1-Wire, or listen to your MP3, WMA, or AAC1 song les on CD. Quick-
BrowZer®, Jump Mode, Zappin™, and Passenger Control make is easy to
access your entire music collection on the customizable red, blue, or green
LCD.
USB 1-Wire for iPod®2 and other USB devices
USB 1-Wire lets you directly connect, charge, and control your digital music player via the USB
jack in the rear of the unit, as well as view metadata like song title and artist on the front display.
Double DIN chassis with 13-segment uorescent display
Double DIN chassis with 13-segment uorescent display: The CDX-GT77UI features an easy-to-
read, 13-segment LCD on a double DIN chassis with bright blue uorescent backlight. Easily scroll
through artist, album, and track information or explore your song les and folders.
Quick-BrowZer® with Jump Mode and Zappin™
Quick-BrowZer® lets you search and select songs by category, including artist, album, genre, or
playlist.
Jump Mode gets you closer to the song you want by allowing you to fast forward through a
music category in 10 percent increments.
With Zappin™, you can play music in six-, nine-, or 30-second clips until you nd the song you're
looking for.
Passenger Control
Passenger Control lets your co-pilot control the music playing from your iPod® via a connected
wire, and as they scan through your music, artist and album information is conveniently shown on
the receiver display.
MP3/WMA/AAC playback1 with DM+
Hear the music on your recorded CDs and MP3 les1 in their original vibrancy with DM+ (Digital
Music Plus), an original Sony® codec enhancer that reproduces detailed and high-frequency
sound from compressed audio.
Satellite radio3 / HD Radio®4 ready
The WX-GT77UI integrates seamlessly with satellite radio Sony® Bus adaptors so you can receive
digital satellite radio broadcasts3. HD Radio® ready so you can receive digital audio broadcasts
when used with an optional HD Radio tuner4.
Front, rear, and subwoofer preouts with LPF/HPF
A built-in LPF (Low Pass Filter) and HPF (High Pass Filter) work to deliver overall better sound, and
the LPF features a phase shi function that reduces low-end reverberation.
EQ3 Stage 2 and 52W x 4 high power
The CDX-GT77UI delivers 52 watts of peak power to all four speakers for bass-pumping sound.
Front auxiliary input
The front auxiliary input lets you connect almost any portable audio device to your car's sound
system.
Selectable blue or green key illumination
Complement your dashboard light scheme by selecting from blue or green illuminated keys.
Supplied wireless card remote (RM-X151)
The included Wireless Card Remote lets you control the basic functions of your Sony Xplod®
