Function: Keeps the SoloProtect Watch baery fully charged.
How to use: Charge SoloProtect Watch by aligning the 4-pin, magnec socket on the
back of the device.
Once on charge, the baery icon will flash intermiently – and will show as solid green
when fully charged.
The maximum baery life is 24 - 48 hours depending on usage.
• Minimum three to four hours charging required to reach full charge.

Function: Turns the SoloProtect Watch On or Off.
How to use:
On: Press the highlighted Power buon for a minimum of three seconds. The device will
power on, display the SoloProtect logo, elicit a tone and a single vibraon.
Once on, SoloProtect Watch will display the date, me and Status Bar.
Off: Press the highlighted Power buon for a minimum of three seconds.
The device will emit a single vibraon, display the SoloProtect logo and elicit a tone, before
turning off.

Function: Check that your device is fully funconal before working alone.
How to use: To perform, swipe through the menu to the ‘Device Check’
icon: Press the icon, the icon colours displayed will reverse and you will
feel one short vibraon. Once complete, the icon reverts to its original state.
Then, review status bar to check Baery life, Mobile signal strength
and Geolocaon signal.
Baery life – indicated by colour of baery cell icon
Green = high, Amber = medium, Red = Low.
Mobile signal – indicated by the colour of vercal bars displayed
Green = strong signal, Amber = medium, Red = Low, Grey = no signal.
Geolocaon – if Geolocaon symbol is visible, a locaon fix has been successful. If no logo is
visible, there is not a confirmed locaon on SoloProtect Watch.
• Please note, SoloProtect Watch enters Stand By mode aer a period of inacvity (but
remains on).

4Amber Alert
Quick Start Guide
Function: Use ‘Amber Alert’ to pre-record details of your locaon.
How to use: To perform, swipe through the menu to the ‘Amber Alert’ icon:
Press the icon, the icon will change from white to amber and you will feel one short
vibraon. (Don’t speak yet).
When connected, you’ll feel another short vibraon – you now have 20 seconds to record
your message.
Once complete you’ll feel another short vibraon to confirm the ‘Amber Alert’ has finished.

Function: Use ‘Red Alert’ any me you feel your personal safety is being compromised.
How to use: To perform, press and hold the highlighted SOS Buon for a minimum of 3
seconds: You will feel one short vibraon, and the screen will go blank.
Once connected, you’ll feel another short vibraon. Short vibraons will connue
periodically throughout the ‘Red Alert’ to give you feedback that someone is listening.
You can also open by swiping through the menu to the ‘Red Alert’ icon. Press the icon, the
device will omit a single vibraon and the screen will be hidden to maintain the discreet
nature. The vibraons will connue periodically throughout the ‘Red Alert’.
(This is a less discreet form of operaon).

6Geolocation (via GPS)

Function: In conjuncon with ‘Device Check’, use to update your locaon.
How to use: To perform, swipe through the menu to the ‘Device Check’ icon:
Press the icon, the icon colours displayed will reverse and you will feel one short vibraon.
Once complete, the icon reverts to its original state.
Geolocaon – if the Geolocaon symbol is visible, a locaon fix has been successful.
If no symbol is visible, there is not a confirmed locaon on SoloProtect Watch.

Essential Care and Maintenance
• Aer a period of inacvity, SoloProtect Watch enters stand-by mode (the Watch is sll turned on when in stand-by mode).
• Regularly use the ‘Device Check’ funcon.
• Please charge your SoloProtect Watch every 24 hours if possible.
• Please do not remove the label on the back of your SoloProtect Watch.
• SoloProtect Watch is also equipped with a Pedometer and Heart Rate Monitor, accessed by swiping through the menu.
