概要
本機は、BVP-550シリーズのカメラコントロールユニットCCU-550に
装着して使用するDC電源ユニットで す 。
取り扱い操作・設置・接続に関する情報
について
本機を装着後の操作方法および設置・接続については、CCU-
550に付属のオペレーションマニュアルおよび別売りのシステムマ
ニュアルをお読みください。
取り付けかた
1CCU-550の天板パネルを外す。
1右側面のネジ4本を外します。
2左側面のネジ3本を外します。
3天板パネルを持ち上げます。

2AC電源ユニットを外す。
1天面のネジ2 本を外します。
2本機を裏返して底面のネジ2 本を外します。
3本機を元に戻し、AC電源ユニットのフロントパ ネ ル 側を
持って斜めに引き出します 。
AU-236基板にささって いる Aコネクター(黄色)を外して
から、後 部 の Bコネクター(5ピン)を外します。
4AC電源ユニットを横にして、後部のCコネクター(40ピ
ン)を外します。
3DC電源ユニット(本機)を取り付ける。
AC電源ユニットを外す手順の逆を行います。後面側の40ピ
ンコネクターと 5ピンコネクターを接 続し、次に 前面側の黄色
いケーブルを接続し、後面側からCCU-550に押し入れます。
ご注意
本機をCCU-550に押し入れるとき、黄色いケーブルは引き出
しぎ みにしておいてください。奥に押し込んでしまうとはさみ
込み、断線し、ショートす ることが ありま す 。
4天面と底面各2本のネジで固定し、天面パネルを取り付ける。

Installation
1Remove the top panel of the CCU-550/550P.
1Remove the four screws on the right side
panel.
2Remove the three screws on the left side panel.
3Lift off the top panel.
For the purchasers of the CCU-550P
Use the supplied hexagon wrenches to remove the
screws of CCU-550P.

To technician installing the unit
Before installing this unit, please refer not only to the
manual for the unit but also to the Operation Manual
supplied with the CCU-550/550P.
Introduction
This product is a DC Power Unit designed to be
installed in the CCU-550/550P Camera Control Unit.
Instructions about operation,
installation, and connection
For instruction about operation, installation, and
connections of the camera control unit after installing
this unit, refer to the Operation Manual supplied with
the CCU-550/550P Camera Control Unit and the
System Manual (optional).
3Attach the DC Power Unit.
Do the procedure in 3and 4in Step 2 above in
reverse; i.e., connect the 40-pin and 5-pin
connectors at the rear end, connect the yellow
cable, and then attach the DC Power Unit to the
CCU-550/550P starting with the rear end.
Note
When attaching the DC Power Unit, make sure that
the yellow cable is not caught between the CCU-550/
550P and the DC Power Unit. Damage to the yellow
cable may cause a short-circuit within the unit.
4Fasten the four screws removed in Step 2 and
replace the top panel of the CCU-550/550P.

Note
Select the DC power cable that satisfies the power
rating of 10 amperes.

2Remove the AC power unit.
1Remove the two screws on the top of the AC
power unit.
2Turn the CCU-550/550P upside down, and
remove the two screws on the bottom of the
AC power unit.
For the purchasers of the CCU-550P
Keep the screws and spring washers for use in
reattaching the AC Power Unit at a later time.
3Turn the CCU-550/550P back and pull the AC
power unit out starting with the front end
behind the front panel.
Disconnect the yellow connector (A) from the
internal AU-236 board and disconnect the 5-
pin connector (B) at the rear end.
4Lay the AC power unit on its side and
disconnect the 40-pin connector (C).
