Sonance Mariner 51 User manual

THERE’S A NEW REASON IT’S CALLED THE GREAT OUTDOORS.
WE’VE GONE TO GREAT WAVE-
LENGTHS TO
DELIVER PRISTINE SOUND.
To the true audio aficionado, everything goes with
music. Dining. Entertaining. Working. Relaxing.
And now, even the great outdoors goes with it
perfectly. Introducing the all-new Mariner®Series
outdoor speakers from Sonance. Acoustical
brilliance designed to hold up under all conditions.
Yours and Mother Natureʼs.
THE SONANCE
MARINER SERIES.
HIGH-FIDELITY.
LOW MAINTENANCE.
One doesnʼt often characterize a sonata as rugged. An
aria as sleek. Or a ballad as versatile. But coming from
the masterful acoustics of a Mariner speaker, thatʼs
exactly what comes to mind. Because Mariner outdoor
speakers artfully blend true audio fidelity with their
surroundings. Protecting deep bass notes and crisp
treble from the harshest of elements is a tough,
paintable, sealed polypropylene enclosure and
perforated aluminum grille. So whether you place
any of the eight contoured models in corners, on
enclosures, you can expect pristine stereo sound
unaffected by the elements and unfettered by the
need for regular maintenance. A good rain or a quick
hosing-down is all that is needed.
Granite Sandstone
INSTALLATION THAT’S
MUSIC TO YOUR EARS.
Utter simplicity finally comes to outdoor speaker
installation. Mariner speakers feature the exclusive
Fastmount®bracket system, enabling you to just push
and lock each speaker into place—no threaded
knobs or extra hardware necessary. Once mounted,
Fastmount makes it possible to pivot speakers a full
180 degrees. Click-stops make movement precise
and repeatable.
NEITHER RAIN, NOR HAIL…
Another Sonance innovation, Protected Access
Connection Terminal (PACT), helps keep connections
dry and safe from harsh weather conditions while
simplifying installation.
A wire entry grommet helps protect
connections from the weather and acts like
an extra hand, holding the speaker wire
in place during installation and mounting.
A protective channel safeguards wires all
the way to the front panel speaker terminals.
After connection, a snug-fitting cover further
protects against moisture and the elements.
THE PERFECT COVER.
All you hear is music when you camouflage
the Mariner Series with the SoundHenge®Redux
collection. These outdoor rock speaker enclosures
are designed to blend into any environment. They
come in a choice of finishes and fit all Mariner
60 and 50-series speakers.
