Warning
Do not remove or insert any plugs whilst Spooky Central is powered on.
Turn off at the mains switch at the rear of Spooky Central. The switch light
should be off and there should be no fan noise.
1. Connect your XM generator to Spooky Central.
OUT1 goes to INPUT. OUT2 goes to MODULATION.
2. Plug your ultrasonic speaker into the ULTRASONIC output.
3. Plug the contact mode adapter cable into the CONTACT output.
4. Plug the coil (if supplied) into COIL output.

5. Plug your plasma tube into the rear high voltage sockets.
6. Plug in the mains cable.
7. Turn Spooky Central on at the rear switch.
8. Start the Spooky software.
9. Select the JW - Spooky Central preset.

10. Enter the frequencies you wish to run.
11. Run the program.
Important Notes
We recommend our special USB filter cable for all generators connected
to the same computer as Spooky Central. These are inexpensive and can
be purchased from spooky2-mall.com.
All 4 subsystems (plasma, coil, ultrasonic and contact) can be used
together or individually if desired. Best results will be achieved if they are
run in combination.
Spooky Central only accepts a 5v / 100% offset square wave input. Any
other voltage or waveform may cause damage.
A spectrum sweep can be used, but it must use a square wave and be 5v
with 100% offset.
INPUT must be 50% duty cycle. MODULATION can be any duty cycle.
Plasma modulation percentage = 100 –INPUT modulation.
MODULATION input assists ionization (lighting) of the plasma tube. The
JW –Spooky Central preset provides a slow beat frequency that greatly
improves the effectiveness of Spooky Central.
Plasma tubes require a “burn in” period to reach optimum performance.
During this period impurities within the tube are automatically removed.
If the tube has difficulty lighting, please place the white high voltage wires
further apart.

Spooky Central has 2 inputs; an Input, and Modulation. These 2 inputs control
the plasma tube. The inputs should be set as below, with critical settings
highlighted.
