softwareownedorlicensedbySpectraLogicfromoneormoresoftwarelicensors
(“SoftwareSuppliers”).Suchsoftwareproducts,aswellasassociatedmedia,printed
materialsand“online”orelectronicdocumentation(“SOFTWARE”)areprotectedby
copyrightlawsandinternationalcopyrighttreaties,aswellasotherintellectual
propertylawsandtreaties.
Ifyoudonotagreetothisenduserlicenseagreement(EULA),donotusetheSpectra
product;instead,promptlycontactSpectraLogicforinstructionsonreturnoftheSpectra
productforarefund.AnyuseoftheSoftware,includingbutnotlimitedtouseonthe
Spectraproduct,willconstituteyouragreementtothisEULA(orratificationofany
previousconsent).
GrantofLicense.TheSoftwareislicensedonanon‐exclusivebasis,notsold.ThisEULA

reverseengineer,decompile,ordisassembletheSoftware,exceptandonlytotheextent
thatsuchactivityisexpresslypermittedbyapplicablelawnotwithstandingthislimitation.
SoftwareTransferAllowedwithRestrictions.Youmaypermanentlytransferrights
underthisEULAonlyaspartofapermanentsaleortransferoftheSpectraproduct,
