Features
Flip-down Face with Front USB Input
The easy-to-read 2-line LCD display shows clock, station ID and track data when playing back your
digital MP3/WMA/AAC les1 from the internal USB input. Front aux input lets you connect almost any
portable audio device to your car’s sound system.
Integrated Tune Tray
The Tune Tray compartment lets you easily connect, control and charge your iPod®2, Walkman® player
or other compatible music devices via the USB5 1-Wire input. Your player is secured inside, eliminating
unsightly and distracting wires.
MP3/WMA/AAC playback1
Multi-format playback lets you play your MP3, WMA, or AAC songs1. Hear digital music les in their
original vibrancy with DM+ (Digital Music Plus), a Sony® codec enhancer that reproduces detailed
frequencies from compressed audio les.
Intuitive Search Features
Use Quick-BrowZer® feature to nd music by artist, album, genre, song or playlist. Jump Mode allows
you to fast forward through a category in 10% increments while the ZAPPIN™ feature can play a 6, 9, or
30 second intro clip to help you nd a specic song.
Satellite Radio3/HD Radio™ Ready4
The DSX-MS60 integrates seamlessly with Satellite Radio3 and HD Radio4 using Sony® Bus adaptors so
you can receive digital satellite radio or HD Radio broadcasts.
Anti-corrosion coated circuit board
Sony Marine receivers use conformal coated circuit boards and are safeguarded by HAYA high humidity
resistant vinyl resin.
Ultraviolet (UV) resistant nishes
Sony Marine receivers are specically designed to withstand the ASTM G154 test for UV resistance. This
means the faceplate is treated to resist fading and discoloring after prolonged exposure to UV light.

When you’re ready to expand your sound system, the DSX-MS60 oers selectable rear or subwoofer
pre-amp RCA outputs for external ampliers. Set the built in electronic HPF/LPF crossovers to improve
sound quality and reduce system distortion.
Radio Data System (RDS)
Radio Data System (RDS) feature displays radio broadcast information such as artist and track
information when listening to compatible AM/FM stations.
