere
l’interruttore e attendere che sia completamente fermo. Durante le interruzioni
di lavoro, posare il frullatore sui piedini d’appoggio.
• Attenzione: I frullini e ganci non devono toccare il fondo del recipiente.

CONSIGLI PER FRULLARE GLI ALIMENTI
• E’ preferibile che gli ingredienti per i dolci siano a temperatura ambiente. Quindi
togliere burro e uova dal frigorifero un’ora prima.
• Per lavorare a crema burro e zucchero, è consigliabile riscaldare il recipiente e le
fruste. Versare acqua calda, ma non bollente, nel recipiente, inserire le fruste e
lasciare in immersione per alcuni minuti.
• Prima di montare a neve gli albumi delle uova, assicurarsi che il recipiente e le
fruste siano perfettamente puliti. Un residuo anche minimo di grasso o di tuorlo
rende difficile montare bene a neve gli albumi delle uova.
• Non eccedere nei tempi di lavorazione degli ingredienti. Una volta che l’impasto
è ben amalgamato, spegnere l’interruttore del frullatore.
PULIZIA
• Prima della pulizia, staccare sempre il frullatore dalla rete di corrente.
• Togliere il frullino ad asta e lavarlo sotto l’acqua corrente o in acqua e sapone.
Non lavarlo nella lavastoviglie.
• Per la pulizia non usare solventi né prodotti abrasivi.
• Assicurarsi che l’asta del frullino sia completamente asciutta prima di usarla di
nuovo.
PULIRE L’UNITÀ DEL MOTORE CON UN PANNO ASCIUTTO O LEGGERMENTE UMIDO.
NON IMMERGERE MAI IL FRULLATORE NELL’ACQUA O SPRUZZARLO CON L’ACQUA
CORRENTE!

RECOMENDACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
ANTES DE UTILIZAR ESTE APARATO POR VEZ PRIMERA, LEA ATENTAMENTE ESTE
MODO DE EMPLEO Y CONSÉRVELO PARA POSTERIORES CONSULTAS. DE ESTA
FORMA PODRÁ OBTENER UNOS ÓPTIMOS RESULTADOS Y UNA MÁXIMA SEGURIDAD
DE UTILIZACIÓN.
• Tras haberlo sacado del embalaje, comprobar que el aparato está en perfectas
condiciones. En caso de duda, no utilizar el aparato y dirigirse a un servicio
técnico autorizado.
• En caso de incompatibilidad entre el enchufe y la clavija del aparato, dirigirse a
un servicio técnico autorizado para sustituir la clavija por otra adecuada.
• Se desaconseja la utilización de adaptadores, regletas múltiples y/o alargos.
Si ello resultara indispensable, utilizar únicamente adaptadores simples o
regletas múltiples y alargos que cumplan las normas de seguridad vigentes. No
sobrepasar el límite de potencia indicado en el adaptador y/o en el alargo.
• Este aparato está destinado exclusivamente a uso doméstico. Solo se debe
utilizar para los usos previstos. Tener en cuenta las observaciones de este modo
de empleo. Cualquier otro uso se considera inadecuado y peligroso. El fabricante
no se hará responsable de eventuales daños por uso erróneo, inadecuado o poco
apropiado y/o reparaciones efectuadas por personal no cualificado.
• No utilizar nunca un aparato eléctrico, si el cable o la clavija están dañados, si
el aparato no funciona correctamente o si presenta algún daño. Dirigirse a un
servicio técnico autorizado para su revisión o reparación.
• No dejar el cable colgando del borde de la mesa o de la superficie de trabajo y
comprobar que no está en contacto con superficies calientes.
• En caso de avería y/o de mal funcionamiento del aparato, desconectar el aparato
y no tratar de repararlo uno mismo. Dirigirse a un servicio técnico autorizado y
asegurarse de que las piezas de recambio utilizadas son originales.
• Antes de utilizar el aparato por vez primera, comprobar que la tensión de la red
corresponde a la indicada en la placa de identificación del aparato.
AL UTILIZAR UN APARATO ELÉCTRICO, SE DEBEN OBSERVAR SIEMPRE DETERMI-
NADAS MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD FUNDAMENTALES.
En particular:
• Para evitar las descargas eléctricas, no sumergir la carcasa del motor en el agua
o ponerla bajo el chorro del grifo.
• No tocar el cable de alimentación con las manos o los pies mojados o húmedos.
• No tocar las cuchillas ni las varillas cuando el aparato está funcionando.
• Desconectar el aparato cuando no se utilice, antes de montar o de desmontar
el brazo triturador o las varillas amasadoras/batidoras y antes de proceder a su
limpieza. Desenchufar la clavija sin tirar del cable.
• Antes de conectar el aparato, comprobar que el brazo triturador o las varillas
amasadoras/batidoras están correctamente encajados en el aparato.
• No utilizar ni colocar ninguna pieza del aparato encima ni cerca de superficies
calientes (placas de cocina de gas o eléctricas, hornos, etc.)

PUESTA EN MARCHA
Montar y desmontar el brazo triturador
• Empujar hacia arriba la tapa de la batidora.
• Colocar el brazo triturador en el orificio y girarlo en sentido contrario al de las
agujas de un reloj.
• Para sacar el brazo triturador, girarlo en el sentido de las agujas de un reloj.
• Empujar la tapa hacia abajo.
Introducir y extraer las varillas batidoras/amasadoras
• Introducir las varillas batidoras y amasadoras en los orificios situados en la parte
inferior del aparato.
• Para retirar las varillas batidoras y amasadoras, apretar el botón de expulsión.
Comprobar que la tapa de la boquilla de acoplamiento del brazo triturador está
bien cerrada, cuando se utilicen las varillas batidoras/amasadoras.
FUNCIONAMIENTO
ANTES DE LA PRIMERA UTILIZACIÓN, LIMPIAR EL BRAZO TRITURADOR Y LAS
VARILLAS BATIDORAS Y AMASADORAS CON AGUA JABONOSA, Y SECAR BIEN LAS
PIEZAS ANTES DE VOLVERLAS A MONTAR (VER APARTADO "LIMPIEZA").
• Antes de poner en marcha el aparato, introducir el brazo triturador en posición
vertical dentro de los ingredientes. De este modo, se evita que los alimentos
rebosen o se derramen.
• Enchufar el aparato.
• Poner en marcha el aparato y accionar el selector de velocidad para seleccionar
la velocidad de mezclado adecuada. A veces hay que modificar la velocidad en
función de la consistencia de la mezcla.
• Para poder utilizar la velocidad máxima, ajustar el selector de velocidad en la
posición más alta (el motor no funciona) y accionar el pulsador de impulsión
Turbo.
• Tener en cuenta que, al aumentar la velocidad, también aumenta automáticamente
la potencia. Cuando la mezcla adquiere más densidad, seleccionar una velocidad
mayor para aumentar la potencia.
• No es recomendable mantener el aparato en marcha durante más de 5 minutos
seguidos.
• El aparato se puede utilizar en cualquier bol, jarra o cazuela, o con una única
varilla batidora/amasadora en un vaso. Sujetar el aparato en posición vertical
y moverlo suavemente para mezclar los ingredientes. Después de apagar el
aparato, esperar a que las varillas batidoras/amasadoras o el brazo triturador
dejen de girar antes de sacarlos de la preparación. Se puede dejar la batidora
sobre sus pies entre cada operación.
• Vigilar que las varillas batidoras/amasadoras no toquen el fondo del bol.
