3G-SDI input/output is supported.
SYSTEM menu > SYSTEM FORMAT > SDI IN/SDI OUT
Continuous Playback
Continuous playback is supported.
SYSTEM menu > PB FUNCTION > PB CONTINUE > LIST
Continuous playback can be performed in order of the FILE LIST
definition.
REC PAUSE Function
The REC PAUSE function is supported.
REC PAUSE and REC RESTART can be operated by pressing only
the pause key. The file is closed at REC PAUSE, and a new file is
created and opened at REC START.
Mark Function
The Mark function is supported. Button operations are as follows:
Press Operation
FUNC+REC Sets mark point. Up to three mark points
can be set in one file. The mark points are
deleted with EJECT or power OFF
functions. (The mark points are not
recorded on the card.)
FUNC+PAUSE Mark point last entered is opened.
FF (Next) Start TC of next file or next mark point is
opened.
REW (Prev) Start TC of previous file or previous mark
point is opened.
FUNC+Enter (Enter dial on File List screen) The list of
mark points appears on the right of the
screen.
Cue Up with Timecode Input
Cue up is supported with timecode input.
While the file is opened, input numeric data of the timecode in
SYSTEM menu > PB FUNCTION > IN POINT, and press
FUNC+PAUSE to cue up to the IN POINT.
NOTE: Because searching depends on comparison with the
current timecode value and target value, cue up may not be
executed correctly in some cases.
Synchronized Recording with PMW-F3
Synchronized recording with PMW-F3 is supported.
SYSTEM menu > OTHERS > REC TRIGGER > SYNCHRO REC
Parallel or synchronized recording is supported with SRMemory
cards and SxS memory cards installed to PMW-F3 (DURATION,
TC, FILENAME, S&Q/SR Motion, and Metadata RDD-18).
