Together with Sony’s Virtual Light system, the VPL-ES1 employs a 0.62” LCD panel
coupled with a 185 Watt UHP lamp, delivering outstanding light output for brighter,
sharper images with great reliability.
Ultra Compact, carry-on portability
Weighing just 2.8kg, the VPL-ES1 is easy to hold in one hand and small enough to fit
into a carry bag.
Frequently used buttons are on top of the unit for easy access, and an infra-red
Remote Commander makes for reliable, convenient remote control.
Intelligent Auto Setup
Turn on the power and the projector automatically activates five key functions to get
you underway:
• Powered Lens Protector – opens automatically, nothing to lose.
• Powered Tilt Adjuster – sets the image height to the previous adjustment stored
in memory.
• Auto Keystone Correction – automatically compensates for keystone distortion
ensuring a square image.
• Auto Input Search – automatically selects the input signal.
• Smart APA (Auto Pixel Alignment) – automatically adjusts and sizes the image from
a computer signal for maximum clarity, correct size and centre.
Password Security for theft deterrance
When activated, this function prevents the projector from displaying an image unless
the correct user password is first entered. A valuable theft deterrent.
Wide Angle Zoom Lens
The short throw zoom lens allows you to project large images over short distances.
Even in small meeting rooms you can be sure of making an impact.
4 X Digital Zoom
Allows you to magnify an area of your computer’s image, to show more detail or
highlight a particular point.
Image Freeze Function
Lets you freeze the projected image, making computer changes and presentations on
the fly seamlessly smooth.
