1. Attach the RIGHT HANDRAIL UPRIGHT
TUBE (4) to the underside of the treadmill
frame with 3 BUTTON HEAD SOCKET
BOLTS (5), 3 SPLIT WASHERS (6), and 3
WASHERS (7). Do not fully tighten these
yet. Repeat on the left side (3).

1. Remove 4 PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS
(134) that secure console assembly to the
CONSOLE SUPPORT (5).
2. Disconnect the UPPER COMPUTER
CABLE, HAND PULSE ASSEMBLY,
TOUCH PAD/BACKLIT CABLE and
GROUND WIRE from the board on the
back of the CONSOLE (28).
3. Put the CONSOLE (28) in a safe place.

1. Remove the 14 screws on the bottom of both sides to
take TOP COVER (29) apart.
2. Remove the BUTTON HEAD SOCKET BOLTS (187),
SPLIT WASHERS (185) and FLAT WASHERS (125) that
hold the short RIGHT HANDRAILS in place and set
fasteners aside as you will need for assembly of the
long handrails. Repeat this procedure on the left side.
3. Place the RIGHT EXTENDED HANDRAIL onto the front
and into the rear attachment sites. Secure the rear joint
with 3BUTTON HEAD SOCKET BOLTS (8), SPLIT
WASHERS (9) and FLAT WASHERS (7). Repeat this
procedure on left side.
4. Using the screws removed with step 3-2, attach the
RIGHT FRONT SIDE and tighten two sets of BUTTON
HEAD SOCKET BOLT (187), SPLIT WASHER (185)
and FLAT WASHER (125). Repeat this procedure at left
side. Firmly tighten all hardware that is loosely attached
at each joint. Use 14 screws removed by step 3-1
to secure the TOP COVER (29).

1. Connect the UPPER COMPUTER CABLE,
HAND PULSE ASSEMBLY, TOUCH
PAD/BACKLIT CABLE and GROUND
WIRE to the board on the back of the
CONSOLE (28).
2. Use 4 PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS (134)
to secure console assembly to the
CONSOLE SUPPORT (5).
