Symphony Extreme
INTRODUCING THE FIRST TRUE WEATHERPROOF IN-WALL & IN-CEILING SPEAKERS -
Symphony Extreme speakers from Sonance are designed to fit into every aspect of your
leisure lifestyle while providing you superior audio performance. Symphony Extreme speakers
are made to withstand high humidity and are built to survive temperature extremes - from -30
degrees up to 220 degrees - while maintaining superior sound quality. Symphony Extreme
speakers are also shock-resistant and can withstand the pelting of the high seas and salt air,
making them excellent choices for marine applications.
Use them in the sauna, in the ceiling of your shower, install them on your yacht or anywhere
outdoors. Choose from three different styles depending upon your application – the XTR and
XSSTR are round speakers designed for in-ceiling installations, and the XT made for in-wall
installations.
All Symphony Extreme speakers owe their weather resistance to a very innovative design. All
exposed plastic parts are made of durable, high temperature plastic, which has a substantially
higher melting point. Finished with grilles made of stainless steel to weather the elements of
time, a baffle O-ring and a frame neoprene gasket that makes them watertight and enhances
the moisture barrier.
Perfect for indoor and outdoor areas where stereo performance is desired from one speaker,
the new Symphony Extreme XSSTR in-ceiling speaker combines the proprietary Single Stereo
Technology with an innovative weatherproof design that enables superior stereo sound
quality from one speaker in a variety of environments.
From the Death Valley dry heat of a sauna to the Amazon rainforest humidity of a shower
stall, Symphony Extreme knows no placement boundaries and they deliver the same Sonance
Symphony sound quality that you’ve come to love.
