Congratulations
Thank you for purchasing our cooling and carbonating system for water from the
mains.
It provides you with industrial sector technologies for the treatment of drinkable
water. Please carefully read and keep this manual for installation, correct use and
efficient maintenance. As a consequence, your cooler will last longer, always
meeting your expectations.
Safety
Essential warnings
Warning: Make sure the cooler is connected to a grounded socket and to a
ground fault circuit interrupter
Warning: Electrical system grounding must meet current laws. Electrical and
hydraulic connections must be carried out by qualified technicians only,
according to the instructions
Warning: Keep all packaging (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene) away
from the reach of children
Warning: The system must not be used by people (including children) with
reduced physical, sensorial or mental capabilities or by people without the
necessary experience and know-how, who have not received supervision or
instructions on system use by their safety manager
Warning: Do not let children play with the cooler
Warning: Do not shake the cooler. Do not leave containers of liquids or
flammable or corrosive materials on the system
Warning: Make sure the system is turned off when operations not included in
this manual are required
Instructions
Only use original or manufacturer-recommended spare parts and
accessories.
Read the instructions carefully before using the cooler.

Operating modes
The cooler is designed and manufactured to dispense water. Any other use is
considered improper. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by
improper use of the cooler.
Electrical safety
Warning: Electrical system grounding must meet current laws. Electrical
connections must be carried out by qualified technicians only, according to
the instructions.
Warning: This is an electrically powered system. Therefore, it is important to
follow the safety regulations below:
Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
Make sure the plug is easily accessible to be able to unplug the
cooler if necessary.
In the event of system malfunctions, do not attempt to repair it. Turn
it off using the main switch, unplug the plug and contact Customer
service. Make sure the power voltage matches the value indicated in
the identification plate on the back of the system. Connect the
system to a correctly installed socket with efficient grounding. If the
socket does not match the system plug, have qualified personnel
replace the socket with the appropriate type. Do not use power strips
or extensions.
During installation and use
Warning Pay the utmost care during system handling in order not to damage
the cooling circuit components and to avoid gas leaks
Warning Avoid prolonged system exposure to direct sunlight
Warning Do not bend tubes excessively during system installation
After unpacking the cooler, make sure the product is complete and not damaged and
that all components are included.
Do not use the system if visibly damaged. Contact Customer service.

Only qualified personnel should install the system according to current laws
in the country of installation.
Keep all packaging (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene etc.) away from the
reach of children.
Do not expose the cooler to direct sunlight and, to maintain performance,
we recommend you do not install the system in environments where the
temperature can exceed 32°C.
Surface treatment
Warning Before any cleaning procedure, switch off the cooler and disconnect
it from the main socket
Warning Do not use solvents or abrasive detergents.
A damp soft cloth will suffice
Cooler description
JUMBO 13 is a remote cooler that refrigerates and carbonates water from the mains.
It is possible to connect to the cooler an insulated “python” tube ( 2 ways: made of
two tubes, one in which refrigerated water flows and one in which carbonated water
flows, combined with 2 cooling water recirculation tubes) to supply a tower or a water
dispensing system.

Identification plate
The identification plate is on the side of the cooler.
Warning Always request original spare parts
When calling Customer service, indicate the required information and references that
are printed on the identification plate on the side of the cooler.
Electric appliances are not to be disposed of as normal household waste.
Appliances with this symbol are covered by European Directive 2002/96/EC.
All electric and electronic appliances must be disposed of separately from
household waste and taken to authorized centers dedicated to the collection
of special materials
Package content
After unpacking the cooler, make sure the product is complete and not damaged and
that all components are included.
Pay the utmost care when handling the system to avoid collisions or falls that could
damage the cooling circuit. The package contains the following material:

Installation
Warning Professional installation is required. Data on the power supply and
water mains connections must meet the values indicated in the Technical
Specifications table

Cooler positioning
Warning Incorrect positioning could restrict system performance
Warning Safety devices must be adequately secured so as not to permit
removal without adequate tools
Warning Position the cooler away from heat sources
Check minimum requirements
Check the minimum requirements necessary for a correct installation.
Leave at least 100 mm free around and above the system as described in the
present manual in order to avoid overheating.

Warning Before inserting the plug, make sure that the voltage and frequency
match those indicated on the identification plate and in the technical
specifications table
Warning Make sure the main switch is off
Warning Make sure the power cord does not represent an obstacle or a
danger to the passage of people
Warning Make sure the power cord is not crushed or bent
Warning Make sure the power cord does not come into contact with any type
of liquid, sharp or hot objects or corrosive substances
Warning Do not wind the power cord
Warning Connect the cooler to the socket using the supplied power cord
Connection to water mains
Warning It is necessary to place a tap between the water mains and the
water inlet tube. Connect the cooler to drinkable cold water from the mains
only
Warning It is necessary to place a non-return valve between the water inlet
tap and the first installed component
Warning All water mains connections must be carried out by a qualified
plumber
It is advisable to install a pressure reducer between the water mains tap
(after the water block, if installed, and before the filtration kit, if installed) and
the cooler.
Connect the water inlet tube inserting it into the dedicated water inlet fitting of the
cooler, then connect the tube to the water mains socket.
