概要
本キットはHDW-700にTele-Fileシステムを取り付けるための必要
部品を集めたキットで す。
Tele-Fileシステムを動作させるには、この他にテクニカルメモ
HDVM00-328によるソフトウェアのバージョンアップが必要です。

以下の項目1〜4の手順に従い、本キットの部品をHDW-700本体
に取り付けます。
1. DC-DCコンバーターASSY／カセットコン
パートメントASSY／インサイドパネルを取
り外す
1ネジ5本を充分にゆるめ、アウトサイドパネルを取り外す。
◆詳しくは、メンテナンスマニュアルPart12-3項をご覧ください。
2DC-DCコンバーターASSYを取り外す。（ネジ無し）
3ネジ3 本を取り外し、カセットコンパートメントASSYを取り外す。
◆詳しくは、メンテナンスマニュアルPart12-5項をご覧ください。
4ネジ4本を充分にゆるめ、インサイドパネルを取り外す。
◆詳しくは、メンテナンスマニュアルPart12-3項をご覧ください。
2. アンテナシートの取り付け
取り外したカセットコンパートメントASSYへ、以下の手順でアンテナ
シートを取り付けます。
1アンテナシート(B)および(C)のシールをはがし、カセットコン
パートメントASSYのステージASSY上に、下図の位置に貼り付
ける。
既に、アンテナシート(B)および(C)が貼り付けられている場合
は、交換する必要はありません。

2アンテナシート(A)2枚の穴とFL-260フレキシブル配線板の穴
が重なるように合わせる。
3FL-260フレキシブル配線板を上図のように引き回す。
4アンテナシート(A)2枚の穴とFL-260フレキシブル配線板の穴
が、ステージASSYの中央の穴と重なるように合わせ、ナイロッ
クネジ(＋P1.4×1.6)2本で固定する。
5ストッパー板を固定しているネジ(＋P1.4×2.5)2本を取り外し、
ストッパー板を取り外す。
6取り外したネジ(＋P1.4×2.5)2本で、キットのストッパー板をカ
セットコンパートメントASSYに取り付ける。
7カセットコンパートメントASSYを元の位置に取り付ける。

3. SY-247基板の交換
インサイドパネルを取り外し、以下の手順でSY-247基板を交換します。
1CN-1457基板を取り外し、取り付けられているSY-247基板
(suffix=A)をキットのSY-247基板(suffix=B)と交換する。
◆詳しくは、メンテナンスマニュアルPart12-4項をご覧ください。
2CN-1457基板を元の位置に取り付ける。
3インサイドパネルを元の位置に取り付ける。
4. DC-DCコンバーターASSYの交換
以下の手順でDC-DCコンバーターASSYを交換します。
1小物ハーネス(CCM)を、キットのRE-140基板のコネクター
CN4とCCM-33B基板のコネクターCN2に接続する。
2FL-260フレキシブル配線板を、DC-DCコンバーターASSYの
シールドケースとシールド板の間に通す。
3DC-DCコンバーターASSYを取り付ける。

4FL-260フレキシブル配線板をCCM-33B基板のコネクター
CN1に接続する。
5メモリーラベルMLB-1M-100が貼り付けられたカセットを挿入
し、下図の矢印方向に、カチッと音がするまで移動する。
6次ページの「CCM-33B基板の調整方法」に従い、CCM-33B
基板を調整する。

7FL-260フレキシブル配線板を、CCM-33B基板のコネクター
CN1 から引き抜く。
8DC-DCコンバーターASSYを取り外す。
9パネル支柱(B)2本を、ネジ（＋PSW2.6×6）2本でRE-140基
板に固定する。
10 CCM-33B基板を、ネジ（＋PSW2.6×6）2本でパネル支柱
(B)2本に固定する。
11 FL-260フレキシブル配線板を、DC-DCコンバーターASSYの
シールドケースとシールド板の間に通す。（手順2のイラスト参照）
12 DC-DCコンバーターASSYを取り付け、L-260フレキシブル配
線板をCCM-33B基板のコネクターCN1に接続する。

CCM-33B基板の調整
CCM-33B基板の調整は以下の手順で行います。
1オシロスコープを以下のように設定する。

2オシロスコープのCH1とCH2のGNDを、アウトサイドパネル
を取り付けるシャーシ板金に接続する。
ご注意
プローブのGNDをCCM-33B基板に接触させないでくださ
い。CCM-33B基板が壊れる恐れがあります。
3CH1をTP1に、CH2をTP2に接続する。
4 SY-247基板のCN1とパソコン
1)
をRS-232インターフェース治具
2)
で接続する。
1) IBMPC/ATパソコン、またはNECPC9800シリーズパソコン

5本体の電源を入れる。
6パソコンからメモリーラベルリーダー／ライター調整用の下記の
コマンドを入力する。
SY247:>TLCHECK[Enter]
7調整ドライバーで調整する。
ご注意
パソコンにOKが表示されていることを確認してください。
8本体の電源を切り、SY-247基板からRS-232インターフェース治
具を取り外す。
調整箇所：CT1
規格：A=最大値（10Vp-p以上のサイン波形であること）

Tele File機能を操作する
HDW-700でTeleFile機能を使うには、以下の手順で操作します。
HDW-700に挿入されたカセットにメモリーラベルMLB-1M-100(別
売り)が貼り付けられている場合、メモリーラベルに記録開始タイム
コード、ショットマーク1)を記録することができます。
1メモリーラベルMLB-1M-100を貼り付けたカセットを入れる。
2VTRSTARTボタン、またはレンズのVTRボタンを押す。
記録開始と同時に、記録開始時のタイムコードがメモリーラベ
ルに記録されます。
3撮影をしながら、レンズのRETボタンを押す。
RETボタンを押したときのタイムコードがショットマークとしてメ
モリーラベルに記録されます。
RETボタンが押されたことを確認するには
VFDISPスイッチを ON に設定します。
RETボタンを押すとビューファインダー内RECの右側にzが表
示されます。
ご注意
記録一時停止後1秒以内にPOWERスイッチをOFFにした場合、
記録されたデータを保証できません。

Overview
This kit is required for installation of Tele-File system
to HDW-700/700A. To start up this system, be sure to
perform the software upgrade in accordance with
Technical Memo HDVM 00-328.
The following three kinds of kits exist.
Kit 700-1 (A-8327-314-A) for
HDW-700 : Serial No. 10056 and higher
HDW-700A : Serial No. 10001 and higher

Install the parts of the kit to the HDW-700/700A
according to the following procedures of item 1 to 4.
1. Removing the cassette compartment
a’ssy, DC-DC converter a’ssy and
inside panel
1Loosen the 5 screws, and remove the outside panel.
For details, refer to Maintenance Manual Part1 2-3.
2Remove the DC-DC converter assembly.
(without screws)
3Remove the 3 screws, and remove the cassette
compartment assembly.
For details, refer to Maintenance Manual Part1 2-5.
4Loosen the 4 screws, and remove the inside panel.
For details, refer to Maintenance Manual Part1 2-3.
2. Installation of the antenna sheets
Install the antenna sheets to the removed cassette
compartment assembly according to the following
procedure.
1Peel off the seals from the antenna sheet (B) and
(C), and attach the sheets on the stage assembly of
the cassette compartment assembly as shown in the
figure below.
When the antenna sheet (B) and (C) have already
been attached, it is unnecessary to replace them
with new ones.
Installation
2Put the 2 antenna sheets (A) on the FL-260 flexible
board one over another with the holes of them
overlapping completely.
3Pass the FL-260 flexible board as shown in the
above figure.
4Attach the FL-260 flexible board and 2 antenna
sheets (A) to the stage assembly with the holes of
them overlapping to the holes of the stage
assembly completely, and secure them with the 2
washer head screws (+P1.4×1.6).
5Remove the 2 screws (+P1.4×2.5) fixing the
stopper plate, and remove the stopper plate.
6Install the stopper plate of the kit, and secure it
with the 2 screws (+P1.4×2.5) used for securing
the old one.
7Install the cassette compartment assembly as it was

Installation
3. Replacement of the SY-247 board
This replacement is applied only for the HDW-700
with serial No. 10001 to 10025 or 90001 to 90004.
Replace the SY-247 board with the new one of the kit
after removing the inside panel.
1Remove the CN-1457 board, and replace the
installed SY-247 board (suffix=A) with the new
one(suffix=B) of the kit.
For details, refer to Maintenance Manual Part1 2-4.
2Install the CN-1457 board as it was before.
3Install the inside panel as it was before.
4. Installation of the DC-DC converter
assembly
Install the DC-DC converter assembly according to the
following procedure.
For HDW-700 with serial No. 10001 to 10055 or
90001 to 90004
Use the new DC-DC converter assembly of the kit.
For HDW-700 with serial No. 10056 or higher
(excluding 90001 to 90004) and HDW-700A with
serial No. 10001 or higher
Reuse the removed DC-DC converter assembly.
1Connect the harness (CCM) to the CN4 connector
of the RE-140 board and the CN2 connector of the
CCM-33B board.
2Pass the FL-260 flexible board between the shield
case and shield plate of the DC-DC converter
assembly.

3Install the DC-DC converter assembly.
4Connect the FL-260 flexible board to the CN1
connector of the CCM-33B board.
5Insert a cassette tape with a memory label MLB-
1M-100 into the cassette compartment assembly,
and slide the lever until it clicks as shown in the
figure below.
6Adjust the CCM-33B board according to
“Adjusting CCM-33B board”(next page).
For details, refer to Maintenance Manual Part2 Volume1 7-5.
7Disconnect the FL-260 flexible board and the CN1
connector of the CCM-33B board.
8Remove the DC-DC converter assembly.
9Fix the 2 panel supports (B) to the RE-140 board
using the 2 screws (+PSW2.6×6).
10 Fix the CCM-33B board to the 2 panel supports
(B) using the 2 screws (+PSW2.6×6).

11 Pass the FL-260 flexible board between the shield
case and shield plate of the DC-DC converter
assembly. (Refer to the figure of step 2.)
12 Install the DC-DC converter assembly, and
connect the FL-260 flexible board to the CN1
connector of the CCM-33B board.
Adjustment of CCM-33B board
The CCM-33B board can be adjusted with the
following procedure.
1Set up the oscilloscope as follows.

2Connect GNDs of CH1 and CH2 to the hole for the
screw fixing the outside panel.
Note
Never touch the CCM-33B board with the GND
probe. There is a possibility to damage the CCM-
33B board.
3Connect CH1 to TP1 and CH2 to TP2 respectively.

6Input the following command into the personal
computer to adjust the memory label reader/writer.
“SY247:>TL CHECK[Enter]”
7Adjust by an adjustment driver.
Note
Confirm that “OK”is displayed on the monitor of
the personal computer.
8Turn off the power of the HDW-700/700A, then
remove the RS-232 interface jig.
